Abstract

Recently, people's lives have several lifestyles. Various lifestyles are chosen by individuals to spend time and do activities they enjoy. Besides that, the social environment increasingly supports the formation of an individual's lifestyle. One of the lifestyles that will be discussed in this research is the hedonic lifestyle. Determining each individual's lifestyle is based on the behavior and attitudes of the individual himself. Whether a decision taken by an individual is correct or not is based on the morals of each individual. Good morals will produce good decisions in life. The hedonic style arises from a feeling of wanting to duplicate what other people do to gain recognition from the social environment or as proof of the individual's social status. Other triggering factors that exist outside the individual are parents' parenting patterns towards children, the rapid flow of globalization faced by teenagers, peer interactions, and booming trends.

Abstract

This type of research is observational analytic in the form of a cross-sectional study design. The population in this study were all junior high school students in Bandung Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year. The total sample was 30 students taken using Cluster Sampling and Simple Random Sampling. Data was collected by questionnaire. Data processing was carried out computerized and analyzed using the Chi-Square test at α=0.05. Results: 32.30% of students were smokers, 10.4% had low knowledge, and 7.3% had negative attitudes. There is no significant relationship between knowledge (p=1,000) and attitude (1,000) with smoking habits among junior high school students in Bandung Regency. Conclusion: there is no significant relationship between knowledge (p=0.155) and attitudes towards smoking among junior high school students in Bandung Regency. It would be best to educate junior high school students in Bandung Regency about the chemicals in cigarettes and cigarette smoke and their impact on health.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out whether there is an influence of brand trust, product design and fanaticism on customer loyalty for Adidas casual shoes among Gen-Z in Solo Raya. The population in this study is not limited to gen-z in Solo Raya. The sampling method uses non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The total sample was 80 respondents. This research uses quantitative methods and collects data using a questionnaire in the form of a Google form. The data analysis methods used in this research are instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS application program. The results of this research show that the Brand Trust and Product Design variables do not have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty, while the Fanaticism variable has a significant positive effect on Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

Beauty is one of the keys for women, it is no longer a woman's desire but a woman's need. Due to this, the level of the cosmetics industry in the world has soared, especially in Indonesia. Many cosmetic brands are competing to market their products and none other than Hanasui, Hanasui is a product from Indonesia which was produced by PT Eka Jaya Internasional from 2016, Hanasui is a brand of beauty products in Indonesian industry which has various brand innovations, one of which is Lipcream Hanasui, Lipcream Hanasui is a halal and BPOM-certified product with high quality and safe for the lips. This research was conducted to determine product quality, brand image, and e-wom influencing interest in repurchasing Lipcream Hanasui products. The population is consumers of Lipcream Hanasui products. The method used for sampling was non-probability sampling using purposive sampling techniques. A sample of 95 respondents who had purchased Hanasui Lipcream products in Solo Raya. This research was carried out using quantitative methods by collecting data using a questionnaire in the form of a Google form. Data instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program are the techniques used to analyze the data. The results show that product quality,brand image,e-wom have a significant effect on repurchase interest in Lipcream Hanasui.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of self-healing content on Instagram on the mental health of generation Z in Bandung City. Through surveys and data analysis from generation Z respondents who were exposed to the content, this study concluded that self-healing content on Instagram had a significant positive influence on their mental health. Results show an increase in the level of mental well-being and stress management after exposure to self-healing content. Instagram, as a content delivery medium, proved to be effective in shaping positive perceptions and improving the mental health of Generation Z. These conclusions contribute to the understanding of the positive role of social media in supporting generation Z's mental well-being and provide a basis for further content development to improve their quality of life.

Abstract

Management philosophy is a collection of knowledge and beliefs that provide a broad basis or basis for determining problem solving. The method in this article uses the literature method, is a study that studies various reference books and similar previous research results to obtain a theoretical basis for the problem to be studied. The data collection uses how to find sources and construct from various sources such as books, journals and research that has been done. Four perspectives from the formation of epistemology and ontology provide a framework for management to know how they act as managers of an organization. Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze price perceptions of purchasing decisions for Wardah and Azarine products among students. This research uses quantitative methods. The data used is primary data obtained through a questionnaire distributed via Google Form. The sampling method used non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique, with a research sample of 183 respondents. The test stages carried out were validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and multiple linear regression. The testing tool used was IBM SPSS 26. The research results showed that price perception had a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Wardah and Azarine products.

Abstract

The research time period used is 5 years, namely the 2018-2022 period. The population of this study includes all energy companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2022 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. Based on the predetermined criteria, 11 companies were obtained. The type of data used was secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis and tested using the Eviews version 9.0 program. The results show that firm size has an effect on tax avoidance, financial distress has no effect on tax avoidance, and financial performance has no effect on tax avoidance. Simultaneously that firm size, financian distress and financial performance has an effect on tax avoidance.

Abstract

Bond yields represent income received by bondholders and one of the benchmarks used by investors to monitor the development of bond market. This study aims to test and obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of the Interest Rate, Debt to Equity Ratio and firm size on the interest yield (Yield To Maturity) of corporate bonds. This study uses a sample of banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2022 wich have Bonds on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2022 . This study was conducted on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with secondary data obtained from the IDX, the IDX Bond Book, and the financial reports of each sample company. The sample determination method used in this study is purposive sampling using Eviews 12 for data analysis. This type of research is quantitative with 12 companies used as research samples with observations for 5 years, so the total research sample is 60 samples. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that partially the interest rate has a significant effect on Yield To Maturity, partially the Debt to Equity Ratio has no significant effect on Yield To Maturity, partially firm size has a significant effect on Yield To Maturity. Simultaneously, Interest Rates, Debt to Equity Ratio and firm size have an impact on Yield To Maturity. These results support the findings of several previous studies which also strengthen the position of interest rates and firm size as determinants of yield.

Abstract

This research aims to empirically prove the influence of deferred taxes, capital structure and tax planning on company performance. This research was conducted at Consumer Goods sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. The type of research used is quantitative research. The type of data used is secondary data. Sampling was carried out using the purposive sampling method. The number of companies used as research samples was 16 companies with a research period of 5 (five) years, resulting in 80 samples. Data processing using Eviews 9 to analyze descriptive statistics, panel data regression estimation, panel data regression model selection, classical assumption test, panel data regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), F test or simultaneous test and t test or partial test. The results of this research show that Deferred Tax, Capital Structure and Tax Planning simultaneously have a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA), Deferred Tax has no effect on Return On Assets (ROA), Capital Structure has a negative and significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA). And Tax Planning has a negative and significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA).
