Global fenomena has condition a business activities must be manage more proffesional andinvolve the stakeholders. The traditional market as a public service have many competitiveat the future, like mini market and modern market. This study was designed to investigatepossibility of traditional market management to be region company especially on market institutionin Semarang municipality. The concept based on to revitalization of traditional marketmanagement to be health market. The population on this study are the buyers, the sellers,the communities, the assosiation of seller, and market coordinators. All of markets in Semarangmunicipality as a object of study. The amount of markets are 47 units. The variables ofstudy are focus on organization and human resources management, stakeholders, law, andbenchmarking. The study use descriptive approach with quantitative and qualitative analysis.The result show that organization structure and human resources capability of market institutionin Semarang municipality is not relevan with current condition. The organizational cannotcreate and support the competitiveness in industrial markets. Capability of human resourcesin market institution is not relevant for answer the era competitiveness. The recommendationof the study focus on reorganization of market institution and increase capability of humanresources management to increase market institution competitiveness.Keywords : Organization and Management, Regulations, Benchmarking, Traditional Market

Existing human resources in the organization have diversity in the intensity of commitment,based on the condition of this article examine how to develop models of human resourcecommitment in order to improve the performance of human resources. Based on the literaturereview there are seven proposed hypotheses, supported by empirical. The better the communicationquality, the higher the performance of human resources. The better the communicationquality, the higher the commitment affective. The better the communication quality,the higher the commitment continuance. The better the communication quality, the higher thecommitment normative. The higher the affective commitment, the higher the performanceof human resources. More and continuance commitment, the higher the performance of humanresources. The more normative commitment, the higher the performance of human resources.Based on direct, indirect and total human resources performance model, the prioritydevelopment are as follows: Improved performance of human resources is influencedby continuance commitment are built with quality improvement of communication. Improvedperformance of human resources is influenced by normative commitment to the improvementof communication quality built. Improved performance of human resources is influenced byaffective commitment is built with improvement communication. Resource Based View is an important issue correlate to funding source preferences in welfareof the society. There are research gap about the limited study to focus anteceden empowermentprocess toward increase ability society.The concept needs to be clarified by empirical fact.Therefore, this research proposed “a research problemâ€: how define the process of improvinga society ability through developing human capital, empowerment process and subject ability.The research object is the society Sumber Rahayu Central Java. The method sampling usesthe non-probability method. The sample of this research includes 104 persons. Statisticalanalysis was used to analyse this data. Descriptive statistic used to describe specificationof the characteristics being investigated. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) of SmartPartial Least Square statistical software package was used in modeling and hypothesistesting. Result indicates resource potential changing into a source advantage. The objective of this research is to analyze the financial performance in state own enterprisessof PT Perikanan Nusantara ( PT Usaha Mina, PT Perikanan, PT Tirta Raya Mina, andPT Perikanan Samudra Besar. This Research done on 2009 in each branchs of PT PerikananNusantara. The result show that the cash ratio of PT Perikanan Nusantara is 0.08. TheSolvability value, PT Perikanan Nusantara is below 0.53, though minimum standard of thatsolvability ratio is 1 : 1, in this case cash ratio of PT Perikanan Nusantara is below minimumstandard of solvability ratio. , meaning ability of company to pay for debt of estae had ill assorted.Minimum standard (current ratio 0 which ought to is 2 : 1, in this case current ratio ofPT Fishery of Nusantara reside in far below the mark minimize current ratio that is only 0.24.Meaning, PT Perikanan Nusantara unable to fulfill obligation short-range him, in the formof fluent debt and long-range debt. Depended to this debt can be seen from side of leverageratio PT Perikanan Nusantara which equal to 1.88. This number means that the capital of thecompany is mostly external financing. This research has purpose to analyze the ability of investor to accuracy of market reaction torespond announcement of increasing dividend at Indonesian Stock Exchange. This researchalso examine dividend information indication and accuracy of market reaction. The variablewhich is used to see market reaction is abnormal return, in are side the ability of investor ispromoted by stock holder in institution. The sample which is used in this research is all companieswhich are registrated in Indonesian Stock Exchange is chosen by sampling purposemethod since 2004 to 2006 it is got 127 sample of company. This result of research showsthat increasing dividend announcement doesn’t have information indication, investor is notcorrect to respond decreasing dividend market announcement or Indonesian Stock Exchangehasn’t been efficient in information or in all decisions, and there is no effect or impact fromanalyze of ability investor toward the accuracy of market reaction to respond increasing dividendannouncement.Keywords : Dividend Increase, Information Content, Decisionally Efficient Market, Investor Sophistication, Institutional Ownership.

One of the reasons in performance apprisal research was to evaluate accurately and integratethe overall employer performance. The result expected as a feedback to the problems what isincapable, constrained jobs faced by employer, with the reason how to anticipate the aboveproblems to support the stability and balance of the organization (Dreher and Doughethy, 2003).One of the influenced variables to the performance appraisal was LMX and dyadic qualitymoderated duration. The research at PT. PLN Yogyakarta branch, used with survey method for102 respondents evaluated and analysis by multiple regression. The result a strong indicationin simultineous dyadic quality and has a positive and significant relationship with performanceappraisal, although partially not showed a significant performance appraisal relationship. The resultshowed the higher employer performance appraisal in moderated by the interaction duration. Thisappraisal would be strengthen with the finding of rating different between employer performanceappraisal by interaction duraton and gender. As for intention of this research is to analyses influence of awareness brand to decision ofpurchasing of motorbike of Honda in Kecamatan Kaliwungu Kabupaten Kendal, to analyseinfluence of assosiation brand to decision of purchasing of motorbike of Honda to analyseinfluence of perceived of quality to decision of purchasing of motorbike of Honda and toanalyses influence of awareness brand, assosiation brand and perceived of quality todecision of purchasing of motorbike of Honda. In this research of population which in usingis all user of motorbike parrot brand of Honda exist. Amount of taken sample will be roundedup to become 100 responder with its intake method of him is the non sampling probality.Data analyzer which is used in this research is validity test, test reliability, analyses doubledregression, examination of coefficient and hypothesis of determination. Pursuant to result ofanalysis hence can be concluded as follows there are influence which is significant betweenawareness brand to Decision of purchasing, there are influence which is significant amongassociation brand to Decision of purchasing, there are influence which is significant amongperceived of quality to decision of purchasing, there are influence which is significant amongawareness brand ( X1), association brand ( X2) and perceived of quality ( X3) to decision ofpurchasing ( Y) and Coefficient value of determination ( Adjusted R Square) is equal to 0,596or 59,6% meaning variable constribution of brand awareness ( X1), association brand ( X2)and perceived of quality ( X3) to Decision of purchasing ( Y) equal to 77,6% and the rest40,4% influenced by other factors.Keyword : Brand Awareness, Brand Association, Perceived Quality, Decision of Purchasing

The objectives of this research are examine the influence of applying Total Qualitative Management(TQM) on the excellent service of the village chief apparatus in Gunungpati Semarang subdistrictand to examine the biggest influences of TQM dimension towards the excellent service.Population of the research is societies 16 kelurahan at Gunungpati Subdistrict Semarang. Thesample consists of 160 societes in Gunungpati Subdistrict Semarang. The research method usethe survey method with questionaire. The examining hypothesis in multi regression under SPSS13.The research result find that there is some influence in apllying TQM on the excellent serviceof the apparatus in kelurahan Gunungpati subdistrict, Semarang. Another examining result whichis done with contrasting the dimension of educational beta value coefficient and the biggest exercisingin contrast with another beta coefficient. It means that the educational dimension andexercising that influencing on the excellent service of the apparatus in kelurahan Gunungpati subdistrict,Semarang. Limitation of this research are the use of survey methods and only GunungpatiSubdistrict to predict excellent service of all kelurahan in Semarang city.Keyword : Total Quality Management, Excellent Service, Educational and Exercising

This study aimed at explaining both the direct and indirect influences of Customer RelationshipManagement strategy on company image through customer satisfaction. This researchwas conducted in service user customers of PT BGR Semarang. It used observation, questionnaireand documentation methods, while the data was analyzed using descriptive analysisand multiple linear regressions. From the research result, it was found that sig calculation0.013<0.05 in which H1 was confirmed and 0.21<0.05 in which H2 was confirmed; it meansthat there were positive influences of CRM on customer satisfaction and that there were positiveinfluence of CRM strategy on company image through customer satisfaction. The saidresearch result could be explained that the well-implemented CRM strategy would likely tocreate customer satisfaction. The suggestions the researcher could offer were. For the companyto improve CRM strategy approaches such as: (1) improving the use of marketing mix,particularly service product, (2) improving communication with customers periodically or onmonthly basis, (3) improving the service particularly that from employees and continuouslydeveloping the image by considering the aspects of: company’s social responsibility towardits environment and warehouse, innovating, in this case, by improving support equipmentsand devices, improving management quality, particularly HR.Keywords: Customer Relationship Management, Company Image, Customer Satisfaction

The current study examined the impact of perceived organizational support (POS), workstressor, and gender on work-family conflict (WFC) and family-work conflict (FWC) variables.The participants were 100 lecturers working full-time for a variety of universities in Semarang.T-test and hierarchical regression analysis were used to test the hypotheses. The resultindicated that POS was negatively related to both WFC and FWC. POS exhibited a moderatingeffect of the relationships of stressor and FWC, but not WFC. The result also indicated thatgender did not predict the level of conflict, and not moderated the effect of stressor on bothtypes of the conflict.Keywords: Pos, Stressor, Gender, WFC, FWC
