Atar merupakan salah satu nagari yang terletak di Kecamatan Padang Ganting Kabupaten Tanah Datar Propinsi Sumatera Barat. Dengan kontur alam yang berbukit-bukit nagari ini menyimpan potensi wisata yang menjanjinkan. Namun potensi tersebut belum dapat terpetakan dengan baik. Pengabdian ini merupakan pengabdian partisipatif dengan metode pelaksanaan pengabdian yaitu dengan melakukan observasi lapangan, wawancara Focus Group Discussion (FGD) menunjukkan skema metode pelaksanaan kegiatan. Pemetaan partisipatif merupakan salah satu metode yang mengintegrasikan pendekatan partisipatif untuk memecahkan masalah dalam suatu komunitas dengan melakukan diskusi. Berdasarkan hasil pemetaan yang dilakukan ditemukan 7 destinasi wisata lokal yang sangat potensial di nagari Atar. Potensi wisata ini selanjutnya dapat dikembangkan menjadi daya tarik wisata lokal yang menjanjikan sehingga berdampak pada peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat nagari Atar.

ABSTRAKFilm sebagai karya seni tentu tidak terlepas dari paradigma masyarakat dalam membaca sebuah fenomona baru dalam film (realitas film). Film Fetih 1453 yang bercerita tentang peperangan umat muslim untuk merobohkan dan mengambil alih konstatinopel (Spanyol) dari tangan non muslim ini dapat dikaji melalui paradigma fakta sosial dengan memasukan aspek-aspek teori sturktural fungsional dan teori konflik. Kelompok-kelompok masyarakat yang hadir dalam film tersebut juga merefleksikan konflik sosial yang terjadi pada masa kejadian dalam film tersebut. Beberapa konflik sosial seperti pandangan masyarakat dan kekuasaan menjadi poin-poin penting untuk menciptakan dramatik dalam film tersebut. Sebagai fungsi film sebagai sarana komunikasi dan representasi dari kehidupan masyarakat, film ini dianggap cukup berhasil dalam menghadirkan realitas tersebut. Film-film bernuansa religi ini juga menjadi bahan kajian dan dakwah bagi umat muslim untuk melihat kekuatan umat islam di zaman tersebut. ABSTRACTFilm as a work of art indeed cannot be separated from the paradigm of society in reading a new phenomenon in film (film reality). The film Fetih 1453, which tells about the war of Muslims to overthrow and take over Constantinople (Spain) from the hands of non-Muslims, can be studied through the paradigm of social facts by incorporating aspects of functional, structural theory, and conflict theory. The community groups present in the film also reflect the social conflicts that occurred during the events in the film. Several social conflicts, such as people's views and power, become essential points to create drama in the film. As a function of film as a means of communication and representation of people's lives, this film is considered quite successful in presenting this reality. These films with religious nuances are also material for study and da'wah for Muslims to see the strength of Muslims at that time

The role of the ulema is very important in the development of the spiritual field, because they are the heirs of the prophet, so that the position and function of the ulama for Muslims are those who are followed by their steps, character and deeds and their opinions and approvals can be taken. Alim Ulama in the nagari government system has the authority and responsibility for the growth and development of activities that refer to the aqeedah, sharia, worship and religious social relations of the people. as a social organization engaged in the religious field. The Alim Ulama Nagari Elemental Institution is part of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) organization. . The analysis used in this study is the data analysis of interactive model data analysis techniques. The approach used is a qualitative approach. The informants in this research were Wali Nagari, Management of Element Institutions, and Society. From this study, it was concluded that the existence of Islamic religious scholars in Pasie Laweh was set out in the form of a work program with four main activities, including education activities, Da'wah activities, Activities of Ta'rul Masjid Fields, and Worship Facility Infrastructure Activities, in carrying out these activities. there are still official factors such as the lack of commitment of the management in improving the quality of religious activities.

The spread of covid-19 is a global disaster and worldwide, including in the small area of Tanah Datar Regency. The spread of positive cases in Tanah Datar district is currently increasing rapidly. The government is trying to suppress the growth rate but it does not produce maximum results. This research uses descriptive method with analysis through literature study through various kinds of new theories and journals. This research proves that there must be community collaboration with the government in the sense that the community should take a role in eradicating the Covid-19 case with the aim that the programs that have been planned by the government can run optimally and produce good achievements and be able to reduce the growth rate of the spread of the Covid-19 outbreak.

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Nagari Pasie Laweh Kecamatan Sungai Tarab Kabupaten Tanah Datar dengan fokus penelitian adalah faktor-faktor penunjang dan penghambat upaya pembentukan kelompok peternak kambing di Nagari Pasie Laweh, dengan subjek penelitian adalah peternak kambing di Nagari Pasie Laweh, penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data yang dikumpulkan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder, informan penelitian adalah; wali nagari, ketua unsur pemuda, peternak kambing, tokoh masyarakat dan masyarakat. Metode pengumpulan data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi lapangan, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisa data teknik analis data model interaktif. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut; Faktor-faktor yang menunjang pembentukan kelompok peternak kambing adalah; kebijakkan pemerintah sektor peternakan, keterlibatan lembaga keuangan bukan bank, serta badan usaha lainnya, letak geografis nagari dan pendidikan, sedangkan faktor penghambat dalam pembentukan kelompok ini adalah; faktor kepemilikan, perbedaan dalam tujuan, sektor ekonomi, pemahaman tentang kelompok dan pembinaan secara berkelanjutan. Keterwujudan kelompok ternak kambing ini perlu keterlibatan dari semua pihak Salah satu bentuk pebinan dimaksud adalah pendampingan mulai dari pra pembentukan, pembentukan kelompok, pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi kelompok, monitoring, dan evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan. Untuk melaksanakan hal tersebut pemerintah dapat membentuk tim khusus yang membina kelangsungan kelompok yang telah dibentuk tersebut.

This study aims to explaint that identity politics can color the election wali nagari (pilwana) in the guava river in 2021. And this study tries to discuss te main problems of the form of identity politics played by candidate candidates or political elites as a means of gaining power in occupying a position.
