Abstract

Research aims to explain how to improve mastery of English vocabulary using group learning methods or cooperative learning methods. Data collection was carried out using the Internet Searching method , namely searching for data through internet media to obtain information based on references, journals and articles. And the author carries out documentation techniques by obtaining strong evidence through books that contain information and to support information about Improving Students Vocabulary By Study Club Method and Research This is also a literature review research (Library Research) by reviewing theses and journals related to English language learning in elementary schools. The results show that the approach to learning English at the play group level up to elementary school using a cooperative learning model is empirically proven to be able to improve the learning process, learning achievement and student learning completion. Abstract

The 4.0 Revolution has rendered information technology an indispensable necessity in human life. Technological progress, particularly in healthcare, offers significant conveniences. The healthcare sector's technological evolution is marked by the digital transformation of Community Health Center (Puskesmas) information systems, with ePuskesmas becoming one such system. ePuskesmas serves as an online and integrated Puskesmas information system following the standards set by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia through the Puskesmas Information System (SIP). Despite not being universally implemented, particularly in Tasikmalaya District, this study uses the UTAUT model. Variables include Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Behavioral Intention, and Use Behavior. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing online questionnaires to ePuskesmas users in 40 Puskesmas in Tasikmalaya District. All collected data met validity and reliability criteria and were assessed using SmartPLS 4.0 software. Hypotheses were tested using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), revealing that Performance Expectancy and Effort Expectancy significantly and positively influence Behavioral Intention. Behavioral Intention and Facilitating Conditions significantly and positively impact the Use Behavior of ePuskesmas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi peningkatan keterampilan hidup siswa melalui program pengajaran non-akademik di Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah Muhammadiyah 27 Medan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan survei untuk mengidentifikasi kegiatan yang dilaksanakan, manfaat yang diharapkan, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat keberhasilan program. Penelitian membuktikan bahwa program non-akademik yang dirancang secara sistematis dan mendapat dukungan aktif dari para pemangku kepentingan mampu memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap perkembangan kepribadian, kemampuan bersosialisasi, serta rasa percaya diri siswa. Kesimpulan dari studi ini menegaskan pentingnya perencanaan matang, kolaborasi yang baik, serta evaluasi berkelanjutan untuk memastikan efektivitas program dalam membentuk keberhasilan peserta didik dalam menghadapi tantangan masa depan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pandangan guru terhadap pelaksanaan kebijakan pendidikan Islam di MAN 1 Medan serta dampaknya terhadap pembentukan karakter peserta didik. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode wawancara langsung kepada guru di lingkungan madrasah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki sikap positif terhadap kebijakan pemerintah selama tidak bertentangan dengan ajaran Islam. Kebijakan yang diterapkan di madrasah dinilai mampu menumbuhkan kedisiplinan, meningkatkan akhlak, dan memperkuat karakter siswa sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Al-Qur’an dan teladan Rasulullah SAW. Selain itu, kerja sama antara pihak sekolah, orang tua, dan masyarakat turut berperan penting dalam mendukung keberhasilan kebijakan pendidikan Islam. Kendala yang dihadapi umumnya bersifat teknis seperti keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana, namun dapat diatasi melalui komunikasi dan kolaborasi seluruh pihak. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kebijakan pendidikan Islam di MAN 1 Medan telah berjalan efektif dalam membentuk karakter religius peserta didik serta memperkuat hubungan sinergis antara sekolah, orang tua, dan masyarakat.
