Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality, Price Discount, Store Atmosphere on Impulsive Purchases with Shopping Emotion as an Intervening Variable on Consumers of Miniso Sunrise Mall Mojokerto. This research uses quantitative research. The sample used includes 200 respondents. Samples were taken using total sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is PLS-SEM using the SmartPLS 3.2.9 program. The results of this study prove that service quality has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying, price discounts have a positive and significant effect on impulsive purchases, store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on impulse purchases, service quality has a positive and significant effect on shopping emotion, price discounts have a positive and significant effect on shopping emotion. significant effect on shopping emotion, store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on shopping emotion, shopping emotion has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying, service quality has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying through shopping emotion, price discount has a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying through shopping emotion, and store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying through shopping emotion.

Abstract

Based on the purpose of this research, to determine the role of Love Of Money, Ethical Sensitivity, Machiavellian, Knowledge Level In Influencing Student Perceptions About Accountants' Unethical Attitudes by testing each variable. The object of this research are undergraduate students (S1) of accounting study program, Faculty of Business, Law and Social Sciences, University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. The method used in the study was purposive sampling involving 150 accounting students at the Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo as the research sample. The analytical model used is a multiple linear regression analysis model which was carried out with the help of the SPSS version 26 for windows program. The results of this study indicate that love of money and machiavellian have a significant negative effect on students' perceptions of accountants' unethical attitudes, ethical sensitivity and level of knowledge have a significant positive effect on students' perceptions of accountants' unethical attitudes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the principles of good corporate governance implemented by Bank Syariah Mandiri Sidoarjo branch. This research uses a qualitative approach. The subjects of this research are the leadership (Branch Head), Operational Management and employees of Bank Syariah Mandiri Sidoarjo branch and Lecturers of Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo.. Sources of data obtained from interviews with informants or research subjects. Data were collected by means of interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis using qualitative methods. The results of the study found that Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) Sidoarjo Branch had implemented Good Corporate Governance (GCG) through the implementation of the principles of openness, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness. The implementation of GCG at Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) Sidoarjo Branch has provided benefits in 1) Improved efficient, effective performance and continuity of an organization that contributes to the realization of the welfare of shareholders, employees and other stakeholders and is a good way out in overcoming organizational challenges in the future; 2) Increasing the legitimacy of organizations whose management is transparent, fair and accountable; 3) Recognition and protection of the rights and obligations of stakeholders; 4) An integrated approach in accordance with democratic principles, management and legal participation of the organization; 5) Control of conflicts of interest that arise between the owners of capital and management; 6) Reducing the cost of capital through positive signs or signals to investors.

Abstract

The purpose of the following study is to describe and analyze the variable of organizational justice and non-physical work environment in increasing employee job satisfaction through intrinsic motivation at PT Tunggal Djaja Indah Sidoarjo. In this study, using quantitative research methods, data collection was distributed through questionnaires, with samples using saturated samples, where there were 60 respondents at PT Tunggal Djaja Indah Sidoarjo. The data analysis used data quality testing techniques, descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing using T test, F test, coefficient of determination test (R2), and path analysis. The data processing uses SPSS version 22 software. Primary data collection is carried out by spreading questionnaires which are measured using an interval scale, which is tested using validity and reliability tests.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, taste and word of mouth on purchasing decisions at Cake Boss at Delta Sari in Waru Sidoarjo. This research is a descriptive study using quantitative methods. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires to 98 respondents who are consumers of Cake Boss. The analytical technique used in this research is multiple linear regression using SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Service) version 22 for windows.The results of this study indicate that product quality variables affect purchasing decisions, taste variables affect purchasing decisions, word of mouth variables affect purchasing decisions and product quality variables, taste and word of mouth influence jointly on purchasing decisions on Cake Boss.

Abstract

Prevention fraud is a form of action with the aim of reducing the opportunity for dishonesty and trying to tackle activities that create the risk of fraud. This research was conducted with a focus on the factors for preventing fraud in the management of BUMDes funds in Sidoarjo Regency, namely the competence factor of HR, the Whistleblowing System, individual morality factors, and internal control system factors. The study used quantitative methods to analyze primary data from the questionnaire results. The subjects of this study were the chairman and management of BUMDes in Sidoarjo Regency, totaling 76 respondents. The sampling technique used is random sampling and the sample calculation used is the Slovin formula. Analysis of the data used is the partial t-test Hypothesis Test on the IBM SPSS 26 software. The results show several factors that have an influence on fraud , namely HR competence (Human Resources), and Whistleblowing System, then individual morality. Meanwhile, the factor of the internal control system as a factor that does not affect the prevention of fraud.

Abstract

Academic cheating is an increasing problem in hybrid learning. Studies that focus on the factors that cause academic cheating have been carried out, but the research results are inconsistent. The aim of the study is to find the consistency of the factors that influence academic cheating, especially the fraud triangle. This research method uses a quantitative approach. Partial t-test data analysis technique is used to test hypotheses on IBM SPSS software version 26. The research subjects were accounting students at the Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo class of 2018, totaling 73 respondents. In determining the research sample, this study used simple random sampling technique and the number of samples is determined with Slovin formula. This study shows the variables that influence, namely the opportunity, rationalization, and religiosity variables that affect academic cheating during hybrid learning. Meanwhile, pressure and gender variables have no effect on academic cheating during hybrid learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in Pia Mahen SMEs. This research was conducted on 45 employees of UKM Pia Mahen using census sampling technique and classified as quantitative research. Data analysis techniques in this study are data quality test, descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing with the help of IBM SPSS 22 statistical software. The results of this study prove that compensation and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation and motivation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction is able to mediate compensation and motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analysis determines of fiscal corrections on income, expenses, and deferred taxes in PT. DCN Indonesia in determining the amount of income tax payable. In this study, the author uses qualitative research methods. Namely, author will prepare the data that has been obtained, interpreted, and then analyzed. From this study will be obtained information that can answer the problems faced., the use of data in secondary uses data such as commercial income statements and fiscal income statements as a list of assets and depreciation in the 2019 period. This research concludes that: (1) income and expenses in determining the income tax payable are not following the provisions of tax regulations due to different fiscal corrections between commercial reports and fiscal financial statements. (2) The amount of profit before tax is base on Financial Accounting Standards and profit before tax base on tax rules has a difference. (3) Several fiscal corrections were found in the income and expense accounts. (4) Calculation of deferred tax based on PSAK Number. 46 due to depreciation costs, resulting in time differences.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of total asset turnover (TATO) and debt ratio (DR) on profitability in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2018 period. This type of research is quantitative with purposive sampling technique. This study uses 10 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2018 period. The data sources for this research are annual reports, financial statement data, and market data by sample companies. The analytical tool used is data tabulation, data collection in the form of normality test, t test, F test, and determinant test. The results showed that TATO and DR simultaneously had a significant positive effect on ROA. Partially, TATO does not have a significant effect on ROA, DR has a significant negative effect on ROA.
