Abstract

Ministry of Religious Affairs Jakarta Regional Office does not have a decision support system that can help the process of echelon structural rise. The structural position of echelon at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of DKI Jakarta amounted to 41 people with details of 1 person occupying Echelon II, 10 people occupying the Echelon III, and 30 people occupying the Echelon IV. Basically the process undertaken for promotions begins with the announcement of vacancies, the selection of administrative and competence selection, until the results of the selection will be reported to the Chairman of the Baperjakat for trial. This raises the constraints in terms of time, the vacancy announced 2 weeks before the last limit of file collection is not enough considering not all employees read the information board. In addition to time, paper-based paperwork will cost 25 sheets of paper for each candidate that will eventually become a pile of paper by the end of the year and data searching becomes more difficult. The design of this decision support system uses the steps in SPK modeling which consists of feasibility study, designing, selecting, and making SPK. From this research, the result of the design of decision support system of employee promotion by using profile matching method at the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Jakarta Regional Office is expected to facilitate the provision of vacant vacancy information to be viewed by employees at any time through the website and minimize the amount of paper usage. After the SPK, no files have to be collected because the files can already be uploaded in the system. And the time required for reduction approximately 20 minutes before the system can occur approximately 2 days, so the efficiency level to 50%.

Abstract

PT Persada Duta Beliton was established in 1989 in Tanjung Pandan city. The company made the first attempt to sell the airline ticket business, sailing vessel and hotel voucher. The services available at the company are currently less personally focused on customers. This resulted in the company not getting a more optimal valueand less on target. Therefore a business strategy is needed to optimize marketing, sales and service. Based on the research, the company currently does not have a media campaign that directly targeted to its customers and the absence of information storage media in the form of reviews from customers who have booked a tour package to assess the company's performance in order to improve the service is expected also able to provide more services in facilitating customers in interacting with company. The purpose of this research is to design an i-CRM information system at PT Persada Duta Beliton based website that can be used to maintain the company's relationship with the customer. The results to be achieved so that the system can have the function of booking tour packages, chat feature for customers to interact directly to the company in the system, the tour package reviews from customers and the existence of direct promotional media leads to customers as well as personalization to customers such as anniversary remarks include special discounts to customers. Model for system development is Rapid Application System (RAD). In system design is done by using tools Unified Model Language (UML).

Abstract

PT. Harapan Sentosa Nusantara merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perhotelan dan ekspedisi pengiriman barang. Belum adanya sistem informasi yang mampu memasarkan jasa perhotelan, membantu pelanggan untuk menggunakan jasa penginapan dari luar kota, dan sering terjadi kekeliruan dalam pencatatan seperti kesalahan penulisan nota dan transaksi, sehingga sulitnya dibuat laporan. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut maka disusunlah satu rancang bangun sistem e-commerce B2C pada PT. Harapan Sentosa Nusantara. Sistem yang dibangun terdiri dari registrasi, pemesanan, pembayaran dan cetak bukti bayar untuk customer, sedangkan untuk internal perusahaan terdiri dari pengelolaan data user, data kamar, pemesanan, pembayaran, pemasukan dan pengeluaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan terdiri dari metode pengumpulan data (observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka) dan metode pengembangan sistem Rapid Application Development (RAD) yang bersifat Object Oriented dengan tools Unified Modelling Language (UML). Hasil penelitian yang diharapkan ialah terbentuknya sistem ecommerce yang dapat digunakan oleh PT. Harapan Sentosa Nusantara untuk mengelola administrasi perusahaan hingga menghasilkan laporan pendapatan dan pengeluaran. Dengan terbentuknya sistem e-commerce diharapkan perusahaan PT. Harapan Sentosa Nusantara dapat memasarkan bisnisnya secara lebih luas dan customer dapat melakukan pemesanan dan pembayaran tanpa harus datang ke lokasi secara langsung.

Abstract

ATM and e-banking is one of the technologies banking. E-banking is composed of Internet banking and SMS Banking. The general objective of this study was to determine the public perception of various people, especially banking customers will service ATM and e-banking. Methodology in this research using TAM as a tool to measure customer perception with data collection. Testing hypotheses using validity and reliability, the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression test. On the validity of all valid variable-value is above 0.1 the value of tolerance and reliability are worth reliable only. On normality test, graph plots obtained following the diagonal lines except the hypothesis interest income earned by the patterned plot graph and follow diagonal line. In multicolinearity test all variables does not occur multikolinearitas in getting out of tolerance values >0.1 and VIF <10. In the test heterokedastisitas on the graph plots the points obtained spreading pattern is not clear above and below the number 0 on the X axis and Y, except the hypothesis interest income earned by thepatterned plot graph below and above the Y. On Multiple Linear Regression Testing using R2 test, t test and F test results obtained independent variable significant effect on the dependent variable. From the results of hypothesis testing, it is known that the perception of the Customer will be ATM and e-banking methods TAM consisting of utilities/public works, Ease/PEU, Attitude/ATU, Interests/Biu, Technology/ATEU much influenced by variables of age and occupation. In the variable interest income was also influence each other.

Abstract

Salemba Group Guidance Group (SG) is an institution engaged in the field of education consultants and tutoring. investment of Bimbel SG on SI / TI body has not been effective, this can be seen from the failure of eCors system implementation caused by lack of careful planning of the system, the system development is still adhoc, and not done by experts. This leads to a kuangnya planning on the development of SI / IT, resulting in unconformity between the strategy of SI / IT with its business strategy. In developing SI / IT, a mature architectural plan is required to plan and manage SI / IT, in order to avoid recurrence of failures in system management. Based on existing facts, an enterprise architecture planning for data management, application, and technology was established, with the aim of assisting Bimbel SG in achieving its objectives. In this research, enterprise architecture planning is made using TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) with ADM (Architecture Develoment Method) method. This enterprise architecture planning will result in blueprint business architecture, application architecture, data architecture, technology architecture, gap analysis on each architecture, and roadmap of application implementation for Bimbel SG.

Abstract

PT XYZ adalah perusahaan yang berbasis proyek dan produsen furniture. Pada sistem pengawasan, pengendalian, dan pemantauan dari proses yang dilakukan oleh pihak perusahaan terhadap proyek furniture sedang dikerjakan mengalami beberapa masalah diantaranya yaitu data atau informasi yang diperoleh oleh perusahaan dari Manager Proyek mengenai report dan perkembangan proyek furniture dilapangan bergantung kepada waktu yang diserahkan dokumen, dengan menempuh jarak dari lokasi proyek ke kantor perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat aplikasi monitoring proyek furniture yang diharapkan dapat memudahkan monitoring proyek furniture di perusahaan tersebut.

Abstract

Management information system is a system within the organization that brings daily transaction processing needs, support operations, managerial and strategic activities of an organization and provide certain outside parties with the necessary reports. Sinar Mulya Cooperative is a small cooperative whose members are small home business entrepreneurs who have stood for almost 10 years more, this cooperative initiative of small businesses that want to have association or shade where the sharing of experience between entrepreneurs engaged in the field of chicken farming in the data storage management is still not Organized or still using conventional media such as books, either books for data breeders name, drug data, ration data (feed), or chicken data. Therefore, with this application is expected to overcome the constraints experienced in obtaining information from the results of managing livestock data Chicken in improving the field of data processing chicken, chicken stock, chicken age, feed data, data drug and data breeders. Abstract

Over the last few decades, email has become a carrier source for transporting spam and malicious content. The Email Network is also a major source of criminal activity on the Internet. Computer Forensics is a systematic process for storing and analyzing email stored on a computer for the purpose of proof in legal proceedings and other civil matters. Email analysis is challenging because it is not only used in various fields that can be done by hackers or malicious users, but also the flexibility of composing, editing, deleting email using offline (eg, MS Outlook) or online email (eg Webmail) applications. To anticipate this, an approach is taken using email forensic tools to understand the extent to which these tools will be useful for detecting and performing appropriate forensic analysis. In this paper, we conducted a comparative study of a set of common features to compare and compare five popular opensource tools forensic email. The study found that all forensic email tools are not similar, offering all types of facilities. Combining these tools allows analysis to get detailed information in the field of forensic email.

Abstract

Software SLiMS (Senayan Library Management System), which was originally built to meet the needs of the library collection management in Indonesia, it is technically the system features in it, SLiMS fit for use as a repository college. This is reinforced by the presence of one Indonesian university that uses repository college Slims as indexed in the Open Directory Doar and also enter the Webometrics ranking system of web repositories Indonesia. The use of SLiMS as a repository universities are expected to contribute to the advancement of science and technology world.

Abstract

Animal Husbandry in Depok City is generally found in every small village in Depok. Good coverage of small, medium and large farms. Many obstacles faced by the farmers in Depok region. And lack of information about livestock diseases. Another obstacle arises when one of the breeders needs supplies or livestock germs for his farm. Department of Agriculture and Fisheries (DISTANKAN) is a legal entity engaged in the area of Depok city in supervising and controlling the pace of development of farms, so that it can record and monitor the development of livestock in the city of Depok, it is necessary an information system that can integrate nonspatial data and spatial data distribution of existing livestock locations in Depok City capable of processing administrative data so that the office can inform the general public about livestock. Spatial analysis function in Geographic Information System (GIS) can be applied to Depok's DISTANCE system. By providing coordinate point on a data with a certain scale to represent a criterion. Therefore, researchers conduct research and make spatial information system based on web distribution of farms to record and provide spatial information location of farms scattered. The development of the system used is a model RAD (Rapid Application Development) with Unified Modeling Language (UML) design tool. Spatial tools used areArcView 3.3 and Mapguide. The stages of RAD system development starts from the requirement planning phase, the workshop design phase and the immunization phase (implementation) until the system testing. The results of this study is a system that can provide information distribution of livestock data for the general public and related institutions, especially spatial based in WebGis view.
