This research was conducted at the police agency Koto Tangah Sector in Padang with 60 people’s population and a 58 police member for sample. The sampling technique used cluster stratified random sampling. The data used primary data and secondary data. Data processed by path analysis.The result showed that based on the data if partially obtained information that 1) the leadership style has no significant effect to the organizational culture, 2) the leadership style has significant effect to the work motivation, 3) organizational culture has no significant effect on work motivation 4) On job satisfaction, 5) organizational culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction, 6) work motivation has an effect on significant to job satisfaction of member of Resort Police of Koto Tangah in Padang. Based from the results, to increase job satisfaction required a positive organizational culture that is by encouraging members of the police to dare to innovate, pay attention to detail, oriented to the work and are aggressive and not relaxed in the work.

This research was conducted in order to analyze the effect of profitability as measured by ROA and Leverage as measured by DER to Return of Stock Company of Food and Beverages Manufacturing sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for period 2012-2016. The population in this study are food and beverages companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. The sample in this research is determined by purposive sumpling based on criteria as (1) manufacturing company of food and beverages sub sector listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2012 until 2016 (2) Company that publishes complete financial report during observation period from 2012 until by 2016. (3) Companies with data leverage (DER), and profitability ratios (ROA) complete and have been processed. The sample in this research is 49. The results of this study show (1) Return On Assets (ROA) have a positive and significant effect on stock returns. This study aims to analyze (1) the influence of profitability (2) market rate, (3) the rate of inflation on stock prices in the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study considered the causative research. Types of data used is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. The method of analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study concluded (1) profitability has positive and significant impact on the stock price at manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange (2) the ratio of the market has positive and significant impact on the stock price at manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange (3) the negative effect of inflation and no significant effect on the stock price at manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of stock price, trade volume and variants return to the bid ask spread on companies doing stock split on listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2011-2014. This type of research is the study causative. The population of this research is all companies doing stock split of the 36 companies. The sampling technique menggunakaan purposive sampling techniques in order to obtain a total sample of 17Â companies. This type of data is secondary data, and ranks the data panel. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. For testing the hypothesis using statistical t-test with Î± level of 0.05. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The stock price has positive and not significant to the bid ask spread in companies that conduct a stock split, (2) the volume of stock trading positive and significant impact on the bid ask spread in companies that conduct a stock split,and(3) return variance positive and significant effect on the bid ask spread on companies doingÂ stocksplit.

The aimed of research to know how studentsâ€™ financial literacy level and money management ability of Management Study Program of Faculty of Economics, State University of Padang. Itâ€™s used descriptive and asosiatif research. Data primary is used to this research with 100 sample. Hypotesis test use multiples linear regression analysis. The results of research found the studentâ€™s level is moderate in financial literacy withÂ score 3.43 (69%); spending literation with score 3.46 (69%); credit literation with score 3.1 (62%); saving literation with score 3.39 (67%), andÂ investment literation with score 3.79 (76%). The results also showed that money management ability is moderate level. Result of research show that financial literacy influential significant positively toÂ money management ability student.

The purpose of this research is to determine 1) the effect of working capital to profitbility of food and beverage company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, 2) the effect of firm size to profitability of food and beverage company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 3) the effectof operating leverage to profitability of food and beverage company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research sampel are 16 food and beverage company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) around 2007-2012. This research used purposive sampling method. The statistical methods used in this research are multiple regressions. The results of this reseach indicate that: (1) working capital (WCT) have positive and significant effect to profitability of food and beverage company (2) firm size (TA) have negative and no significant effect to profitability of food and beverage company, and (3) the operating leverage have negative and significant effect to profitability of food and beverage company.

The purpose of this research is to examine the January effect at Main Board Index (MBX) which listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange. The population in this research is all of companies at Main Board Index (MBX) in periode of December 2009 to January 2014. Samples were selected by purposive sampling method, and generated 735 companies year observations. The type of data used is secondary data. Analysis Method used is a different test for non parametric data, such as Wilcoxon test. The result of research analysis showes that (1) there are significant differences return before and after January effect (2) there are significant differences abnormal return before and after January effect. It can be concluded that January effect occurred at the Main Board Index in Indonesian Stock Exchange.

The embroidery business is a business that has been hereditary in the village of Ampek Angkek, Agam Regency, West Sumatra Province. But in its development this business still faces several obstacles such as the motives, design, and diversification of embroidery products that are still limited, besides that there has not been a common goal in quality among craftsmen as business owners with their sewing children. Therefore the purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of embroidery business partners in developing variations in motifs, designs, and diversification of embroidery products, and can improve the quality and quantity of embroidery products to be highly competitive while remaining grounded in the unique characteristics of Minang. Kabau. This activity was carried out by providing training and mentoring on techniques and how to make various variations of embroidery motifs and designs, as well as developing product diversification. The results of the activity showed an increase in partner knowledge and skills in making various variations of motifs and designs of embroidery products. Furthermore, the product diversification in the form of tablecloths, chair cushions and tissue boxes, with the right embroidery layout and quality as expected.Keywords: Craft embroidery, Product diversification, Quality standards

Purpose - This study aims to determine the effect of business risk, profitability, and asset growth on the capital structure of companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index.Methodology - This research is classified as causative research. The population in this study were all companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index in 2014-2018. The sample in this study was determined by purposive sampling based on the criteria of companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index, companies that are consecutively ranked in the Jakarta Islamic Index during the 2014-2018. The samples in this study were 70. The type of data used is secondary data from the website www.idx.co.id. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using the SPSS program.Finding - The result of this study indicate (1) business risk has no significant negative effect on capital structure in companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (2) profitability has a significant positive effect on capital structure in companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (3) asset growth has a significant positive effect on capital structure in companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index

This study aims to analyze the effect of Company Size, Capital Structure, Liquidity and Profitability on Firm Value. The type of research used in this study is comparative causal research. Causal comperative research is a research activity that seeks information about why a causal relationship occurs, and researchers try to trace the relationship back. Researchers take one or more consequences as devendent variables and test the data by tracing back to the past to look for causes, causes, interrelationships and their meanings. Company values tested in this study include Company Size, Capital Structure, Company Liquidity and Profitability. Hypothesis testing is done using multiple regression models with a sample of 34 observations from telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2010-2017. The results of this study prove empirical evidence that: (1) Company Size does not affect Company Values, (2) Capital Structure does not affect Company Values, (3) Liquidity does not affect Company Values, (4) Profitability affects Company Values Keywords: Company Value Company Size, Capital Structure, Liquidity, Profitability
