Abstract

This study aims to describe how the management of kyai coaching through politeness in improving the morals of the santri at Miftahul Khoir Islamic Boarding School, Bandung City. This research uses a qualitative approach. While the method used is a case study (Case study) which is a process of collecting data and information in-depth, detail, intensive, holistic, and systematic about people, events, social backgrounds, or groups using various methods and techniques as well as many sources of information. to understand effectively how people, events, natural settings (social settings) operate or function in accordance with the context. The results showed that the management of kyai guidance through politeness in improving the morals of the santri was carried out through exemplary methods, training and habituation methods, and learning methods. Where through these methods the students are accustomed to saying greetings, speaking polite, politely, gentle, low self-esteem, and not speaking harshly.

Abstract

Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Lamongan is a state madrasah under the auspices of the ministry of religion that gets budget funding from the government, community and self-help. The budget of the fund is expected to be on target for its use, so in the implementation of finance there needs to be community participation, namely the madrasah committee. Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Lamongan Committee has a very important role in the management and implementation of financial budget programs. Through the deliberation of the budget use program that has been mutually agreed and obtained the approval of the madrasah committee, then the budget can only be disbursed to be realized as technical instructions and get supervision from various parties. The purpose of financial management of public schools through the role of the committee to be implemented effectively, transparently ,and accountably. Qualitative descriptive analysis as a research method by describing the phenomenology of the committee's role in the financial management activities of MAN 2 Lamongan. The results of this study are as follows: Madrasah committee has 4 roles in financial management, namely: 1) Advisory agency, namely the committee as a partner that gives considers to the program before the implementation of madrasah budget management activities, 2) Supporting agency that is the committee to support the implementation of budgeting funds in each madrasah education activities, 3) Controlling agency that is the committee performs its role as a supervisor in the implementation of madrasah budget 4) Executive that is as a mediator between madrasah with the community or parents of students. Madrasah must cooperate with the madrasah committee in the process of financial management in order to realize good financial management in improving the quality of madrasah education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to get deeply information of leadership pattern from the headmaster in MIN Karang Baru in making cooperation and collaboration with the school committee. The approach research used qualitative with phenomenology method. The technique of collecting data used interviews and observation. Participants of the study were the headmaster, teacher, and school committee. The technique of data analysis contains three steps, namely reduction of data, data display, and taking conclusion. Meanwhile, the validity of data checking consists of credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmation. The results showed that the leadership pattern of the MIN Karang Baru headmaster in collaboration with the school committee was very good because it was able to take advantage of the school committee's function. From the leadership orientation, the Yukl concept consists of four that are relevant to the function of the school committee, namely the orientation of the principal's duties relevant to the agent giving consideration from the school committee. Meanwhile, the school committee as an agent of support is shown in the orientation of relationship and change attitudes. Meanwhile, the school committee as a controlling agent is seen in the utilization of external factors.

Abstract

The main problem raised in the research is how fundraising management in a social institution, conducted by the Social Welfare Institute Darul Aitam Al Khoiriyah. Based on these problems, the main purpose of this research is to find out how the forms of fundraising, supporting factors, and inhibitions of fundraising management and how the management of fundraising management for economic empowerment of the community. The results showed that: First, the fundraising management program is formulated based on community empowerment programs, one of which is the productive economic business self-entrepreneurship program (UEP), so that in the future the beneficiaries of fundraising no longer rely on donations or willingness but are economically self-sufficient. Second, the supporting factor in fundraising management is none other than the strength in maintaining the communication of institutions with the donator with various techniques and media used both electronic media and social media, while the obstacle factor of fundraising management is the HR factor that always has to be upgraded its ability so as not to miss the development of the times, as well as the existence of people who damage the image of social institutions so that the donators are more careful in distributing zakat, infaq, and Charity. Third, Lks Darul Aitam Al Khoiriyah fundraising strategy by applying systematic and measurable stages by the conditions in the field, namely the Introduction of Institutions to prospective new donors, Follow Up after the introduction, Accountability and supervision reports, Establish good communication with donors, Provide various forms of donation methods.
