Abstract

Guru merupakan seorang pengajar yang menjagar di sekolah negeri atau swasta yang mempunyai latar belakang pendidikan formal sekurang-kurangnya sarjana dan mempunyai status hukum sebagai guru berdasarkan Undang-Undang tentang Guru dan Dosen. Kepribadian adalah kemampuan pribadi yang mencerminkan kepribadian yang kuat Disiplin merupakan sikap penting dalam hidup. Disiplin membuat segalanya teratur dan terarah. Disiplin merupakan suatu konsep yang berkaitan dengan pengendalian diri dan pengaturan.Guru yang baik adalah guru yang tugasnya disiplin. Jika gurunya disiplin dan selalu memberi contoh yang baik, maka pendidikan karakter bisa dicoba diperkuat. Sebaliknya jika guru tidak disiplin maka sulit menghasilkan siswa yang berkarakter Disadari atau tidak, terlepas dari segala alat pengajaran dan keberhasilan tujuan pendidikan, ternyata kepribadian gurulah yang sangat menentukan keberhasilan pembelajaran tersebut. Jika guru menggunakannya dalam proses belajar mengajar Kompetensi sosial dan kepribadian yang dimiliki saat ini tentu membantu guru berkomunikasi, berinteraksi dengan peserta didik untuk mewujudkan proses belajar mengajar yang aktif, efektif dan inovatif.

Abstract

Abstrak Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, pembegalan dengan kekerasan banyak terjadi di beberapa wilayah di Indonesia, dan hal ini tentunya meresahkan masyarakat Indonesia. Pembegalan merupakan salah satu bentuk perilaku menyimpang. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis kasus kekerasan fisik dan ancaman terhadap nyawa dalam konteks kejahatan jalanan menggunakan kerangka teori anomie karya Emile Durkheim. Studi ini menyelidiki hubungan antara anomie, kesenjangan sosial, dan kekerasan berdasarkan studi kasus serangkaian perampokan di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam menganalisis kasus ini adalah menggunakan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa anomi dapat mempengaruhi timbulnya kekerasan jalanan. Teori anomie memberikan wawasan tentang alasan seseorang terlibat dalam tindakan kekerasan, serta implikasi kebijakan dalam mengurangi kekerasan di masyarakat. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting terhadap konteks penelitian kriminologi dan sosiologi dengan menekankan pentingnya faktor sosial dalam perkembangan perilaku kriminal.

Abstract

Language contact that occurs in multilingual communities causes various linguistic events. This is one of the language shift events that occurred in the village of Dolok Kahean. In this case, a person or group of people abandons their first language or guyup language and switches to using a second language. Language Shift in the Community of Dolok Kahean Village, Simalungun Regency aims to show how language is used in this community in several age groups, namely children, teenagers and adults. The type of research used by researchers is qualitative. Based on data on the form of use of Javanese and Indonesian using data from the community of Dolok Kahean Village, Simalungun Regency, obtained using the listening method, namely listening to language use. Next, using the conversation method (interview), namely conducting conversations and contact between the researcher and the informant in the case of the language shift phenomenon, it was found that Javanese, which is the common language of the people of Dolok Kahean Village, Simalungun Regency, experienced a heavy shift. Adults, who still use Javanese actively, show dominant use of Indonesian in the form of language they use. Even though teenagers are able to understand Javanese, they no longer use Javanese actively, while children in Dolok Kahean village find it very difficult to understand Javanese and are no longer able to use Javanese. Another indication is the existence of the Indonesian language which should have replaced the existence of the Javanese language by Indonesian. This is very clearly seen by the passiveness of the children in Dolok Kahea village in using Indonesian.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of management control strategies in cost-efficient production and analyze production cost control using the standard cost method at PT. Bhimex Samarinda. Standard cost is the planned cost before the production process takes place, and the actual cost is known after the production process is completed. This research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, using primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, and documentation. From the analysis results, it can be concluded that the implementation of management control strategies carried by PT. Bhimex Samarinda aligns with the elements of management control. Based on the analysis of variances conducted by the researcher in comparing standard production costs and actual costs that occurred at PT. Bhimex Samarinda in the quarterly period of January, February, and March 2023. In January, it amounted to Rp 418,200, indicating a favorable result. Meanwhile, in February, an unfavorable variance analysis, amounting to Rp -409,000. In March, a variance analysis of Rp 686,400 which means it is favorable.

Abstract

Negara Indonesia memiliki hukum yang jelas dalam segala hal, menurut undang-undang yang berlaku. Peraturan – peraturan yang setiap tahunnya selalu dilakukan pembaruan untuk mensejahterakan masyarakatnya dalam bentuk pertanahan. Tujuan dari jurnal ini adalah untuk mempelajari lebih dalam lagi tentang hak atas tanah tanpa sertifikat menurut undang-undang Negata Indonesia yang berlaku. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif yang merupakan salah satu jenis penelitian yang dikenal umum dalam kajian ilmu hukum. Penelitian hukum normatif, yang merupakan penelitian utama dalam penelitian ini, adalah penelitian hukum kepustakaan. Hasil dari kesimpulan ini adalah bahwa masih banyak masyarakat pedesaan yang memiliki tanah tanpa sertifikat, karena tanah dari leluhur yang ia tempati lebih dari 30 tahun. Peralihan hak atas tanah tanpa sertifikat dapat melalui daluwarsa, dimana cara tersebut tidak membutuhkan sertifikat sebagai alat bukti yang kuat, namun pihak tergugat dalam suatu sengketa tanah dapat menunjukkan bahwa dirinya telah mengusahakan dan mengelolah tanah tersebut dengan baik selama dua puluh sampai tiga puluh tahun.

Abstract

Abstract. The rapid development of technology in education supports the use of advanced technology in learning, one of which is artificial intelligence. Artificial Intelligence is an artificial intelligence technology designed to work according to human wants and needs in a short time, one of which is Gamma.App and Google Assistant. The involvement of Artificial Intelligence certainly increases the transfer of knowledge for students in understanding Physics lessons in the classroom. Physics learning requires an understanding of basic theoretical knowledge which is later used to solve physics problems in mathematical equations. Physics learning in this case is limited to Straight Motion material. This research is designed as a literature study and observation research. The results of the analysis showed that the use of Artificial Intelligence found that: students' ability to understand physics with the use of Artificial Intelligence is included in the high category, students' ability to understand physics without the use of Artificial Intelligence is included in the medium category, students' ability to solve physics problems mathematically in accordance with the theory with the use of Artificial Intelligence is included in the high category and students' ability to solve physics problems mathematically in accordance with the theory without the use of Artificial Intelligence is included in the medium category.

Abstract

Early childhood is a period of development from 2-6 years of age. Children at this time like to explore and have an egocentric attitude where they always see everything from their own perspective. Early childhood is also called the aesthetic and sensory period, because this is the time when children's feelings of beauty and sensory development develop rapidly. The research uses the critical review method by reading various books, journals or other publications related to the research topic discussed. The journals chosen consist of national and international journals, as well as several official websites. Research using this method is carried out by comparing research methods, processing methods, and the results obtained from each article. The research source comes from articles obtained via the internet in the form of research articles discussing early childhood development. The research results are as follows; a) Personality development, Personality is a self-concept. As the self-concept is the basic pattern of personality. b) Playing, Playing is one of the main tools that provides training for children's growth and development. c) Danger, there are physical and psychological dangers. d) Implications, Implications are the direct consequences or consequences of certain final results.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui model pembinaan warga gereja menurut kitab Galatia adalah pembinaan yang berpusat pada pengajaran tentang Kristus dan Alkitab sebagai dasar pengajarannya bahwa setiap orang yang meneliti dan mempelajari Alkitab akan senantiasa dipimpin dan dicerahkan oleh Roh Kudus. Hidup yang dengan dipimpin Roh Kudus sehingga menghasilkan buah Roh (Galatia 5:22-23) dengan menegaskan bahwa setiap orang Kristen harusnya meninggalkan perbuatan daging dan selanjutnya hidup menghasilkan buah-buah Roh dalam kehidupannya. Peran Roh Kudus dalam jemaat zaman sekarang hal yang penting dengan memberikan dorongan untuk kabar baik yaitu Injil keselamatan. Oleh karena itu dengan metode penelitian Analisa literatur dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembinaan warga gereja menurut kitab Galatia yaitu dengan konsep pengajaran Paulus dengan tanggung jawab melayani. Setiap pelayan Tuhan yang mengambil bagian dalam pelayanan terus mengalami pertumbuhan dalam pengenalan akan Allah dan memahami tanggung jawab seorang pelayan Tuhan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explore the role played by the implementation of the principle of good faith in contract law, focusing on its impact on the judiciary, the effectiveness of agreements and dispute resolution. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a literature study. The result of the research is that the role of the implementation of the principle of good faith in treaty law shows the importance of ethical values and justice in forming, executing, and resolving agreements. The principle of good faith is not only the basis for maintaining the integrity and sustainability of the contract, but also serves as a counterweight to the interests of the parties, encouraging a balanced distribution of benefits and creating a stable business environment.

Abstract

Shopee online shop sales and purchase agreements made by minors are still a phenomenon that is not yet understood from a legal aspect. To analyze the validity of the sale and purchase agreement, this research uses sociological juridical methods to question and collect data exploratively. This method was chosen with the aim of describing in depth various legal regulations and the factual basis of the problem being studied. This research also tests two hypotheses, namely, that the legal stipulation of every Shopee online buying and selling transaction by minors will not be recognized by law, but minors are experienced enough to have the right to carry out such transactions recognized. The results of this research found that according to the formal legal model, various applicable regulations determine that Shopee online buying and selling transactions by minors cannot be legally recognized. However, in validating the second hypothesis, through descriptive analysis of the words of the various actors who participated in this research, it shows that minors who repeatedly make Shopee online buying and selling agreements show various legal awareness and awareness of their rights which shows an effort to respect their rights. deal with adults in accordance with legal requirements. Competence is one of the conditions for the validity of an agreement. In contract law, one of the elements of competency is to look at a person's age. The age limit then becomes something that creates legal uncertainty because the limits vary in several laws and regulations. An agreement is valid according to law if the parties entering into the agreement are 21 years old and/or married.
