Abstract

This study explores factors influencing the success of inclusive education for children with dyslexia. A descriptive qualitative approach using literature review was employed to analyze relevant studies. The findings reveal that the success of inclusive education is influenced by internal factors such as the severity of dyslexia and emotional regulation; the role of teachers, including empathy and competence in multisensory methods; curriculum and teaching methods utilizing technology or multisensory approaches; and supportive school environments. This research highlights the importance of collaboration among teachers, families, and communities in creating an inclusive and effective learning environment.

Abstract

Inovasi teknologi seperti fitur Know Your Customer (KYC) otomatis dan Optical Character Recognition (OCR) mempercepat proses pendaftaran mitra, sementara program Pojok Belajar meningkatkan kompetensi digital UMKM.

Abstract

Gender equality in education remains a critical issue within the Southeast Asian context, where sociocultural diversity and economic disparities contribute to uneven educational access and outcomes. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, synthesizing research published between 2018 and 2024 from Scopus, SpringerLink, and Google Scholar databases. Findings reveal that while gender parity has largely been achieved at the primary education level, significant disparities persist at the secondary and tertiary levels, particularly in rural areas of Indonesia, Laos, and Cambodia. Cultural norms, patriarchal values, and socioeconomic constraints remain dominant barriers to educational participation among females. Furthermore, gender-based differences in academic achievement are evident, with females outperforming males in literacy while lagging in mathematics and science. Regional initiatives, such as Malaysia’s STEM for Girls Program and Vietnam’s Gender-Responsive Education Policy, demonstrate promising outcomes in narrowing gender gaps through inclusive pedagogical practices and mentorship programs. The study concludes that gender-responsive educational frameworks, community engagement, and teacher training are pivotal to achieving sustainable gender parity in education. Strengthening these measures is essential for promoting social and economic development aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 4 and 5.

Abstract

Climate change poses a profound threat to ASEAN island nations, including Indonesia, the Philippines, Brunei Darussalam, and Singapore. These countries are particularly vulnerable to rising sea levels, tropical storms, coastal ecosystem degradation, and biodiversity loss, requiring comprehensive legal and policy responses. This study adopts a normative legal approach to examine international environmental law instruments, such as the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), the Kyoto Protocol, and the Paris Agreement, alongside ASEAN regional frameworks, including the ASEAN Agreement on Disaster Management and Emergency Response (AADMER). Using statutory, conceptual, and comparative approaches, the research analyzes the extent to which international legal principles are integrated into national and regional adaptation policies. Findings indicate that principles such as the Common but Differentiated Responsibilities (CBDR) approach, the precautionary principle, and sustainable development have been incorporated, although implementation varies significantly across states. The Philippines demonstrates a strong disaster adaptation legal framework, while Indonesia struggles with interagency coordination. Brunei emphasises ecosystem conservation, and Singapore pursues technology-driven adaptation policies. At the regional level, ASEAN has introduced cooperative mechanisms; however, these largely remain in the realm of soft law, with limited enforcement power. The study emphasizes the need to strengthen regional legal instruments, align national policies with international frameworks, and increase access to international funding and technology.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. There were 180 respondents consisting of ACE Hardware customers before and after the rebranding to Az.ko. To select the sample, the researcher used non-probability sampling with purposive sampling, which is selecting respondents who meet the criteria of being at least 21 years old and have made purchases from both brands. Data was collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the assistance of SMART PLS 3 software. The analysis results indicate that rebranding and brand image do not have a significant impact on customer satisfaction. Marketing strategies were found to have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. These findings suggest that effective marketing efforts following rebranding are more influential in enhancing customer satisfaction than changes to the brand or brand image itself.
