Abstract

ATM and e-banking is one of the technologies banking. E-banking is composed of Internet banking and SMS Banking. The general objective of this study was to determine the public perception of various people, especially banking customers will service ATM and e-banking. Methodology in this research using TAM as a tool to measure customer perception with data collection. Testing hypotheses using validity and reliability, the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression test. On the validity of all valid variable-value is above 0.1 the value of tolerance and reliability are worth reliable only. On normality test, graph plots obtained following the diagonal lines except the hypothesis interest income earned by the patterned plot graph and follow diagonal line. In multicolinearity test all variables does not occur multikolinearitas in getting out of tolerance values >0.1 and VIF <10. In the test heterokedastisitas on the graph plots the points obtained spreading pattern is not clear above and below the number 0 on the X axis and Y, except the hypothesis interest income earned by thepatterned plot graph below and above the Y. On Multiple Linear Regression Testing using R2 test, t test and F test results obtained independent variable significant effect on the dependent variable. From the results of hypothesis testing, it is known that the perception of the Customer will be ATM and e-banking methods TAM consisting of utilities/public works, Ease/PEU, Attitude/ATU, Interests/Biu, Technology/ATEU much influenced by variables of age and occupation. In the variable interest income was also influence each other.

Abstract

Biro Kepegawaian Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia mempunyai tugas melaksanakan pengelolaan data informasi kepegawaian, perencanaan, mutasi, assessment, dan pengembangan pegawai di lingkungan Kementerian Agama. Setiap tahunnya, Kementerian Agama mengadakan beragam ujian tes dengan anggaran yang besar. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mewujudkan proses pelaksanaan ujian berbasis komputer yang tidak membutuhkan alur proses yang panjang, serta dapat meminimalkan angka kecurangan sehingga menjadi lebih jujur, adil, transparan, akuntabel, serta lebih efektif dan efisien dari segi waktu dan biaya, sehingga diharapkan dapat mengurangi penumpukkan berkas, redudansi data, meminimalisir tingkat kesalahan, dan menghemat anggaran, serta mempercepat hasil dalam pelaksanaan ujian seleksi berbagai bidang yang diadakan oleh Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Sedangkan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Rapid Application Development (RAD) dengan perancangan sistem menggunakan tools UML, tahap pengkodean dengan PHP, dan framework Code Igniter, serta MySQL sebagai Databasenya.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi saat ini tidak hanya dimanfaatkan perusahaan untuk membantu mencatat informasi kinerja, namun juga membantu record data kesehatan karyawan. Namun, salah satu perusahaan di Indonesia yang memiliki yayasan kesehatan untuk mengelola kesehatan karyawannya masih belum memanfaatkan secara maksimal, karena masih menggunakan cara konvensional untuk mencatat data dengan menggunakan. Selain itu juga belum adanya sistem yang dapat membantu dalam proses monitoring kesehatan. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan sistem record dan monitoring pembinaan kesehatan karyawan sehingga akan memberi kemudahan untuk unit pembinaan dalam mengawasi kesehatan karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu Rapid Application Development (RAD), Unified Modeling Language (UML) sebagai tools perancangan sistem, PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman dalam membangun sistem dengan PostgreSQL sebagai database-nya, dan XAMPP sebagai web server. Hasil penelitian adalah sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu unit pembinaan dalam melakukan pencatatan data dan melakukan monitoring kesehatan program pembinaan.

Abstract

Kafila International Islamic School (KIIS) adalah sebuah pesantren (boarding school) yang mempunyai banyak prestasi di beberapa perlombaan dan nilai Ujian Nasional. Sejak 2007, KIIS sudah menerapkan standar ISO 9001:2008 sebagai standar mutu pendidikan. Namun, dengan penerapan ISO 9001:2008 belum menutup semua celah baik kelemahan (vulnerable) atau ancaman (threat) yang timbul ketika proses pembelajaran sekolah berlangsung. Dalam wawancara penulis, KIIS memerlukan solusi untuk improvisasi keamanan dan dokumentasi yang lebih baik terutama dalam fasilitas informasi, yaiu dengan melakukan penelitian evaluasi menggunakan ISO 27002:2013, penelitian Keamanan Sistem Informasi ini dilakukan pada 8 klausul, pada kebijakan keamanan informasi, keamanan informasi organisasi, keamanan sumber daya (pekerjaan), manajemen aset, kontrol akses, keamanan fisik dan lingkungan, keamanan operasi, akusisi sistem informasi, pembangunan dan pemeliharaan). Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode pengukuran kapabilitas tingkat kedewasaan (CMM). Dapat dihasilkan nilai kedewasaan 4 (managed) pada klausul kebijakan keamanan informasi, keamanan informasi organisasi, keamanan sumber daya dan manajemen aset. Selanjutnya Nilai kedewasaan 3 (defined) pada klausul Kontrol Akses, Keamanan fisik dan lingkungan, Keamanan operasi, Akusisi sistem informasi dan pembangunan dan pemeliharaan.

Abstract

The MyPertamina application is an application that functions as a cashless payment system, where this application can make it easier for users to make BBM payments. This study aims to determine the level of user satisfaction and the factors that influence their satisfaction with the MyPertamina application using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) approach. Since 2017 this application has been running, until now it is known that the number of existing MyPertamina users is still relatively low and far from the maximum potential of the vehicle population in Indonesia. Where MyPertamina users currently are approximately 5 million users, while the number of vehicles in Indonesia itself is currently 144 million units of vehicles. This causes the target user has not been achieved in accordance with what is expected by PT. Pertamina. It can be concluded that of the 5 hypotheses tested, 1 of them was rejected. So the factors that canaffect MyPertamina user satisfaction in terms of Content, Accuracy, Ease of Use, and Timeliness. Meanwhile, the format variable has no effect on MyPertamina user satisfaction.

Abstract

Aplikasi E-letter merupakan aplikasi yang digunakan mahasiswa untuk mengajukan pembuatan surat. Aplikasi yang membantu mahasiswa dalam mengajukan surat Keterangan Aktif Kuliah dan Surat Keterangan Praktek Kerja Lapangan dan yang lainnya. Dalam penelitian ini ingin diketahui tingkat kenyamanan pengguna dalam hal User Experience. Evaluasi dilakukan pada mahasiswa dan mahasiswi program studi Sistem Informasi dengan menggunakan metode User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Evaluasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan Data Analityc Tool yang berada di website UEQ. Hasil dari evaluasi ini adalah Nilai daya tarik adalah 1,436, nilai kejelasan adalah 1,702, nilai efisiensi adalah 1,202, nilai ketepatan adalah 1,269, nilai stimulasi adalah 1,365 dan nilai kebaruan adalah 0,750.

Abstract

Employee Performance Reports electronically (LKP) are used by lecturers to periodically report performance on performance for 6 months which includes teaching, research, and community service plus support. Sometimes in the reporting, there are obstacles experienced by lecturers related to filling out the report. The purpose of this research is to measure effectiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction. Besides that, I want to know the topics that are often discussed by the lecturer participants. This research was conducted involving 5 lecturers who actively used E-LKP. Data collection was carried out through experiments in which participants used E-LKP and gave their opinions about E-LKP using the Think Aloud method and analyzed using QDA Miner Lite. This usability testing test results show that the effectiveness value is 95%, the efficiency value is 96% and the SUS value is 61. The results of think-aloud when working on assigned scenarios are analyzed using QDA Miner Lite software so that the 6 highest coding frequencies in this study are Activity, Assignment Letters, External Activities, Moving Activities, Activity Codes, and Research.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam memasarkan produk herbal melalui e-commerce menjadi salah satu strategi yang relevan untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di era digital. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pelaku usaha kecil, khususnya pengrajin dan produsen herbal lokal, dalam mengoptimalkan teknologi digital untuk memasarkan produk mereka. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi pelatihan, pendampingan teknis, dan evaluasi pasca-kegiatan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam menggunakan platform e-commerce seperti Tokopedia, Shopee, dan media sosial sebagai alat pemasaran. Selain itu, peserta juga mampu membuat akun toko, mengelola katalog produk, serta memahami dasar-dasar digital marketing. Abstract

This study's objective is to investigate the performance of a predictive model for students at risk of dropout (DO) by considering several internal criteria of an academic program. This research uses academic information from UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta and applies the C4.5, Naive Bayes Classification (NBC), Support Vector Machine (SVM), and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) to forecast which students might drop out. The data used consists of 714 student records from Department of Information Systems for the academic year 2010–2015 as training and 2018 as testing data. The research method refers to the SEMMA framework (Sample, Explore, Modify, Model, and Assess) to ensure systematic and accurate data processing. Meanwhile, the internal criteria used are the completed courses, the status of the internship report, and the final project proposal. According to the study's findings, the C4.5 and SVM algorithms get the best accuracy rates of 94.44%, while KNN and NBC come in second and third, respectively, with 93%. The results show that the C4.5 and SVM algorithms work well with academic data. This study provides a substantial contribution to the development of a prediction system for students at risk of dropping out, which can be integrated into data-based applications or dashboards. This solution is expected to help higher education institutions identify students who need further academic support. In addition, this research also opens up opportunities for the progress of more accurate forecasting models through the integration of additional variables such as behavioral or psychological data. With this data-driven approach, higher education institutions can enhance their efficiency in monitoring and preventing student dropouts, thereby supporting a vision of quality and sustainable education.
