Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of quality of work life (qwl) and knowledge management partially on the performance of PT Hutahaean Dalu-Dalu employees. Then to analyze the impact of quality of work life (qwl) and knowledge management simultaneously on the performance of PT Hutahaean Dalu- Dalu employees. This study uses quantitative methods involving 70 employees of PT Hutahaean Dalu- Dalu as research samples. The sampling technique is purposive sampling and proportionate stratified random sampling. The data collection used is a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used instrument test of reliability validity, classical assumption test and hypothesis test using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that the quality of work life (qwl) has no significant impact on the performance of PT Hutahaean Dalu-Dalu employees. Meanwhile, knowledge management has significant impact on the performance of PT Hutahaean Dalu- Dalu employees. Simultaneously quality of work life (qwl) and knowledge management impact the performance of PT Hutahaean Dalu-Dalu employees and are able to affect employee performance by 40%, the remaining 60% is explained by other variables or factors.

Abstract

This final project is entitled “Analysis of Gold pawn promotion Strategy at Pt Bank Aceh Syariah Cabang Kuala Simpang”. This type of research used a qualitative descriptive approach, namely describing and analyzing the problems found. Qualitative research is based on primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained thourgh interviews and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through related books. With research The purpose oh this research is to analyze the types of gold pawing promotion strategies and to evaluate the application of gold pawingstrategies related to advertising personal selling, sales promotion, and public relation at Pt Bank Aceh Syariah Cabang Kuala Simpang Branch. What are the obstacles in implementing this strategy. The result of this study indicate that the strategy is good enough, but there are still obstacles, namely the lack of human resources in the gold pawing section, theref ore promotion in the public relations and direct sales section cannot be carried out. Increase in customers and revenue in every year.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how customer value is at Citra Elektronik Stores, Medan. The data sources used in this study were five informants as data sources who were known to have information about what was researched by the author. Five informants were given the same ten questions in the interview and data analysis used data reduction where the interview results which were believed to have no connection with the customer value indicators were deleted by the authors. The results showed that customer value at Citra Elektronik Store was influenced by product quality which was considered positive by customers, while the services and prices provided were too high causing customer value at Citra Elektronik Store, Medan to decline.

Abstract

The Decision Support System (DSS) with the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is an effective approach for measuring the level of passenger satisfaction at the Tanjung Balai Asahan Port International Terminal. The AHP method helps in identifying and evaluating various factors that influence passenger satisfaction, such as facilities, security, cleanliness, and service efficiency. By using AHP, the priority ranking of these criteria can be carried out based on opinions and assessments from passengers. It is hoped that the results of this SPK can provide valuable input for terminal managers to improve service quality, to create a more satisfying experience for passengers. This research discusses a decision support system that uses the Analytical Hierarchical Process (AHP) method to assess the level of passenger satisfaction at the Tanjung Balai Asahan Port International Terminal. Passenger satisfaction is a crucial factor in terminal operations, and measuring passenger satisfaction requires a systematic approach. This research conducted a direct survey of passengers with questions regarding their experiences while using transportation services. This survey can be carried out through interviews, and questionnaires. In this research, a scale or index is used to measure customer satisfaction. This index can combine various factors such as service, facilities, timeliness, and comfort. On operational data such as timeliness, number of complaints, level of delays, and incidents. This data can provide an indirect picture of passenger satisfaction.

Abstract

Cakue Supiah Medan is a shop engaged in selling food with a specialization in selling cakes. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction at Cakue Supiah Medan. The research method used by the author in this study is a quantitative method, which is a type of research whose specifications are systematic, planned and clearly structured from the start to the creation of the research design. The number of populations in this study is unknown so to find samples using the Lemeshow formula and get 97 respondents. From the results of the coefficient of determination, it can be seen that the value of R Square (R2) or the coefficient of determination obtained is 0.486, meaning that the Customer Satisfaction variable can be explained by the Product Quality variable of 48.6% while the the remaining 51.4% is influenced by other factors that come from outside the model of this research such as service quality and price. The results of testing the hypothesis partially by using the t-test, it is known that the Product Quality variable has a value of tcount (5.425) > ttable (2.048) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05 so it can be concluded that there is a partially significant positive effect between Product Quality on Customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research entitled "Analysis of Product Quality in Love Tempe - Cemara Asri with Quality Function Deployment Method". Love Tempe is a NON GMO tempe production house which has a very high protein content so it is good for the body. The purpose of this study was to analyze Quality Function Development in an effort to improve the quality of Love Tempe – Cemara Asri products. The method used by the author is descriptive quantitative. The analysis of this research measurement tool uses validity, reliability, and Quality Function Deployment tests. The number of respondents in Love Tempe - Cemara Asri is 97 customers using the Lemeshow calculation formula. The data analysis used is the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) with the help of the House of Quality matrix. The results of this study indicate that the attributes that need to be considered by Love Tempe to meet the needs and desires of consumers are that tempe is always new and fresh, made from selected soybeans, the texture of tempe is soft, hygiene in the production process, NON GMO certification and labeling, appearance of tempe. in accordance with the menu list, the taste of the product is in line with expectations, the production house is clean and comfortable, employees can handle complaints and satisfy customers, the quality of tempe is in line with expectations, the packaging design is attractive, the ease of getting products, the fermentation room is very sterile (29- 30 degrees), tempeh does not fail in production, the shelf life of tempe is longer, and the durability of tempe in the freezer. At the level of technical needs, the requirements that need to be carried out by Love Tempe are the use of quality raw materials, maintaining and improving the cleanliness of rooms and products, improving the quality control inspection process, improving the product design of love tempe, the process of making tempe in accordance with standards, employee training in serving consumers , online product marketing, and increasing the durability of tempe with quality control.

Abstract

This study entitled "The Effect of Marketplace and Search Engine Optimization on Sales Volume at Fortunate Coffee CemaraAsri". Lucky Coffee is a company engaged in the culinary field that provides a variety of healthy vegetarian foods. Lucky Coffee itself is located at JalanCemara Boulevard Utara Medan No. 8, CemaraAsri Complex, Deli Serdang. According to (Sumartini & Tias, 2019)sales volume is demand expressed quantitatively in terms of physical or volume or unit of a product. According to Opiida in (Kusumaningsih et al., 2021). Online marketplace is an internet-based online media that is used as a place for business transactions, where buyers can find as many sellers as possible according to market price criteria. In the Book (Enterprise, 2017)Search Engine Optimization is a way to increase a site's ranking in the list of search engine results. The method that the author uses is quantitative. The method that the author uses is quantitative. For research, the goal itself is to find out whether there is an effect of marketplace and search engine optimization on sales volume at Lucky Coffee CemaraAsri. The data used by the author is a questionnaire of 97 respondents for the sample taken. In the normality test on the Kolmogorov Smirnov column using the exact sig, it was found to be 0.07, which means that the data is normally distributed (> 0.05). The results of the multicollinearity test performed showed that the VIF obtained was 1.007 and also a tolerance of 0.993 means that multicollinearity does not occur (VIF <10 and tolerance > 0.1). The results of the heteroscedasticity test performed showed that Sig. the marketplace variable is 0.590 and search engine optimization is 0.073 so that in this study there is no heteroscedasticity problem (> 0.05). The test results for the coefficient of determination is 13.1%, which means that marketplace and search engine optimization have an influence on sales volume. The results of the multiple regression test are Y = 15.862 + 0.228 X1 + 0.305 X2. The results of the T test, the marketplace is 2.837 and search engine optimization is 2.642, where the ttable value is 1.985, tcount>ttable, then the marketplace and search engine optimization have an influence on sales volume. The result of fcount is 8.221 and ftable is 3.09 with a significance of 0.001. Thus, the independent variable has a significant effect simultaneously on the dependent variable.

Abstract

This study analyzes how control mechanisms in family firms—bothformal (board process quality: proportion of independentcommissioners, audit committee independence, intensity ofoversight agenda) and informal family-based (family constitution,family council, and succession plan)—influence agency conflict andlead to cross-generational firm value. Using a quantitative-empiricaldesign of a panel of issuers (2019–2025), this study develops twomeasurable constructs, namely the Board Process Quality Index(IKPD) and the Family Control Practices Index (IPPK), as well asagency conflict proxies (related party transaction/RPT intensity,dividend payout, and control rights–cash flow wedge). Firm value ismeasured using Tobin's Q and PBV. The relationship is testedusing fixed-effect panel regression (firm & year), mediation tests(bootstrap/SEM) and cross-generational moderation (G1, G2,G3+), complemented by robustness tests (alternative proxies,winsorizing, index redefinition). The results show that IKPD andIPPK are negatively associated with agency conflict, while wedgeincreases it. Furthermore, agency conflict is negatively associatedwith values, while IKPD is positively associated with values,confirming the mediation mechanism: control → agency conflict ↓→ values ↑. The effect of IPPK is stronger in G2/G3, indicating thatinstitutionalization of family governance becomes more crucial withtransgenerational complexity. The study's primary contributions arethe integration of formal and informal mechanisms within a single,auditable empirical framework, the differentiation of crossgenerationalheterogeneity, and the exploration of mechanisticchannels through agency conflicts. Practical implicationsemphasize strengthening board processes, institutionalizing familygovernance, and controlling wedges/RPTs to maintain and growfamily firm value across generations

Abstract

From the initial research that researchers did, nowadays, thenumber of entrepreneurs is still small and the quality is not yetgreat, so that the problem of Indonesian entrepreneurialdevelopment is an urgent issue for successful development. Thecause of this lack of interest has a negative view of society,including aggressive, competitive, selfish, dishonest, miserly,unstable, less respectable, low-income, and so on. The tendencyis that most students, including final year students, as well asscholars and masters who have just graduated do not have anentrepreneurial plan. The purpose of this study is to find out whatfactors influence entrepreneurial intentions using the theory ofplanned behavior.Entrepreneurs who come fromGayo Land). Thenumber of samples in this study amounted to 100 people usinginterview techniques. The analysis technique used is descriptiveanalysis method. The results of the study show that there aremany workloads, risks, challenges and changes that are beyondtheir initial expectations, and they must face it and have to find asolution. If they like their profession as entrepreneurs, they willlearn again and want to adapt again to the workload, risks,challenges and changes that will not affect them to quit theirprofession

Abstract

PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan strives to focus on improving management knowledge, skills of its employees and creating good attitudes among its employees so that they work with high performance, quality, and with a large quantity of work. This will lead to the progress of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan as one of the proud business units of the plantation community in North Sumatra. The skills they have are actually quite good, but due to the lack of willingness to continue learning, many employees are left behind by workers from private estates who continue to train themselves to be able to compete globally. As well as the attitude held by employees who consider that working at PTPN is more than and being indifferent to the conditions of the company. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze whether knowledge management and skills influence the performance of employees partially and simultaneously at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan and to know and analyze whether attitude moderates the effect of knowledge management and skills on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan. The number of samples in this study were 253 people using the Slovin technique. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and MRA. The results of the study show that knowledge management influences employee performance, skills affect employee performance and knowledge management and skills influence employee performance.Attitude gives the effect of weakening the influence of knowledge management on employee performance. Attitude gives the effect of weakening the influence of skills on employee performance
