Abstract

Abstract: With the advancement of time and creative innovation from humans, tempeh is no longer just a side dish to accompany rice, but can be used as a practical and ready-to-eat snack, namely tempeh chips. The aim of this research is to determine the marketing strategy which includes product, price, promotion and distribution of cheerful tempeh chips in Sumber Mulya Village, Simpang Raya District and its surroundings. This research was carried out at Usaha Ceria, Sumber Mulya Village, Simpang Raya District, Banggai Regency from May to June 2023. The number of samples used was 12 people. The data analysis used is SWOT analysis. The research results show that the product strategy for cheerful tempe chips is that the product is always available, the product has product attributes, brands and labels, and has an affordable price. The promotional strategy for cheerful tempe chips is personal sales promotion, in other words word of mouth promotion. Apart from that, promotions are also carried out through social media. The distribution strategy for cheerful tempe chips is from producers directly to consumers and from producers to distributors and distributors to consumers. Cheerful tempeh chips products are distributed to several shops/supermarkets inside and outside Banggai Regency. Marketing of cheerful tempe chips is in quadrant I supporting an aggressive growth policy (Growth Oriented Strategy).

Abstract

Bonebobakal Village is one of the villages in Banggai Regency, Central Sulawesi. Bonebobakal Village Beach is characterized by a rocky coastal ecosystem, which has a variety of coral flora and fauna communities. Various types of communities of invertebrate biota organisms are found in Bonebobakal Village Beach, one of which is Bivalvia. The purpose of this study was to determine the condition and types of Bivalves found on the beach of Bonebobakal Village. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with cruising survey method on plot line transect. The results showed that there are several types of Bivalves on the beach of Bonebobakal Village such as Anadara granosa (pigeon clam), Perna viridis (green clam), Pinctada sp. (pearl clam) and Hippopus hippopus (clam). Based on the value of data analysis from both stations, the value of the diversity index (H') is 1.2023 classified as moderate, while the uniformity index (E) is 0.8673 classified as stable. The dominance index (D) is 0.3473 classified as low, and the density index in a row from the highest to the lowest is Anadara granosa species (50.49%), Hippopus hippopus (23.30%), Perna viridis (17.48) and finally Pinctada sp. (8.74%).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the comparison of growth rates of Rhizophora apiculata mangrove seedlings in Paconne Village and South Senga Village. This research was carried out from April to July 2022 in Paconne Village and South Senga Village, Luwu Regency. The samples used in this research were mangrove seeds of the Rhizophora apiculata type. The results of the research showed that the growth percentage in South Senga Village was 72%, the average stem diameter was 7.7 cm, the average stem height was 4.84 cm and the number of leaves was 2 pieces. Meanwhile, the growth percentage in Paconne Village is 60%, the average stem diameter is 7.0 cm, the average stem height is 3.02 cm and the number of leaves is 2 pieces. So the best percentage growth rate of mangrove seedlings is found in South Senga Village.

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran yang menggunakan aplikasi Learning Management System (LMS) jenis Moodle dalam pembelajaran dari sudut pandang mahasiswa terhadap inovasi pembelajaran, sudut pandang atau penilaian individu terhadap sesuatu ini bisa disebut persepsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa terhadap proses pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi LMS di Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif di Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi tahun akademik 2022/2023 dengan jumlah sampel 41 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan persepsi mahasiswa terhadap proses pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi Learning Management System (LMS) di Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi Universitas Muhammadiyah Luwuk berada pada kategori baik. Kata Kunci: Persepsi, Aplikasi Learning Management System (LMS).

Abstract

Diversity Coral Reef on Bintang Island, Tolala District, North Kolaka Regency, South Sulawesi  Abstract: Bintang Island, which is located in Tolala District, North Kolaka Regency, is an island that has beautiful beaches and a fairly abundant coral reef population. The aim of this research is to determine the coral reef diversity index. The type of research is quantitative descriptive which was carried out in December 2016. The location for taking sample images was determined on each side of the island with a total of 4 stations which will be installed vertically for a distance of 20 m, from the shoreline to the inside with the aim of being a route for laying a 2x2 plot. m in a zig-zag manner, totaling 10 plots. The research results were analyzed using the Shanon-Wiener formula. The results of the research found 32 species, namely Acropora humalis, A.Keywords: Bintang Island, Coral Reefs, Diversity, North Kolaka, Tolala Abstrak: Pulau Bintang yang terletak di Kecamatan Tolala Kabupaten Kolaka Utara merupakan pulau yang memiliki keindahan pantai dan populasi terumbu karang yang cukup melimpah.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui indeks keanekaragaman terumbu karang. Jenis penelitian yaitu deskriptif kuantitatifyang telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2016. Lokasi untuk pengambilan gambar sampel ditentukan pada setiap sisi pulau dengan jumlah 4 stasiun yang akan dipasang secarah vertikal sejauh 20 m, dari bibir pantai hingga masuk kebagian dalam dengan tujuan untuk sebagai jalur peletakkan plot 2x2 m secara zig-zag, sebanyak 10 plot. Hasil penelitian dianalis dengan menggunakan rumus Shanon-Wiener. Hasil penelitian di temukan 32 jenis speies yaitu Acropora humalis, A. palifera, A. caroliniana, A. donei, A. Formosa, A. gemmifera, A. gomezi, A. melliopora, A prostarata, A sarmentosa, A gracilis, Cycloseris costulata, Montipora aequituberculata, M. carpiocornis, M. danae, M. informis, M. tuberculosa, M. undata, Coeloseris mayeri, Cypahstrea decadie, Favie favus, F martima, F. abdita, Fungia concinna, Goniastrea minuta, Leptoseris papyraceae, L. scabra, L yabei, Pavona decussate, P. frondifera, Platygyra daedalea, dan Turbinaria reniformis. Indeks Keanekaragaman Terumbu Karang di Pulau Bintang pada setiap Transek /Stasiun secara berturut-turut yaitu I = 3,75, II=3,10, III=3,06, IV=3,56, dan secara keseluruhan lain transek memiliki indeks keanekaragaman 3,40 (H’>3), sehingganya indeks keanekaragaman terumbu karang Pulau Bintang yang terletak di Kecamatan Tolala Kabupaten Kolaka Utara yang termasuk stabilitas tinggi.

Abstract

Motivasi adalah keadaan psikologis yang berasal dari dalam diri seseorang mendorong untuk memunculkan perasaan senang serta kemauan yang kuat untuk melaksanakan suatu tindakan dalam meraih tujuan. Motivasi belajar siswa adalah dorongan yang menjadi dasar bagi siswa untuk ingin belajar dengan baik dan bersungguh-sungguh baik yang timbul dari dalam dirinya sendiri maupun dari luar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran biologi di SMA Negeri 1 Luwuk. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan membagikan angket kepada 215 responden yang diambil secara acak dari 562 populasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 0,93% siswa tergolong motivasi sangat rendah, 14,90% siswa tergolong motivasi rendah, 61,40% siswa tergolong motivasi tinggi dan 22,80% siswa tergolong motivasi sangat tinggi. Sehingga pada umumnya motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran biologi di SMA Negeri 1 Luwuk berada pada kategori sangat tinggi.
