This study aims to evaluate the impact of career development on employee loyalty at The BCC Hotel and Residence, Batam. Utilizing a quantitative method with a causal associative approach, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 52 hotel employees. The analysis was conducted using simple linear regression. The findings reveal that career development has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Employees who perceive good career development opportunities tend to exhibit higher loyalty to the company. The highest levels of loyalty are reflected in positive attitudes toward work, while the need for more attention from direct supervisors highlights the importance of their involvement. This study underscores the significance of professional development in enhancing employee loyalty and recommends that companies continue to improve communication and pay more attention to employee needs and desires to maintain their loyalty.

The phenomenon of using celebrity endorsers as a marketing strategy has been rife in Indonesia, with many companies or brands using famous celebrities to promote their products and services. Celebrities have a huge influence on society, especially for their fans. Their lifestyle, image and opinions often become references for their fans in making decisions, especially purchasing decisions. To determine the effect of celebrity endoser and price on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Skincare products in Jakarta. The data collection method in preparing the thesis is the distribution of questionnaires and literature studies. The analysis method uses statistical quantitative analysis, using the SPSS version 26 application involving validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination. The results of the t test on X1 were obtained at 4.563> 1.984 had a positive effect on Y. There are also the results of the t test on X2 obtained at 6.676> 1.984 had a positive effect on Y. Then the results of the Anova F test of 104.536> F table 3.090 there is a partial influence between celebrity endorsers and prices on purchasing decisions.

With the increasingly rapid development of information technology, people need to do things quickly, effectively and efficiently, especially when carrying out transaction activities. Banking companies are improving services with the introduction of mobile banking. Mobile banking is an innovation from development, science, information technology and communications used by banking companies to facilitate customer transactions and meet needs, which can be accessed by installing an application on the phone. BCA Bank is a private bank that offers digital banking services, one of which is a mobile banking product known as BCA mobile, launched in 2011. By providing banking services via smartphone. BCA bank hopes that customers can enjoy the convenience and speed of BCA Mobile. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of convenience, trust and security on decisions to use mobile banking in Jakarta. The method used in this research is non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling. The data collection technique was through distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents and processed using SPSS version 25. The analysis method used was multiple linear regression. The results of the hypothesis test show that the variables of ease, trust and security have a significant effect on usage decisions.

The emergence of awareness among Indonesian society regarding the importance of maintaining facial condition has made skincare consumption a trend in shopping. This study aims to investigate the influence of product quality and electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions for Somethinc skincare products. The population in this study consists of Somethinc skincare users. Purposive sampling was used as the research method, with data collected through distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents and analyzed using SPSS version 26. Hypothesis testing employed multiple linear regression, t-tests (partial), and F-tests (simultaneous). The results of the multiple linear regression yielded the equation Y = 6.624 + 0.278X1 + 0.271X2. The t-test results (partial) indicate a significant influence of product quality on purchasing decisions, with t count (3.672) > t table (1.985), sig 0.000 < 0.05, as well as electronic word of mouth, t count (4.183) > t table (1.985), sig 0.000 < 0.05. The simultaneous F-test resulted in F count (94.601) > F table (3.090), sig 0.000 < 0.05. Somethinc is expected to continue developing products with new formulas while maintaining quality, and to build effective communication by interacting with and responding to consumer reviews.

In this era of rapid development, the business world must be very selective in selecting competitive human resources. This makes the company very concerned about the job satisfaction of its employees, because good employee job satisfaction can be beneficial for the company itself. This research aims to test and analyze the effect of compensation and career development on job satisfaction of employees of the Financial Services Authority Office. The method of data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 60 respondents of the Financial Services Authority employees. The research method used is quantitative method with sampling technique, namely saturated sample. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The results of this research indicate that Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction.

The development of human resources within a company is an effort to enhance the quality of human resources aimed at improving the quality of workers. Every company hopes and strives to advance by implementing various structured methods in education, training, and development programs to enhance employee performance. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of motivation and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT. KB Bank Tbk Jakarta. The data collection method in this study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 70 respondents who are employees of PT. KB Bank Tbk Jakarta. The method used is a quantitative method with a saturated sampling technique. The data utilized consists of primary and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that motivation and work environment have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction.

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, financial behavior, and future orientation on retirement planning among the sandwich generation. Using a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) AMOS, the research reveals that financial literacy significantly affects financial behavior, which in turn positively impacts retirement planning. However, future orientation does not show a significant effect on retirement planning, indicating that thinking about the future does not necessarily translate into concrete actions for retirement preparation. Additionally, the findings indicate that financial behavior does not significantly mediate the relationship between financial literacy and retirement planning. These results emphasize the importance of enhancing financial literacy to support better retirement planning, but also suggest that other factors may be necessary to strengthen this relationship.

In today's digital era, social media has an important role in everyday life, one of which is as a communication channel. This research investigates the impact of brand familiarity, campaigns and brand experiences on brand attitude. This research is a quantitative approach and uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) analysis. The population in this study is the post-millennial generation who are active users of Instagram social media, have used or purchased Jiniso brand jeans fashion products, and live in the Jabodetabek area. This research uses a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 182 respondents. Based on the research results, of the 7 hypotheses there are 5 hypotheses that are accepted, namely brand familiarity has a positive effect on campaign credibility, campaign fit has a positive effect on campaign credibility, campaign credibility has a positive effect on campaign attitude, campaign attitude has a positive effect on brand attitude, and brand experience has a positive effect on brand attitude. There are 2 hypotheses that were rejected, namely brand familiarity has no effect on brand attitude and involvement with the cause has no effect on campaign attitude. Based on these results, Jiniso is advised to improve and strengthen campaign strategies and marketing methods that can enable post-millennials to increasingly talk about their products on digital media.

The effect of prices and discounts on purchasing decisions for shopee products on Generation Z in Depok City, the method used in this research is quantitative and the data collection technique is documentation study, besides that the data processing uses the SPSS version 25 application. The instrument used to collect data is a questionnaire. This research was conducted in April-June 2024. Respondents in this study were Generation Z Depok City who purchased facial care products at Shopee, totaling 400 people. And distributing questionnaires with each variable, namely variable X1 price, X2 discount, and Y purchase decision. Quantitative analysis consists of data quality testing (Validity and Reliability), classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, hypothesis testing (T Test and F Test), and determination coefficient test. The results of this study are in line with research conducted by Devi Marta Dwi L., Theresia Pradiani, and Ike Kusdyah Rachmawati, in 2021. It can be said that the price and discount variables together have a significant effect on the variable purchasing decisions for facial care products at Shopee for Generation Z in Depok City.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational climate on job satisfaction with organizational commitment as a mediating variable (study on UD Sehati Kecap Koki Dolar employees in Tulungagung). The population in this study were all employees and employees who worked at UD Sehati Kecap Koki Dolar in Tulungagung. The sampling method in this study uses the census technique or saturated sample because the population is not too large, namely 60 respondents. Data is processed through Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The results showed that a better organizational climate can increase job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Meanwhile, stronger organizational commitment is also proven to affect job satisfaction. Organizational commitment acts as a mediator of the effect of organizational climate on employee job satisfaction at UD Sehati Kecap Koki Dolar in Tulungagung.
