Abstract

This study faims to analyse the kinds of moral values and function of the Bima proverbs. It was descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects were Bima Minority in Taliwang District of West Sumbawa Regency. The data was collected through observation, literary study/documentation and in-depth interview, then analyzed through reduction, presentation, interpretation, conclucion. This study found three kinds of moral values in Bima proverbs. Those were attitude, manner and obligation. Through the value of attitude, Bima society are taught to do valuable things for themselves and others. In the value of manner, the society is advised to act in good ways. The value of obligation describes the responsibility of Bima society as individual and social human being. Further finding of this study describes that Bima Provers function for giving advaice, forming behavior, and as rhetorical device. Giving advice means that through proverbs, the society are directed to do valuable things for their life, others, and for the environment in which they are interacted. Patterns of behaviour describes the message that people need to build the social controls. Functioning as rhetorical device, proverbs teach people to be able to adapt in a new natural interaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the North Aceh Regency Regional People's Representative Council in order to carry out its Budget Function towards the APBD, what obstacles the North Aceh Regency Regional People's Representative Council faces in carrying out its Budget Function towards the APBD and the efforts made by the Regency Regional People's Representative Council North Aceh if there are obstacles in carrying out its duties as a Budget Function for the APBD. The Regional People's Representative Council is the regional government administrator whose task is to voice the aspirations of the community and act on behalf of the people in the legislative field. The preparation of the APBD is based on a plan that has been determined in advance regarding the programs and activities that will be implemented by the regional government. The APBD preparation process begins with the preparation of the General Budget Policy draft and the Temporary Budget Priorities and Ceiling documents. The process of establishing a new Regional Budget Regulation will be carried out if it has been declared not to conflict with the public interest and higher regulations by the Minister of Home Affairs or the Governor. It is hoped that this study will be able to provide benefits both scientifically, namely in the realm of legal studies, both practically and academically. The research method used in this research is a type of qualitative research using a normative empirical approach. This approach is basically a combination of a normative legal approach with the addition of various empirical elements. There are three legal materials used by the author, namely primary legal materials, secondary and tertiary materials. The results of this analysis and research conclude that the Regional People's Representative Council of North Aceh Regency is the party responsible for APBD accountability and does not comply with the provisions regarding the preparation of the APBD in the legislation. Because when preparing the APBD, one of the bodies in the DPRD is the Budget Body whose task is to discuss together the North Aceh Regency APBD until early December or the final deadline for determining the North Aceh Regency APBD based on the provisions of the law.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the dependent variable (IHSG) responds to fluctuations or shocks from the independent variables (Domestic Interest Rates, Foreign Interest Rates, World Oil, and the Dow Jones Index). The data used in this research is secondary data where this data was obtained from BI, The Fed, Nasdaq and Investing. The data used in this research is quarterly, namely IHSG data, Domestic Interest Rates, Foreign Interest Rates, World Oil and the Dow Jones Index for the period 2001-2022. The data analysis tool uses Vector Autoregression (VAR). The results of this research show that the JCI responded positively to shocks to the domestic interest rate variable and the Dow Jones index, while the foreign interest rate variable and world oil responded negatively.

Abstract

Illegal fishing is an issue that has a broad and serious impact on the economy, environment and maritime security. First of all, this illegal practice causes significant economic losses for Indonesia, estimated at hundreds of trillions of rupiah every year. Apart from that, illegal fishing also has a serious impact on marine ecosystems and the sustainability of fisheries resources. The research method used is normative research. This research aims to analyze and test the application of norms contained in legal regulations, such as laws and other legal literature, which are related to the main issues discussed. The problem approach is used to identify and limit research problems, so that the process of data collection, analysis and discussion becomes more structured and focused. The research results show that Mutual Legal Assistance (MLA) has a crucial role in fighting transnational crime, especially illegal fishing (IUU Fishing) in Indonesia. MLA enables effective international cooperation, facilitating the exchange of information, evidence collection, and cross-border legal action. The types of assistance that can be sought through MLA, such as locating and identifying individuals, obtaining evidence, and seeking the appearance of witnesses in court, have proven to be very important in supporting law enforcement in the fisheries sector. The implementation of regulations such as Law Number 45 of 2009 concerning Fisheries and Law Number 1 of 2006 concerning Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters, as well as relevant international legal principles, shows that existing regulations are adequate to deal with IUU Fishing.

Abstract

Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) is a disease caused by dengue virus infection. DHF is an acute disease with clinical manifestations of bleeding which causes shock which leads to death. One of the areas affected by the dengue virus is Lebak Banten district with 1,400 people infected with the dengue virus and 6 people died within a period of 4 months. This is due to changes in weather and the habits of people who do not care about the environment, allowing water to stagnate, giving rise to Aedes Aegypty mosquito larvae. This research uses qualitative research methods with descriptive observational research techniques, namely a research design that aims to only describe phenomena found based on previously existing data without researcher intervention. The results of this research are to understand the problem of the spread of the dengue virus in Lebak district and the collaboration between the government and the local community in controlling it.

Abstract

Hospitals are business entities that offer intangible services such as health services and rely heavily on Human Resources (HR) for their operations. HR management has a crucial role in driving hospital business. This research aims to understand the importance of HR management in the context of hospital business and the factors that influence it, so that it can improve performance that supports the achievement of organizational goals effectively and efficiently. Increasing company performance can be achieved by maximizing the performance of each individual in the organization. Several factors that have been empirically proven to have a significant effect on employee performance include human resource development, work environment conditions, and organizational commitment. This analysis was carried out through a literature review by reviewing more than 18 relevant journals from Google Scholar, focusing on employee performance theory. The study results show that human resource development, work environment and organizational commitment have a positive impact on employee performance. Therefore, to improve employee performance, organizations or companies must pay full attention to these factors in order to achieve optimal performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between product innovation and the expansion of MSMEs in the creative industries through the use of digital marketing strategies. This qualitative study seeks to understand micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in the creative sector, their challenges, the impact of digital technology, and the creative approaches they use. This study's findings highlight the significance of e-commerce, data-based decision-making, cooperation, and customer experience as drivers of growth for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in the creative sector. Further, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the creative sector might obtain an edge over their competitors by adopting a business innovation strategy and producing one-of-a-kind, new goods and services. New goods and services may be created by MSMEs via the use of digital technology. This can help organizations stay relevant in the market and respond to shifting customer preferences.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the effectiveness of Land and Building tax collection in at the office of Bongohulawa village, Limboto subdistrict of Gorontalo Regancy, according to four indicators; input, throughput, output, and outcome. The object is the office og Bongohulawa village in Limboto Subdistrict of Gorontalo Regency. This is a descriptive qualitative research, the data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation to be analysed qualitatively. The result of this research shows that (1) the input had been done effectively according to the procedures established by the office, (2) throughput or informing about the land and building tax by giving the tax return to every head of the villages to facilitate the payment at the post office, bank, or directly to the head of the village, (3) the output indicator shows that the tax collection had not done according to the target, and (4) outcome indicatortells that the tax payment procedures and mechanism implemented at the office had been done effectively. Therefore, according to the result above it can be concluded that the effectiveness of Land and Building tax collection had not been done effectively and led to the tax revenue target unachieved. It means that not all the people living in Bongohulawa village were aware of the tax payment, and that it is recommended to recognize the important of settling the tax payment.

Abstract

The mangrove forest conservation movement is a social movement that aims to save nature from the threat of destruction that is rampantly carried out by humans at this time. This research uses qualitative-descriptive research methods, and is expected to provide a complete picture of the conservation process and its importance for aspects of human life.Based on the results, the existence of mangrove forests on the East Coast of Kedonganan has a great impact on the socio-economic life of the surrounding community. With this forest, the income of the fishing community has increased, and this movement is certainly a forum for the community to increase kinship around the East Coast of Kedonganan. It can be concluded that the conservation carried out by the Segara Ayu Fishermen group has had a positive impact on the people of the East Coast of Kedonganan both in environmental and socio-economic terms.

Abstract

In a marriage which is a very important thing because it is the union of two people who will complement each other, maintain and perfect religion, in the current phenomenon that exists in society, the large number of marriages at an early age is a factor that is the reason for distancing themselves from the phenomenon. The woman becomes pregnant out of wedlock which would violate religious and social norms. As for other factors to reduce the burden of responsibility from parents on children, couples who marry young generally have a high tolerance for change and mature more quickly for those involved in young marriages. This article was created with the aim of finding out the phenomenon of young marriage in Serang City, Banten Province. This research used literacy study methods, data collection techniques for researchers using interviews, observation and literature study. The results of the research that researchers can carry out are. (1) Factors that encourage young people to marry in Serang City (2) What strategies are used when there is conflict in marriage (3) How do teenagers in Serang City carry out their daily lives in the role of head of the family and housewife.
