Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of ownership structure, investment opportunities and debt policy on dividend policy in the LQ 45 companies of the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. The population in this study was composed of companies belonging to the LQ 45 group of the Indonesian exchange with a total sample of 30 companies that were consistent in the LQ 45 group of the Indonesian exchange over the period 2017-2020. The analysis technique used is panel data regression using Eviews 9.0. The results of this study indicate that the management of real estate, institutional real estate and investment opportunities have a significant effect on dividend policy, while debt policy has no significant effect on dividend policy..

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of gender diversity with the presence of women on the board of directors and investment opportunities on dividend policies (dividend payments) mediated by debt policies. The population in this study is all LQ-45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2020. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 199samples. The data used is secondary data. The data analysis method used is path analysis. The results of the study concluded that debt policy is only able to mediate the relationship between gender diversity and dividend policy. On the other hand, debt policy is unable to mediate the relationship between investment opportunities and dividend policy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, profitability, leverage, and firm size on dividend policy with growth opportunities as a moderating variable. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. While the sample in this study was determined by purposive sampling method in order to obtain a total sample of 22 companies with a total of 110 data. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with data testing using IBM SPSS statistics 25. The results of this study indicate that (1) Liquidity has no significant effect on dividend policy, (2) Profitability has a negative and significant effect on dividend policy, (3) Leverage has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy, (4) Company size has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy, (5) Growth Opportunities cannot moderate the relationship between liquidity and dividend policy, and (6) Growth Opportunities can strengthen the relationship between profitability and dividend policy

Abstract

Study this aim for analyze the effect of (1) Capital Structure on profitability , (2) Efficiency Operation to Profitability , (3) Non - interest income to Profitability listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. Study this use one control variable : size company . Population in study this is whole company banking listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange . Whereas sample in study this determined with purposive sampling method , ie sample company banking for five years consecutive from years 2017-2021, so obtained dsum sample as many as 35 companies with observational data 159 for every variable . Method analysis use analysis regression double with using the IBM SPSS Statistics 23 program. Research results this conclude that (1) the effect capital structure negative significant to profitability company banking listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange , (2) The effect Efficiency Operation negative significant with profitability company banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange , and (3)The effect Non - interest income positive significant to profitability company banking listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange .

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, offering size, firm size, financial leverage and sharia compliant status on the initial return of IPO companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2018-2021. The population in this study are companies that carry out initial public offerings (IPO) there are 217 companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2018-2021. The research sample consisted of 76 companies with the sampling technique using purposive sampling . The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 26.

Abstract

The aim of study is to examine the effect of Capital Structure measured by Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) to Firm Value in property and real estate sub-sector service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses two control variables, namely firm size and market risk measured by Beta. The population in this study are 81 service companies in the property and real estate sub-sector that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2017-2021. The sample is determined by purposive sampling to obtain 187 companies. Type of data using secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. The analytical method used is multiple linier regression analysis. Based on the results of the study concluded that Capital Structure measured by Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have negative effect on firm value in service companies in the property and real estate sub-sector

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leverage, profitability, female directors, and financial distress, as well as to analyze the simultaneous and partial effects of leverage, profitability, and female directors on financial distress in cyclical and non-cyclic consumer sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. (IDX) 2017-2021. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with panel data regression analysis techniques. The population in this study are cyclical and non-cyclical consumer sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2017-2021. The research population consisted of 119 companies with a sample selection technique using purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 595 samples. The results showed that leverage had a significant negative effect on financial distress, profitability and female directors had a significant positive effect on financial distress. The research results are expected to provide information from theoretical and practical aspects to academics, government and investors regarding the effect of leverage, profitability, and female directors on financial distress. For future researchers to replace or add to the independent variables and add periods and research objects from other sectors that can cause financial distress. For companies to be able to report financial statements in accordance with the conditions of the company so as to prevent financial distress.

Abstract

Company performance ratings are used as a measure of success in decision-making management, as success in achieving company goals is management's output. The purpose of this research is to ascertain how management with ownership, the board of commissioners, and independent commissioners affect LQ45 companies' financial performance on the IDX. The method for gathering the data is to use annual financial report data from LQ45 companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and can be accessed through the IDX website for the years 2017 to 2021. Nine companies meet the criteria for the research sample. The findings indicate that managerial ownership has a significant impact on ROA, while independent commissioners have no significant impact on ROA in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the number of commissioners has a significant impact on ROA. However, ROA in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2017 and 2021 is unaffected by the combined number of commissioners and independent commissioners.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of company size variables, Debt to total assets (DTTA), and Return on assets (ROA) on dividend payout ratios in coal companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2016-2020 period. This type of research is quantitative. The research sample consisted of 23 companies selected using purposive sampling method. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to determine the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. This study uses SPSS 23 data processing. The results of this study for the variables Firm Size, Debt to total assets, and Return on asset ratio have a significant effect on Dividend payout in coal companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of (1) cash conversion cycle on company profitability, (2) leverage on company profitability, (3) sales growth on profitability, (4) firm size on profitability of manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia in 2018-2021. The population in this study are manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Meanwhile, the sample in this study was determined using the purposive sampling method, namely manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector for four consecutive years from 2018-2021 so that a total sample of 52 companies was obtained with 186 observation data. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression method using the IBM SPSS Statistics 22 program. The results of this study conclude that (1) the cash conversion cycle has a negative and not significant effect on company profitability, (2) leverage has a negative and significant effect on company profitability, (3) sales growth has a positive and significant effect on company profitability, (4) firm size has a positive and significant effect on company profitability.
