Abstract

Abstract. The rapid development of technology in education supports the use of advanced technology in learning, one of which is artificial intelligence. Artificial Intelligence is an artificial intelligence technology designed to work according to human wants and needs in a short time, one of which is Gamma.App and Google Assistant. The involvement of Artificial Intelligence certainly increases the transfer of knowledge for students in understanding Physics lessons in the classroom. Physics learning requires an understanding of basic theoretical knowledge which is later used to solve physics problems in mathematical equations. Physics learning in this case is limited to Straight Motion material. This research is designed as a literature study and observation research. The results of the analysis showed that the use of Artificial Intelligence found that: students' ability to understand physics with the use of Artificial Intelligence is included in the high category, students' ability to understand physics without the use of Artificial Intelligence is included in the medium category, students' ability to solve physics problems mathematically in accordance with the theory with the use of Artificial Intelligence is included in the high category and students' ability to solve physics problems mathematically in accordance with the theory without the use of Artificial Intelligence is included in the medium category.

Abstract

Sebuah lembaga pendidikan kepala sekolah adalah seorang pemimpin yang harus meningkatkan kualitas pendidikannya baik itu dari aspek sumber dayanya manusianya, sarana dan prasarananya, bangunannya, maupun metode pembelajarannya sesuai dengan visi dan misi lembaga pendidikan tersebut. Maka dari itu seorang pemimpin harus memperhatikan sumber daya manusianya yang mana seorang kepala sekolah harus memiliki sebuah strategi dalam meningkatkan kompetensi professional guru melalui supervise klinis. Metode penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif deskripsif dan jenis penelitiannya studi kasus di lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumen, buku, penelitian terdahulu maupun jurnal. Lokasi penelitian ini yaitu di SMAN 1 Ampek Angkek. Temuan penelitian ini yaitu strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi professional guru melalui supervisi klinis di SMAN 1 Ampek Angkek yaitu kepala sekolah sudah membuat strategi dalam meningkatkan kompetensi professional guru melalui beberapa tahap di mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, mengevaluasi hasil dari perencanaan dan pelaksanaan serta kepala sekolah juga menemukan beberapa tantangan dalam melakukan meningkatkan kompetensi professional guru.

Abstract

Abstract. This research is to find out and examine the "Implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at SMAN 1 Ampek Angkek". This research was conducted using a phenomenological approach. This type of research is qualitative research which looks and hears in closer and more detailed explanations and individual understanding of their experiences. Approach This phenomenology is based on the researcher's interest in studying in more depth the phenomena experienced by the informants. The research was carried out at SMAN 1 Ampek Angkek. The informants in this research were teachers, principals and deputy principals , interviews and documentation studies. To ensure the validity of the data, several efforts were made as follows: (a) extending the data collection period, (b) carrying out continuous and serious observations, (c) carrying out triangulation, and (d) involving colleagues to discuss. From the results of the review in this research, it was found that 1) The principal and his teachers had the will to make changes, 2) SMAN 1 Ampek Angkek in its implementation used the Merdeka Mandiri Changed Curriculum Implementation. 3) the existence of an independent curriculum that becomes a reference in schools, which produces students who have noble character, independence, critical reasoning, creativity, mutual cooperation, and a sense of diversity. 4) School principals prepare their teachers by conducting training, technical guidance and workshops by bringing in resource persons from driving schools and from the province to increase teachers' insight and knowledge, fostering collaboration with teachers who support their leaders in participating in implementing the Independent Curriculum at SMAN 1 Ampek Angkek.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the comparison of school committee financial reports at SMAN 1 Ampek Angkek in the 2022/2023 academic year with the previous year. This research is a comparative research with data collection methods through interviews, observation and document analysis. The results showed1) The similarity in the report is the report column model used. 2) The difference is in the report writing of each activity. In the committee's financial report for the 2022/2023 academic year, the writing is inconsistent. Sometimes it is written with budget details per activity, sometimes it is written in general terms. There were even several activities whose reports were put together by only writing one activity, while in the previous year's committee financial report, the report writing seemed more consistent with the breakdown of funds per activity, 3) The writing of committee financial reports needs improvement.
