The main issue in this research is the weak Quality of private universities in utilizing digital media in the industrial era 4.0, which leads to the formation of professionalism in the form of an innovative campus, which according to researchers, is influenced by organizational Commitment and digital organizational communication. Target group private universities in Bandung. This study's descriptive survey research design is based on a verification methodology. Data was collected through survey techniques by distributing questionnaires to as many as 69 respondents, all employees. Analysis in data processing using path analysis. It is based on the findings of the verification analysis, with r2 = 0.587, or 58.7%, as the coefficient of determination. The results show that the Quality of digital services is influenced by organizational Commitment and digital communication, both simultaneously and simultaneously. In comparison, there is still the influence of other external factors, which has not been studied, and is 41.3% academically recognized. Research findings also reveal that optimizing digital services can be done by first improving the Commitment of human resources to utilizing digital media in communication.

Masalah pokok dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kualitas pelayanan pada organisasi publik, yang menurut pengamatan peneliti dipengaruhi oleh manajemen mutu terpadu dan komitmen organisasi. Maka, atas dasar permasalahan tersebut, peneliti berkeinginan untuk meneliti lebih lanjut untuk mengevaluasi Penerapan Total Quality Management (TQM) dalam meningkatkan Kualitas Pelayanan Pada Organisasi Publik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kantor Pelayanan dan Pengawasan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Pabean A Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan verifikatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik survey melalui kuesioner kepada seluruh pegawai sebanyak 121 orang responden. Analisis dalam pengolahan data menggunakan analisis jalur (Path Analisys). Berdasarkan pada hasil analisis verifikatif bahwa Total pengaruh Total Quality Management terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan adalah sebesar 6.2% dengan taraf kepercayaan 95%. Total pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan adalah sebesar 63.4% dengan taraf kepercayaan 95%. Besarnya pengaruh total dari Total Quality Management dan komitmen organisasi tepat digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas pelayanan di KPPBC Tipe Madya Pabean A Bandung dibuktikan oleh besarnya koefisien determinasi r2 = 0.696 atau sebesar 69.6%, sedangkan pengaruh luar atau kekeliruannya sebesar 30.4%. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa TQM dan Komitmen organisasi secara empirik telah memberikan pengaruh terhadap Kualitas pelayanan pada KPPBC TMP A Bandung, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang secara akademik diakui keberadaannya. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan citra merek lembaga perguruan tinggi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (mahasiswa).Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa aktif dari tahun angkatan 2016-2019 di perguruan tinggi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 93 responden. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) dan uji t, F, dan determinasi.Hasil: Hasil analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan citra merek lembaga perguruan tinggi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (mahasiswa). Koefisien jalur kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 0,548 dan koefisien jalur citra merek terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 0,349. Pengujian secara parsial juga menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan citra merek masing-masing memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.Keterbatasan: Penelitian ini memiliki beberapa keterbatasan, antara lain jumlah sampel yang terbatas, pengumpulan data hanya dilakukan di satu perguruan tinggi, dan fokus penelitian yang terbatas pada variabel kualitas pelayanan dan citra merek saja. Oleh karena itu, hasil penelitian ini tidak dapat secara langsung mewakili situasi di seluruh perguruan tinggi dan dapat menjadi acuan untuk penelitian lanjutan dengan sampel yang lebih representatif dan variabel yang lebih luas.Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Citra Merek dan Kepuasan Pelanggan

Based on the results of the assessment conducted by researchers at the District Office Kiaracondong Bandung, researchers found the problem was the poor quality of public services. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods through a descriptive approach. The number of samples of the community as listed is a sample of the number of members of a population of 150 members. The survey results revealed that the correlation between employee competence with the quality of public services. The large correlation coefficient is 0.928 (R). R in the correlation, or correlation between two or more independent variables on the dependent variable showed modest correlations. Effect of competency to service quality Kiaracondong subdistrict is high enough influential category of 86.1% this proves that the competence of the employees has a positive and significant impact on the quality of public services, while the remaining 23, 9% is the influence of other variables not examined in this study. Future uncertainty that can occur in financial services companies is a risk that Small industries in the city of Bandung play a very important role and contribute to the economy in the city of Bandung and nationally. For this reason, it is necessary to have high performance so that it can compete both in the national market and in the global market.This study aims to identify external and internal factors that determine the influence of intellectual, intelligence and emotional intelligence on the performance of small business actors on handicraft products in Bandung City. Small industries are still constrained by various internal and external factors. Internal factors include aspects of human resources and capital, marketing and design, while external factors include market conditions, availability of raw materials and government policies.Types of data are secondary data obtained from various related literatures. The sample in this study amounted to 50 business actors.Small entrepreneurs must maintain the implementation of the important factors that determine the performance of their business, while still making improvements to the factors that are still not being implemented, in order to get better performance.Keywords: Intellectual and Emotional Intelligence on the Performance of Small Business Owners in Bandung

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis mengetahui dan menganalisis kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daops II Bandung serta pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daops II Bandung baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif pada 96 karyawan pada PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daops II Bandung dengan menggunakan analisis jalur (Path Analysis).Hasil penelitian melalui analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa secara umum kepemimpinan di PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daops II Bandung berada pada kategori tinggi. Kepemimpinan orientasi tugas dan orientasi karyawan berada pada kategori tinggi. Jika dilihat dari motivasi maka secara umum berada dalam kategori tinggi. Kebutuhan akan prestasi, kebutuhan aktulisasi diri berada dalam kategori tinggi. Ditinjau dari kepuasan kerja karyawan maka secara umum berada dalam kategori tinggi. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari faktor pekerjaan itu sendiri, promosi, pengawasan dan rekan kerja. Selanjutnya, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan

This study aims to to measure and explain the practice of implementing Sustainable HRM to improve Organizational Citizenship Behavior by using the variables of Quality of Work-Life (QWL) and Affective Commitment, especially in the automotive retail industry. Data analysis uses a path to show a specific relationship between exogenous variables, which are variables (X), endogenous variables which are effect variables (Y), and implicit variables (ϵ). This data was collected through an array of questions to be answered by replies from as many as 59 motorcycle automotive retail company employees. The QWL and affective commitment have a favourable and considerable impact on OCB in employees. External influences still need to be followed up by further research, which can complement the determination of OCB in addition to QWL and Affective Commitment. Subsequent research focuses on environmental performance management, the design of training and development, and environmental organizational culture.

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) on Indonesia's economic growth from 2015 to 2022. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research using time series data which is secondary data obtained from the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). Simple regression analysis, t-test, and coefficient of determination (R2) were used for hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the t-test, it was concluded that MSMEs had a significant influence on Indonesia's economic growth from 2015 to 2022. Statistical analysis confirms a substantial impact, with MSMEs contributing around 80.2% to the variation in economic growth, as indicated by the coefficient of determination (R²). This shows that MSMEs play a crucial role in driving economic development in Indonesia during the research period. This study concludes that Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a significant and positive impact on Indonesia's economic growth from 2015 to 2022. The contribution of MSMEs, which reaches around 80.2% of the variation in economic growth, emphasizes their crucial role in the country's economic development. This highlights the importance of supporting and increasing MSME activities to encourage sustainable economic progress.

Produktivitas kerja karyawan merupakan elemen krusial dalam menentukan daya saing perusahaan, terutama di sektor manufaktur sepatu yang menuntut efisiensi dan kualitas tinggi. Namun, rendahnya produktivitas sering kali dikaitkan dengan lemahnya kompetensi dan menurunnya motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan motivasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Primarindo Asia Infrastructure Tbk di Bandung. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis jalur (path analysis) terhadap 87 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh langsung sebesar 36,8% dan motivasi sebesar 30,4% terhadap produktivitas kerja. Secara simultan, kedua variabel memberikan kontribusi sebesar 67,1%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar model. Secara praktis, hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa pengembangan kompetensi dan peningkatan motivasi karyawan merupakan strategi penting untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja. Keterbatasan penelitian ini terletak pada lingkup kasus yang hanya mencakup satu perusahaan, sehingga disarankan untuk penelitian selanjutnya memperluas objek kajian agar hasilnya lebih general.
