Abstract

This study was to determine differences in critical thinking skills between students in the experimental class who took part in learning using the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model and students in the class who took part in learning using the lecture control learning method in class XI MIPA students at SMA Negeri 2 Kuningan and the increase. In this study the method used is Quasi Experiment. The results of testing the hypothesis show that there are differences in the post test thinking skills between students who take part in learning using the Team Games, Tournament (TGT) type cooperative learning model compared to the lecture method, and there are differences in increasing critical thinking skills between students who take part in learning using the type cooperative learning model Team Gamex Tournament (TGT) compared to the lecture method. This is because the value of Tcount (1.961 and 3.968) resulting from the hypothesis test is greater than t table (1.667). Therefore, the use of the Team Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model can improve students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

The COVID-19 lockdown in India marked a pivotal moment in the adoption of digital payment methods. Beyond the conventional demographic factors that have typically been scrutinized in literature concerning payment preferences, our research highlights the considerable influence of factors such as awareness of digital payment options, smartphone and debit card accessibility, as well as government social assistance initiatives during the pandemic. Interestingly, individuals who had previously abandoned digital payments due to negative experiences reverted to these modes during this period. Our study, based on a survey conducted with 200 households in Pune, investigates the effects of COVID-19 on digital payments for household expenses. The findings of our research reveal a substantial positive impact on domestic payments within households as a direct result of the pandemic. This development is particularly encouraging as India strives to materialize its vision of becoming a highly digitized economy.

Abstract

The importance of happiness management This study explores the mediating role of innovation capabilities (IC) on the relationship of digital transformation (DT) and competitiveness (CP), by proposing model construction. Four research questions and four hypotheses were posed. The survey method was carried out by distributing research instruments to 98 respondents, the collected data was used to analyze the relationship between digital transformation, innovation ability and competitiveness, also used to test hypotheses. Evaluation of predictions through structural equation models with partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). Research findings show that digital transformation directly has a significant positive effect on competitiveness. Digital transformation directly has a significant positive effect on competitiveness. Digital transformation has a significant positive effect on innovation capabilities. The innovation capability has a significant positive influence on competitiveness. Innovation capabilities are proven to have a mediating effect on the influence of digital transformation on competitiveness.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between profitability projected by ROE and liquidity by CR to predict its effect on projected dividend policy with dividend payout ratio (DPR) in food and beverage sector manufacturing companies listed on the stock exchange market. Design and method of analysis, estimation of pandel data regression models with CEM, FEM and REM approaches using the EViews v.12 program. Approach model selection with Chow test, Hausman test, and LM test. The classical assumption test refers to the results of the best panel data regression model selected. The feasibility evaluation of the model was carried out by regression analysis of panel data, and analysis of the coefficient of determination, as well as the t test and F test, at a = 0.05. The results of the study, FEM as a regression model of selected panel data. Evaluation of the feasibility of the model, ROE and CR can predict changes in DPR behavior, although there is an inverse relationship of CR with DPR. The joint contribution of ROE and CR has a high ability to predict and influence the DPR. ROE has a significant negative effect on the DPR. CR has no influence on the DPR. Together, ROE and CR have proven to have a significant positive effect on the DPR.
