Jurnal Strategik Manajemen menerbitkan artikel penelitian yang bersifat komprehensif dengan mengundang review dari para ahli terkemuka pada bidangnya. Artikel jurnal ilmiah yang masuk akan diseleksi berdasarkan kajian ilmiah yang tinggi, memberikan pengetahuan baru yang penting, dan sangat menarik bagi masyarakat bidang ekonomi manajemen. Jurnal Strategik Manajemen terbit pertama kali pada tahun 2016 dan terbit rutin dua kali setahun hingga tahun 2023. Hingga saat itu, Jurnal Strategik Manajemen menerima artikel-artikel berkualitas tinggi dalam jumlah banyak. Terbitan pada jurnal dengan frekuensi dua kali dalam setahunnya yaitu pada bulan April dan November.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The objectives of this study include: To determine the effect of financial and non-financial compensation on the performance of teachers and employees of the Muhammadiyah Wanasari Vocational School in Brebes Regency. The research method used is a case study, while for data analysis using statistical analysis tools, namely: (1) Validity test, (2) reliability test, (3) normality test (4) multicollinearity test, (5) heteroscedasticity test, (6) -T Test, (7) -F Test. The results showed that financial compensation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers and employees. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research entitled "The Effect of Salary and Incentives for Teacher's performance at Wiyata Mandiri Vocational School in Tegal Regency Pagerbarang". This research aims to: 1. To find out how good it is to influence the level of study on the performance of teachers at the Wiyata Vocational School in Bandung, North Sumatra, Tegal. 2. To recognize the effect of giving Partial Incentives to teacher performance at Wiyata Vocational School in Bandung, North Sumatra District, Tegal. 3. To find out how the effect of giving Salary and Incentives Simultaneously to the performance of teachers at Wiyata Mandiri Vocational School Pagerbarang, Tegal Regency. 4. To find out the dominant influence on teacher performance at Wiyata Mandiri Vocational School in Tegal Regency Pagerbarang. From the results of the research that has been carried out at the Wiyata Mandiri Vocational School in Tegal regency, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1. Based on the results of the partial hypothesis test (t test), the results of t arithmetic for the Salary variable (X1) are 1,230 with a sig value of 0.092> 0.05, while for the incentive variable (X2) the value of t is 5.570 with a sig value of 0.072> 0.5 of these results, it can be concluded that for the hypothesis one only the Incentive variable (X2) has a significant effect on performance while the Salary variable (X1) does not have a dominant effect on the performance of SMK Teachers Wiyata Mandiri Pagerbarang, Tegal Regency 1. Based on the results of the simultaneous test (f test) obtained the results of F count of 869,721 with a sig value of 0,000 0.988), it can be concluded that salary has a dominant influence on teacher performance at the Wiyata Mandiri Vocational School in Tegal Regency Pagerbarang ..

Abstract

Abstract This study entitled the influence of savings and deposits on lending at the BRI Bulakamba Unit in Brebes Branch. The research method used is collecting data on the amount of savings, deposits, and credit from 2012 to 2016, while the data analysis used is: Multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t test, and test f. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that: Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis on Coefficients, the multiple regression model with one Credit dependent variable (Y) with n independent variables the size of Savings (X1) and Deposits (X2) is: Y = - 12,467,949,951,039 + 0,994 (X1) + 0,305 (X2). The constant is -12.467.949,951,039 means that if X1 and X2 value is 0, then profit (Y) value decreases by Rp. 12467949951,039, in the savings constant (X1) of 0.994 Every increase of Rp. 1000 from Savings, Credit will increase by Rp 994, and on the deposit constant (X2) Every increase of Rp. 1000 from a deposit, the credit will increase by Rp. 305. Based on the results of the t test, the Savings magnitude variable (X1) which is 15,898 has a significant effect on Credit because the Savings account is 15,898> of table 4,303, and the variable Deposit (X2) is 1,077, there is no significant effect on credit distribution in the Branch Office BRI Branch Brebes because the tcount of deposits is 1.077

Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Service Quality PASTI PASS at Bangsri 44,522.20 Gas Station in Brebes Regency (Blessing CV) Against Customer Satisfaction. The objectives to be achieved in this study are: 1. To find out whether PASTI PASS service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at SPB 44,522.20 Bangsri Brebes Regency. 2. To find out how much influence PASTI PASS service quality has on customer satisfaction at SPB 44,522.20 Bangsri Brebes Regency. The research method used is a case study at the 44,522.20 Bangsri gas station in Brebes Regency, while the data collection method used is survey, interview, library research questionnaire. In testing the hypothesis used a simple regression coefficient analysis tool with t and F. From the analysis results can be concluded: 1. There is a significant influence between PASTI PASS service quality on customer satisfaction. Based on F test statistical analysis by using a confidence level of 95% (α = 0.05) and degree of freedom (df) = (k - 1) and (n - k - 1) obtained by Ftable of 2.71 the results of calculations performed produce Fcount 954,093. Because Fcount is greater than Ftable, the hypothesis Ho is rejected, and the t test. By using a confidence level of 95% (α = 0.05) and the degree of freedom (df) = K and (n - k - 1) obtained t table of 1.6609. From the calculation performed, the value of the service tcount is 30,888, because the tcount is greater than t table (30,88> 1,6609), then the service variable (X) has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. 2. From the results of simple linear regression calculation, Y = 1.012 + 0.982 X means that the value of customer satisfaction will be positive at 1.012 if the service variable (X) is constant. This means that customers still have satisfaction to make purchases without any changes in service quality variables, and if the service variable (X) increases by one unit, it will increase customer satisfaction (Y) by 0.982 units. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of the research is to analyze financial performance on CV Nabil Sukses Mandiri Tegak through activity ratio analysis and profitability ratios. The research model conducted is through field research (field research), namely research directly in the company by conducting direct interviews with leaders and employees of the company and library research, namely research conducted using literature and writing - writings that are closely related to the object of writing intended to obtain a theoretical basis will be used in discussing the problem under study. The results showed that the ratio of activities which included receivable turnover, inventory turnover, and total asset turnover had increased even though the total asset turnover in 2015 had decreased slightly by 1.29 to 2.28 times. While the profitability ratio which includes gross profit margin, net profit margin and return on investment has increased from 2012 to 2016.

Abstract

ABSTRAK This study aims to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the Global Lingua Brebes LKP and to find out what factors influence the customer to choose a course at the Global LKP Lingua Brebes. Based on internal and external analysis of the institution along with the cartesius diagram it can be found that the main strategy of the Lingua Brebes Global LKP is the Growth Strategy, where the Global Lingua Brebes LKP can develop its market share and educational programs by developing the capabilities of employees and educators. Based on the SWOT matrix, we can conclude some developments through consideration of the internal and external factors of the institution that can be useful for the progress of the Lingua Brebes Global LKP. With SWOT analysis, educational institutions can see the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that can create promotional and marketing strategies right in order to be able to compete with similar institutions.
