Abstract

BRI branch Garut is a company engaged in services are always required to provide quality service to its customers. Dimensions of service quality such as: physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy should always be implemented optimally in order to create a positive corporate image in the eyes of the customer as a positive corporate image will have an impact on customer perception of the BRI branch Garut.The purpose of this study was to determine the performance quality of service at the BRI branch Garut, to determine the image of the company at the BRI Branch Garut and to determine how much influence the performance quality of service to the company's image on the Index.php BRI Branch. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification methods. Descriptive study conducted to obtain an overview of the performance of service quality and corporate image. While the verification study conducted to determine the relationship between variables through statistical calculations. Data obtained by the preparation of thesis literature study, interviews, observation and questionnaires and use formulas to analyze data and Spearman rank assisted by SPSS 11.0 for windows. The survey sampled 100 respondents with an error level of 10%. Based on the results of this research is that the correlation between the performance levels of service quality relationship with the company image shows both the strength and direction of variables. influence the performance of quality of service to the company's image by 60.84%, while the remaining 39.16% is influenced by other factors, such as customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. That is, the better the performance of quality of service provided, the better the image of the company at the BRI branch Garut

Abstract

The background of this research is the factors that influence buying (purchasing) the people coming for treatment to hospitals Pameungpeuk. This study aims to determine the most dominant factor affecting the purchasing public to come for treatment to hospitals Pameungpeuk. The research method used in this research is descriptive method of analysis. The study population were people who came for treatment to the hospital during the study. Data collection was done by literature study, observation and questionnaires. The data obtained were then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques to test factor analysis.The results showed that in general, all of these factors affect the purchasing public as seen in the table component testing matric have values above the standard value of the factor analysis is 0.5, where the factor price policy dominant influence purchasing community because the value of its largest component matrix of factor another is 0.877. The suggestions can be put forward is expected to hospital administrators realize Pameungpeuk deepest problems increased purchasing public, considering the price variable has the most dominant influence on purchasing in hospitals Pameungpeuk, so hopefully the board can maintain pricing policy and consider factors that can increase purchasing such researchers discovered a new factor which factors increase the public purchasing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the diversity of products on consumer loyalty, and the sample of respondents is the customer who made Amanda Brownies Road Ranca Bolang no. 29 Bandung. Data analysis phase begins by gathering data by distributing questionnaires to the respondents of 60, after the data collected and processed using SPSS 17.0. To avoid any mistakes prior to the discussion, the validity and reliability testing performed on each question of each variable, where results of testing the validity greater than 0300, which means all of the questions indicates a valid result, and for the reliability test results greater than 0700, which showed reliable results.The method used in this study is the verification method and descriptive method, which verifikatif methods used to verify the hypothesis, while the descriptive method is used to explain, describe the situation, circumstances and events of the object of research to test hypotheses using statistical calculations. Testing the hypothesis in this study using the Simple Linear Regression analysis, and results obtained showed that significant diversity of products that affect consumer loyalty by 60.80%. The results obtained from the test results significantly and the balance of 30.20% are factors beyond this study that affect customer loyalty.Based on the results of hypothesis testing, means that consumers' assessment of the diversity of Amanda Brownies brownies products showed that the average consumer ratings Amanda Brownies included in the category of "Good", and consumer loyalty Amanda Brownies are significantly influenced by the diversity of products Brownies steamed.

Abstract

Along with the rapid growth of the economy today, marketing has an increasingly important position in the business world. This is because the purpose of the company to grab market share from the sale of products optimally, quickly is to do direct sales.One form of the use of marketing in the business world, especially in the field of sales is to use direct sales it has the ability to provide information needed by the company and employees.With the effect of face-to-face sales in increasing sales volume paving blocks are designed to meet the needs of such administration, knowing the amount of production of goods every day, managing employee wages and production costs in order to test the relationship between the independent variables with the dependent variable.Based on the hypothesis by using the test "t" is obtained "t" count is greater than the "t" table that t (h) = 31.67, and "t" (table) = 1.86 at odds tarap confidence (0, 95) which means that the hypothesis (Ha) is received stating that the very significant effect of the implementation of the policy face to face sales to increase in sales volume of paving blocks on PT. Baruna Alam Lestari Bandung.Based on a correlation product showed a high correlation Moment is located between 0.80 r ≤ 0.100 and indicates the positive direction with the degree of influence of 94% and a very high categorized sertasisanya 60% influenced by other factors.Implementation face to face will give a big hand to the sales volume of paving blocks on PT. Baruna Alam Lestari Bandung in the amount of 94% even if the bias higher inhibitory factors that 6% can be minimized.This means that there is a significant direct sales to increase in sales volume.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis  mengetahui dan menganalisis kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daops II Bandung serta pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daops II Bandung baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif pada 96 karyawan pada PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daops II Bandung dengan menggunakan analisis jalur (Path Analysis).Hasil penelitian melalui analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa secara umum kepemimpinan di PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daops II Bandung berada pada kategori tinggi. Kepemimpinan orientasi tugas dan orientasi karyawan berada pada kategori tinggi. Jika dilihat dari motivasi maka secara umum berada dalam kategori tinggi. Kebutuhan akan prestasi, kebutuhan aktulisasi diri berada dalam kategori tinggi. Ditinjau dari kepuasan kerja karyawan maka secara umum berada dalam kategori tinggi. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari faktor pekerjaan itu sendiri, promosi, pengawasan dan rekan kerja. Selanjutnya, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan
