Abstract

Patient satisfaction is one of the main indicators of the standard of a health facility as a result of health services. The satisfaction of patients can be achieved by developing a service system that is responsive to patient complaints, which in turn will minimizes costs and time and maximizes the impact of services on patients. It is of great importance to consider patient satisfaction in the context of health services, as this can provide insight into the quality of the service provided. Consequently, the objective of this study was to ascertain the level of satisfaction of patients receiving antenatal care (ANC) at the Kuta Baro Health Center in Aceh Aceh Regency the year is 2024. This study employs an analytic approach with a cross-sectional research design. The population under investigation consisted of all pregnant women who visited the Kuta Baro Health Center between September and October 2024. A total sampling technique was utilized, and a chi-square statistical test was conducted to analyze the data. Univariate and bivariate data analysis techniques were employed to examine the findings. The findings of the study, as reported by respondents who had sought examination at the health center, indicated a lack of satisfaction with the quality of services provided by health workers. This study demonstrates a correlation between the level of satisfaction of antenatal care (ANC) patients with the quality of health services at the Kuta Baro Health Center in Aceh Besar Regency in 2024, with a P-value of 0.003, which is less than 0.05. It is recommended that pregnant women adhere to the recommended schedule for antenatal care (ANC) examinations. It is hoped that the findings of this study will enhance the knowledge of pregnant women regarding the quality of services provided by health workers, particularly in relation to.

This study involved 12 athletes with a focus on three main aspects of smash skills, namely hitting speed, ball direction accuracy, and jump height. The method used is descriptive quantitative, with data collection through direct measurement of each relevant variable. Based on the results of the study, the average athlete's hitting speed is in the Good category (18.0–19.4 m/s), with most athletes showing effective hitting abilities. In terms of ball direction accuracy, 41.7% of athletes are in the Very Good category (≥ 85%), indicating high precision ability in directing the ball when smashing. For jump height, 33.3% of athletes are in the Very Good category (≥ 70 cm), which supports the effectiveness of smashes in avoiding opponent blocks. Overall, the majority of athletes show solid smash skills, although there is still room for improvement in the aspects of speed, accuracy, and jump height. This study provides useful insights for improving training programs in order to improve athlete performance and maximize their potential in matches.

Abstract

The Independent Curriculum is a learning framework designed to provide teachers with the flexibility to design the teaching and learning process based on students' needs, interests, and potential. The independent curriculum is an independent program that emphasizes context-based learning, character building through the Pancasila Student Profile, and a differentiation approach that allows students to learn at a pace and method that suits their abilities. Through an adaptive and flexible approach, the Independent Curriculum aims to create a more relevant, meaningful, and contextual learning experience for students. Fractions are one of the important materials in basic mathematics because they provide a foundation for understanding more complex concepts such as decimals, percentages, and algebra. In the independent curriculum, this separate material aims to improve conceptual understanding, critical thinking skills, and application skills through a context-based approach and strengthen the Pancasila student profile. This article analyzes the implementation of the Independent program in distributed learning in elementary schools, including planning, implementing, and assessing learning. The results of the analysis show that the independent curriculum provides teachers with the flexibility to develop innovative learning strategies, such as Real-World Mathematics (RME) and project-based learning, so that students can connect fractions to everyday situations. However, the challenge is the lack of teacher understanding of the new approach and limited learning resources are still obstacles in its implementation. This article recommends teacher training and the development of contextual learning materials to support the successful implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in fraction learning.

Abstract

Hypertension or high blood pressure is an increase in systolic blood pressure of more than 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure of more than 90 mmHg so it is often referred to as the silent killer because it does not show significant symptoms. The purpose of this study is to find out if there is a correlation between the length of suffering from hypertension and the level of anxiety of hypertension patients. The type of research used was a quantitative study on 58 respondents at the Community Health Center Aceh Besar Regency using a cross sectional study design with a sampling technique, namely convenience sampling. Data collection used the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) questionnaire. The results obtained were that most of the patients with moderate hypertension with a BP of 160-180 mmHg were 28 respondents, 24 respondents had hypertension > 11 years, and 31 respondents had mild anxiety levels. The chi-square value between the length of time suffering from hypertension and the level of anxiety was p = 0.000. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between the length of suffering from hypertension and the level of anxiety in the elderly. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) method on improving student learning outcomes in the subject of Natural Sciences (IPA) in classes VIII-1 and VIII-2 at SMP Negeri 2 Mesjid Raya Aceh Besar. Problem-Based Learning is an engaging alternative in the context of education because it creates a more interactive and contextual learning environment. In this study, we examine various literature and academic sources discussing the implementation of PBL in education, focusing on how this model can enhance student engagement, conceptual understanding, and critical and creative thinking skills. The PBL method encourages students to solve problems relevant to the real world, allowing them to connect theory with practice. Through this literature study, we have collected and analyzed data from various studies demonstrating that implementing PBL positively impacts student motivation and academic performance. The results of this analysis indicate that students engaged in problem-based learning show significant improvement in their understanding of basic IPA concepts and problem-solving abilities. Thus, this research concludes that the application of the PBL model is not only effective in enhancing student learning outcomes in junior high schools but also contributes to the development of character and 21st-century skills that are essential for students. This study is expected to provide recommendations for educators and educational institutions to consider the implementation of problem-based learning models in classroom instruction.
