Abstract

The 4.0 Revolution has rendered information technology an indispensable necessity in human life. Technological progress, particularly in healthcare, offers significant conveniences. The healthcare sector's technological evolution is marked by the digital transformation of Community Health Center (Puskesmas) information systems, with ePuskesmas becoming one such system. ePuskesmas serves as an online and integrated Puskesmas information system following the standards set by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia through the Puskesmas Information System (SIP). Despite not being universally implemented, particularly in Tasikmalaya District, this study uses the UTAUT model. Variables include Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Behavioral Intention, and Use Behavior. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing online questionnaires to ePuskesmas users in 40 Puskesmas in Tasikmalaya District. All collected data met validity and reliability criteria and were assessed using SmartPLS 4.0 software. Hypotheses were tested using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), revealing that Performance Expectancy and Effort Expectancy significantly and positively influence Behavioral Intention. Behavioral Intention and Facilitating Conditions significantly and positively impact the Use Behavior of ePuskesmas.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, the number of private vehicles is increasingly two-wheeled. Hit-and-run traffic violations in Gelora Karno, Central Jakarta Polrestabes area between scooters against and private motorcycles and traffic accidents between online motorcycle taxis that go against the flow and private motorcycles. This study aims to determine consumer safety standards against traffic accidents caused by online motorcycle taxi drivers. The legal research method that the author uses is empirical juridical, the method is carried out by examining the law or from facts that are actually obtained from the field in the form of information, characteristics and effectiveness. The results of the study concluded that Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection and Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation are regulations that regulate motorists when driving on the highway, through consumer protection efforts and driver legal responsibility designed to reduce the number of traffic violations by conducting frequent socialization and routine patrols every day in the field. The driver is liable based on the category of misdemeanor, moderate or severe against applicable law. Consumer protection is given to victims so that they do not experience trauma and are healthy again.

Abstract

Today's rapidly growing travel business requires a travel agency to help take care of administration and paperwork to enter other countries. Travel agencies provide these services with a variety of attractive advertisements. This purpose of the study is to provide awareness to the public to choose Umrah Tours and Trips that have a track record that can be accounted for and provide consumer protection for victims in order to reach mutually beneficial agreements. The methods used are in the regulatory process using primary and additional legal data. Following the investigation, Law no. 8 of 1999 for the protection of consumers was promulgated for the victims of default due to Umra Tour and Travel's failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the contract provided to consumers. In some cases, travel agencies will obtain legal proceedings and provide compensation or compensation if they do not provide disruption in accordance with the promised services This research can also help determine legal protection for consumers, for example in some cases, for example a breach of contract by a travel agent can be considered a violation of business law and can be penalized.

Abstract

The legal authority given to public officials is the responsibility of the position as the head of the Regional apparatus to provide appropriate legal information. The purpose of this study is to understand the regulations related to the Discretion of the Regional Head of Cianjur Regency so as to create a harmonious, clean and free government from all forms of corruption. Normative Juridical is the chosen research method, through a field approach and analyzed based on theory and comparative. The results of this study conclude that Law No. 30 of 2014 on Local Government explains how to use common sense, the concept of the right to reason as a middle ground between the weaknesses of the legal system and legal opportunities. As a state that adheres to the doctrine of the welfare state, the rule of law can play the highest role in protecting people's welfare. As the Local Government Law does not specifically regulate the settlement of disputes between public officials, mediation is the main way to unify perceptions based on Law No. 8 of 2003 concerning Guidelines for Regional Apparatus Organization whose task is to support the leadership of local government through policies and the main task of assisting Regional Heads in managing local government infrastructure, finance, equipment and facilities. The general principle of good governance so that in rational decision making as a responsibility of the position and personal responsibility.

Abstract

Teknologi untuk mempercepat pembakaran arang menjadi bara adalah dengan cara memberikan suplai udara sesuai dengan kebutuhan massa bahan bakar. Tungku panggangan merupakan teknologi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pembakaran bahan bakar biomassa. Penelitian ini merupakan suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan secara terencana dan sistematis untuk mendapatkan jawaban pemecahan masalah terhadap fenomena tertentu, maka jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Penelitian ini fokus pada persepsi dan pengalaman penulis, juga cara mereka memehami kehidupan. Sedangkan analisis data dibangun secara induktif dari tema khusus ke tema umum, lalu peneliti membuat interpretasi tentang makna data. Hasil penelitian Alat pemanggang ini dirancang untuk memanggang dengan memanfaatkan energi angin dari blower listrik, bukan dengan cara manual mengipasi. Fungsi utama alat ini adalah untuk memasak makanan hingga matang dengan hasil yang memiliki aroma khas. Blower listrik menjaga panas bara arang tetap merata, sehingga objek panggangan cepat matang. Alat ini memiliki dimensi total 75 cm panjang, 75 cm tinggi, dan 45 cm lebar. Pengujian dilakukan dengan 250 gram ayam, yang matang dalam waktu sekitar 5 menit. Alat ini efisien dalam waktu pemanggangan dan menghasilkan makanan dengan kualitas baik, meskipun memiliki beberapa kekurangan terkait ukuran, berat, dan konsumsi energi. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah proses perancangan alat pemanggang semi otomatis terbagi menjadi dua tahap utama. Tahap pertama adalah pembuatan desain menggunakan software AutoCAD untuk membuat perencanaan gambar tiga dimensi. Tahap kedua adalah perancangan dengan mempersiapkan alat dan bahan-bahan yang akan digunakan. Alat pemanggang ini terdiri dari dua komponen, yaitu komponen tetap dan komponen portable. Komponen tetap meliputi rangka, ruang bakar, rak pemanggang, pipa sirkulasi, engsel, dan sock. Komponen portable yang digunakan adalah blower listrik berukuran 2 inci.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 telah memberikan dampak pada kesehatan dan kekerasan terhadap perempuan dengan meningkatnya kasus kesakitan dan kematian akibat Covid-19 dan Pembatasan pergerakan, isolasi sosial, dan kemerosotan ekonomi menyebabkan semakin rentannya perempuan dan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga. Hal ini membutuhkan produk hukum yang dapat memberika perlindungan dan berpihak kepada perempuan. Untuk mengetahui dampak pandemi Covid-19 terhadap kekerasan pada perempuan ditinjau dari aspek hukum dan kesehatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari dua metoda yaitu metode yuridis normatif untuk aspek hukum dan tinjauan literatur (Literature review) untuk aspek kesehatan. Status kesehatan perempuan sangat berhubungan dengan ketimpangan, keberpihakan, serta kesadaran dan akses perempuan terhadap sumber daya kesehatan diperlukan keberadaan dan kesiapan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan dan tenaga kesehatan untuk pelayanan kesehatan Esensial selama Pandemi Covid-19. Kekerasan terhadap perempuan cenderung meningkat selama pandemi Covid-19, diperlukan layanan pendampingan bagi korban selama masa tanggap darurat Covid-19 dengan pelayanan secara tatap muka dan online mengguanakan protokol penanganan kekerasan terhadap perempuan. Perlindungan hukum dampak Pandemi Covid-19 merupakan upaya untuk mengayomi perempuan dan memberikan rasa aman sehingga perempuan merasa dilindungi hak-haknya oleh hukum jika mengalami kekerasan yang diakibatkan karena Pandemi Covid-19. Pandemi Covid-19 menjadkan Perempuan rentan mendapatkan maslaah kesehatan dan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga, diperlukan perlindungan dengan produk hukum dengan penerapan yang adil dan berpihak kepada perempuan.
