Abstract

The purpose of the research is for beeing up the competitiveness of the creative economy in Pekanbaru city in the craft sub sector Galeri Batik Tabir Riau Rani.This research arranged in descriptive type and quantitative methods. Research data consists of primery and secondary data. Primary data obtain from observation, focused discussion, interview, and SWOT questionnaire, secondary data obtain from statistics Indonesia, literature book, journal and internet. Collected data will be analyzed with descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis techniques (Strenght, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat). From this research by way of questionnaire and fosuc discussion with the Galeri Batik Tabir Riau Rani owner,concluded that of increasing the competitiveness Galeri Batik Tabir Riau Rani it uses SO strategi, that is harnessing strength owned to get the opportunities that exist.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Customer Relationship Management in Small and Medium Enterprises in Pekanbaru City, as well as to see the role of the Office of Cooperatives for Micro and Small and Medium Enterprises in conducting coaching to the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) actors in Pekanbaru. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, data collection by interviewing, observing, and documenting with small and medium business actors and the Micro and Small Business Cooperatives Office. The results of research to see the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in Small and Medium Enterprises in Pekanbaru City show that small and medium business actors have already run the CRM, even though the CRM is not yet maximized due to the limitations of Human Resources (business actors) in understanding CRM completely. While the results of research to see the role of the Department of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the City of Pekanbaru show that the role of the Department is quite good in carrying out its role to foster existing MSMEs in the city of Pekanbaru, see where the Office is trying to run a Guidance Program for MSMEs even though the budget is insufficient, but activities are still carried out despite training participants are limited, given the efficiency of the existing budget.

Abstract

Etika bisnis lebih luas dari ketentuan yang diatur oleh hukum, bahkan merupakan standar yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan standar minimal ketentuan hukum, karena dalam kegiatan bisnis seringkali kita temukan wilayah abu-abu yang tidak diatur oleh ketentuan hukum. Perilaku etis dalam kegiatan berbisnis adalah sesuatu yang penting demi kelangsungan hidup bisnis itu sendiri. Bisnis yang tidak etis akan merugikan bisnis itu sendiri terutama jika dilihat dari perspektif jangka panjang. Bisnis yang baik bukan saja bisnis yang menguntungkan, tetapi bisnis yang baik adalah selain bisnis tersebut menguntungkan juga bisnis yang baik secara moral. Penerapan etika bisnis sebagaimana telah diajarkan dalam Islam yang telah di contohkan oleh Rasullullah SAW sangat banyak memberikan petunjuk mengenai etika bisnis. Sebagai cabang filsafat terapan, etika bisnis menyoroti segi-segi moral perilaku manusia dan peraturan-peraturan yang mempunyai profesi di bidang bisnis dan manajemen. Oleh karena itu, etika bisnis dapat dilihat sebagai usaha untuk merumuskan dan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip etika dibidang hubungan ekonomi antar manusia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris dampak penerapan Standar Akuntansi Pemerintahan (SAP) dan kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) pada kualitas laporan keuangan Pemerintah Kabupaten Pelalawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 30 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) penerapan SAP berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan Pemerintah Kabupaten Tahun Anggaran 2017. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa semakin baik tingkat penerapan SAP yang dilakukan dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan, maka akan berdampak positif pada peningkatan kualitas laporan keuangan; (2) kompetensi SDM berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan Pemerintah Kabupaten Pelalawan Tahun Anggaran 2017. Semakin tinggi kompetensi SDM yang dimiliki seperti tingkat pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap perilaku dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab maka kualitas laporan keuangan yang dihasilkan cenderung semakin baik.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the work discipline of the employees of PT. Kharisma Dayung Utara Pekanbaru. High workloads make employees undisciplined in their work. This research uses descriptive research that is looking for an overview of the research phenomena for later conclusions drawn. In this case the object to be investigated is employees who work at PT. Kharisma Dayung Utara Pekanbaru. The reason to use descriptive research type is because the variable studied is a single variable so it does not require testing hypotheses and statistics, only it gives an overview of how discipline in working for employees at PT. Kharisma Dayung Utara Pekanbaru. The method used in this research is census sampling with the same population and sample, namely 32 people. The results showed that the work discipline was in a good category based on 8 indicators, role models of leadership, remuneration, justic, respect, sanctiion and assertiveness obtainedan average of 78.64%. That means that the average employee in the company feels that the company’s goals are in line with the abilities of their employees, with a high level of discipline they should make amployees more productive than before.
