Abstract

The principal as an educational leader has a very influential leadership role in improving the management of the teaching staff in schools. The success and failure of an institution is largely determined by the role of the principal in managing the education personnel available at the school, the principal is the determinant of the direction in realizing the vision and mission of the school's goals., it shows that the role of leadership is carried out by the principal in improving the management of the education staff, namely by providing direction and guidance in every problem faced by education personnel in every learning process, the performance of educational staff at it is good enough, everything is supported by adequate infrastructure or facilities, and this research aims to find out how the role of the principal's leadership in improving the management of education personnel by developing potential. This study used a qualitative research conducted at with a descriptive research design. The techniques used in this study researchers used data collection techniques carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of libraries, namely librarians, collections, management and increase the interest in reading students and female students of the Islamic University Tribakti Lirboyo Kediri. This research is aims to determine and describe the planning, procurement, use, inventory, inhibiting factors and supporting the library at the Islamic University tribakti. This study is a qualitative research using descriptive methods. Data collection was conducted by interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques are carried out through descriptive interpretation, data validity test, participation extension, and auditing. Library planning is carried out by musyarawah, organizing is done by election and mutually agreed, implementation is carried out in accordance with the plan and according to their respective duties and supervision is carried out every day such as supervision of circulation and cleanliness, neatness and discipline services. The development of the collection is done by deliberation and submission from the user, the supporting factor is adequate facilities, the inhibiting factor is that the librarians available are not graduates from their fields.

Abstract

The study aims to examine the influence of facility management and organizational communication on the quality of educational services using a quantitative research method with a survey approach. The sample size consists of 35 respondents. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, and multiple regression analysis was employed for data analysis. The results indicate a significant positive effect of facility management on the quality of educational services (T-statistic = 2.779, p < 0.05). Similarly, organizational communication was found to have a significant positive impact on service quality (T-statistic = 3.582, p < 0.05). Furthermore, the combined effect of facility management and organizational communication on the quality of educational services was found to be significant (F-value = 8.850, p < 0.05). These findings highlight the importance of facilities and infrastructure in delivering quality services and emphasize the crucial role of effective communication in service implementation. The study suggests that institutional managers should prioritize the enhancement of facilities and infrastructure as a policy priority and consider effective communication skills as a prerequisite for recruiting professional educators.

Abstract

Radicalism refers to attitudes, views, or actions that reflect a desire to change the social, political, or cultural order drastically or fundamentally. In general, radicalism involves rejection of existing norms or the status quo in society, and is often followed by attempts to replace them with a new system that is considered more ideal. This article aims to explain education that upholds anti-radicalism as well as strategies and the role of Islamic religious education in dealing with radicalism. The method used in this research is a literature review by collecting, evaluating and synthesizing literature on similar topics so that it can provide a strong foundation for this research. This research found that anti-radicalism education is really needed in order to build a society that is tolerant, moderate and has a nationalistic attitude. Strategies that can be used in anti-radicalism education include (1) democracy education, (2) religious education, (3) social skills training, (4) critical skills training, and (5) leadership training. The important role of Islamic religious education in facing the threat of radicalism includes (1) encouraging awareness to reject radicalism, (2) encouraging social involvement, (3) strengthening the values of tolerance, (3) strengthening a calm understanding of moderate Islamic teachings, and (5) ) strengthen the values of nationalism.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia has experienced various changes, in the form of policies or laws. Islamic education is an important part of indonesia’s journey to independence. Issues regarding the legality and role of religion in the national education system are then rexognized and can be applied at every level of education. This article aims to understand the history and system of Islamic education since independence, the new order and the reform era. This article is library education in Indonesia has experienced various changes, in the form of policies or laws, Islamic research where the author collects data from various references. The results of this research state the role and position of Islamic education and make the position of relegius education ( including Islamic education) an intergral part of the national education system. This law as the starting point for the revival of Islamic education within the framework of equal education policies.

Abstract

institution. Internal school analysis is the main basis for designing an effective marketing strategy, which must provide a comprehensive picture of the steps that will be taken by the institution. This research is qualitative research that explores and understands processes and contexts in the field, using STIT Tihamah Cirebon as the main data source. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. STIT Tihamah Cirebon has succeeded in implementing the 7 components in the Marketing Mix effectively, starting from superior products in the form of Al-Quran and hadith memorization programs, affordable prices with ease of payment, strategic locations that support accessibility, promotions through various media, quality human resources with leading lecturers, complete campus facilities, and a continuous and tiered education process.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine educational innovation in the field of educational personnel in Indonesia today. The method used in this research is library research using various kinds of references to support the research objectives. The approach used in this literature research is qualitative, where the results of relevant statements from books, journals, articles and other secondary sources are described in the form of sentences presented in each content of the study. This research data collection used primary and secondary data sources. In analyzing the data, the author uses analytical descriptive data analysis techniques. Namely, data related to the theme being researched is collected and classified, then described and finally concluded. The results of this research show that educational innovation includes new changes, to increase abilities in achieving educational goals. It includes technology, human resources and government policy. These three things play an important role which must be collaborative, they cannot work separately, synergy is needed to build education.

Abstract

This research aims to find the effect of actively participating in routine studies and the intensity of carrying out sunnah fasting Monday and Thursday on the religious behavior of students at the Abdurrab Integrated Islamic Junior High School Pekanbaru. This research is field research with a quantitative approach with research sample was 148 students. The results of this research indicate that active participation in routine studies has a significant influence on the religious behavior of students at the Abdurrab Integrated Islamic Junior High School Pekanbaru. This is shown by the tcount value of 9.500 being greater than ttable 1.976 with an influence of 40.5%. The variable intensity of carrying out sunnah fasting Monday-Thursday has a significant influence on the religious behavior of students at the Abdurrab Pekanbaru Integrated Islamic Junior High School, Pekanbaru. This is shown by the tcount value of 3.060 being greater than ttable 1.976 with an influence of 9.3%. There is a significant influence on the activity of taking part in routine studies and the intensity of carrying out sunnah fasting simultaneously Monday-Thursday on the religious behavior of students at the Abdurrab Integrated Islamic Junior High School Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Muslims often use mosques as centers of activity. The mosque being the axis of Islamic activities is very appropriate to be implemented in society, apart from being used for worship, it can also be used as a basis for society in life. This article explains the study of the importance of mosques and their role in Islam according to Al-Imam Khomiini in the book al-Masjid Ahmiyatahu Wadu>rohu fi> al-Isla>m. The primary data source in this research comes from the book al-Masjid Ahmiyatahu Wadu>rohu fi> al-Isla>m. Using secondary sources of information from books and articles relevant to the research theme through documentation techniques is a common and effective approach in research. Documentation techniques involve collecting data from various existing documents and literature. Then in content analysis, this research found the role of mosques according to Al-Imam Khomiini, namely: (1) mosques as the axis of Islamic activities (2) mosques as places of worship (3) mosques as a place to educate the next generation (4) mosque in building society. The results of the research show that mosques have a significant role in community life such as centers of worship, education centers, economic centers for the people, centers of social activities, and centers for the benefit of the people in Islamic society.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Emotional Intelligence on Learning Motivation in Santri Pondok Pesantren Nurul Huda Al Manshurin Kediri City. The hypothesis proposed is that there is an influence of Emotional Intelligence on Learning Motivation in Santri Pondok Pesantren Nurul Huda Al Manshurin Kediri City. The sample used in this study was 150 Santri of Nurul Huda Al Manshurin Islamic Boarding School in Kediri City which was taken with Purposive Sampling technique. The independent variable in this study is Emotional Intelligence, while the dependent variable is Learning Motivation, both of which are revealed by using a scale. The analysis used is Spearmen's Rho correlation with the results of rho xy = 0.416 and sig. or p = 0.000 (p>0.01). This means that there is a highly significant positive correlation between the Emotional Intelligence variable and the Learning Motivation variable. The results of hypothesis testing show that there is a highly significant positive correlation between Emotional Intelligence and Learning Motivation in students. The higher the Emotional Intelligence, the higher the Motivation to Learn in students.
