Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and assess and analyze the influence of venture capital, changes in business environment, entrepreneurial characteristics on venture performance and the impact on small business development in West Java. This study uses the approach of human resources management science are combined with theories of organizational behavior. This type of research is descriptive and explanatory verificative survey by research data cross section where the research was conducted at a specific time period with the unit of analysis is a company belonging to the small business sector across the area of ​​West Java Province, with the unit of observation is the manager or industry leaders generally doubles as a small business owner who has received Company Registration issued by the Office of Industry and Commerce of West Java Province. This study data analysis techniques using the structural equation model (structural equation model - SEM). Results of analysis of this study revealed that 1) the most dominant characteristics of entrepreneurial influence on business performance, 2) changes in business environment is a factor that most small influence on business performance; 3) intangible business capital (education, social, moral and mental) is fundamental aspects to deal with changing business environment, 4) development effort is significantly affected by the performance of the business.

Abstract

This study aims to see and know the positioning and brand of BAZNAS Jabar, as a government agency that requires coordination, distribution, utilization, reporting of zakat management, infaq, shodaqoh and partnership partnerships with social organizations in West Java. The research method uses qualitative analysis with a SWOT analysis from the perspective of the management of the amil zakat body. This research resulted in a strategic planning in the short-term, medium-term and long-term planning as well as amil zakat management institutions to gain trust and acceptance and pride for the people of West Java. One of the efforts suggested is a collaborative activity with Karang Taruna West Java social organization. The conclusion shows, West Java Amil Zakat Board has more opportunities for improvement, distribution, optimization of utilization and reporting through collaboration with Youth Organization. To get human resources who like and have the capacity with capabilities as not the main in getting support, distribution, utilization, and approval of the management of zakat, infaq, shodaqoh through improving the muzaki and mustahik database with its successor, culture and wisdom of each region in West Java. The West Java Amil Zakat Agency should ideally have a tiered zakat education program to the community, to answer the challenges of the industry era 4.0 by implementing a governance regulation that is supported and optimizing the use of social media for social campaigns in zakat, infaq, shodaqoh, and social social assistance funds the other.

Abstract

Emulation in the existing banking world is very tightening, and with condition of market where consumer or in this case is client has some banking service choices which will be applied, this thing will make transfer of client becomes increasingly as usual out of one banks to bank the other. For the purpose is required hard work in maintaining client loyality, one of its way is by giving quality of banking service activities as good as possibly. Bank Jabar Banten (Bank BJB) be an bank institute owned by the Government of West Java and Banten which now becomes bank having scale national. In facing emulation in this banking world always does improvement of quality of banking service activities, peculiarly from tangible, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, until quality of service activities passed to client.This research aim to study influence quality of banking service activities to client loyality at Bank BJB assistant office of branch Ujung Berung. Variable involved in by this research consisted of independent variable that is quality of banking service activities (X) and its the dependent variables is client loyality (Y). Method applied is survey where information from respondent is collected direct inly place of case systematically, as a mean to knows and forecasts some behaviour aspects from the population. As for research type done is descriptive and verifikatif.Result of this research known that contribution joinly client loyality to quality of banking service activities from result of coefficient of determination has influence equal to 74.8% and 25.2% influenced by other factor of which is not discussed in this research. As for sub-variabel pawn quality of banking service activities has biggest influence to client loyality, and sub-variabel direct proof has smallest influence to client loyality. Based on result of research as a whole, inferential that quality of banking service activities of influential positive and strong to client loyality Bank BJB assistant office of branch Ujung Berung. This thing is because of client in general feels quality of banking service activities given Bank BJB have been maximum and good.

Abstract

BRI branch Garut is a company engaged in services are always required to provide quality service to its customers. Dimensions of service quality such as: physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy should always be implemented optimally in order to create a positive corporate image in the eyes of the customer as a positive corporate image will have an impact on customer perception of the BRI branch Garut.The purpose of this study was to determine the performance quality of service at the BRI branch Garut, to determine the image of the company at the BRI Branch Garut and to determine how much influence the performance quality of service to the company's image on the Index.php BRI Branch. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification methods. Descriptive study conducted to obtain an overview of the performance of service quality and corporate image. While the verification study conducted to determine the relationship between variables through statistical calculations. Data obtained by the preparation of thesis literature study, interviews, observation and questionnaires and use formulas to analyze data and Spearman rank assisted by SPSS 11.0 for windows. The survey sampled 100 respondents with an error level of 10%. Based on the results of this research is that the correlation between the performance levels of service quality relationship with the company image shows both the strength and direction of variables. influence the performance of quality of service to the company's image by 60.84%, while the remaining 39.16% is influenced by other factors, such as customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. That is, the better the performance of quality of service provided, the better the image of the company at the BRI branch Garut

Abstract

The quality of education in the West Java Police State Police School is still low, it is presumably caused by the application and update the curriculum and teaching materials that have not been optimal. Based on the above, the researcher conducting research on aspects that affect the quality of education, especially from the aspect of curriculum and teaching materials.The methodology used is descriptive verification by using the technique of path analysis (path analysis) in order to know the effect of direct and indirect influence to get the coefficient of determination.The results showed that the quality of education in the West Java Police State Police School is directly affected by the curriculum of 18.83% and is affected by the indirect influence of 10.75%, as well as that quality of education is affected directly by the teaching materials by 16.81% so total effect determination coefficient of 57.14%.The conclusion of this study that the quality of education in the West Java Police State Police School is influenced by the curriculum and teaching materials, and influenced by other educational components that are

Abstract

The problem statement in this research is work productivity at PT. Pragata Makmur Persada, based on initial observations, is suspected to be caused by the lack of optimal employee training and development programs, so the researchers conducted research using quantitative methods, with a correlation approach and testing the effect of data analysis using descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results showed that employee training was included in the very good category with an average dimension score of 184. Employee development was included in the very good category with an average dimension score of 189. Employee productivity at PT. Pragata Makmur Persada is included in the very good category with an average score of 189. Research also proves that work productivity is influenced by an increase in employee training and development by 80.2%. Partially the increase in training affects the work productivity of employees by 32.75%. And employee development affects work productivity at PT. Pragata Makmur Persada by 47.46%. The conclusion shows that increased training affects employee work productivity quite significantly, and employee development affects work productivity very significantly at PT. Abstract

Penelitian melalui KKN Tematik Universitas Al-ghifari yang dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Cisaranten Endah Kecamatan Arcamanik Kota Bandung, menyoroti peran Karang Taruna dan Mahasiswa Relawan Universitas Al-ghifari dalam mewujudkan New Normal.Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat ini, untuk membantu dan mendukung program penanggulangan dan pencegahan Covid-19 yang telah dilakukan Pemerintah Pusat dan Pemerintah Daerah melalui pendekatan kesehatan, sosial, ekonomi dan pendidikan melalui kolaborasi Pentahelix dengan melibatkan pemerintah, media, masyarakat, akademisi dan komunitas.Hasil kegiatan penelitian ini, menemukan lemahnya kolaborasi antara pemerintah, media, masyarakat, akademisi dan komunitas, sehinga diperlukan optimalisasi peran masing-masing dalam mengembangkan tugas pokok, peran dan fungsi dari masing-masing elemen untuk menyongsong era new normal berdampingan dengan covid-19.

Abstract

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah lemahnya peningkatan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Meprofarm Bandung. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel sebanyak 74 karyawan dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan kualitas kehidupan kerja dan budaya kaizen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Meprofarm dari 92.6%. Secara parsial kualitas kehidupan kerja memberikan pengaruh sebesar 74,71% dan penerapan budaya kaizen memiliki pengaruh sebesar 17,85%. Kesimpulannya adalah penerapan quality of work life dan kaizen culture jika diterapkan secara konsisten pada karyawan akan berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Meprofarm Bandung

Abstract

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah keputusan untuk membeli air minum dalam kemasan. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan teknik analisis jalur. Sampel sebanyak 88 agen penjualan AMDK di Bandung Raya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan kualitas produk dan saluran distribusi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian AMDK Stream sebesar 70,2%. Secara parsial, kualitas produk mempengaruhi 40,5% dan saluran distribusi sebesar 29,5%. Kesimpulannya adalah keputusan pembelian AMDK Stream menjadi pilihan agen penjualan di Bandung Raya karena kualitas produk dan jalur distribusinya sangat diperhatikan oleh perusahaan.

Abstract

Melihat laju perekonomian Indonesia yang melambat, perlu adanya pengembangan ekonomi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Salah satu upaya untuk mengembangkan ekonomi, melalui sektor UMKM yang menerapkan teknologi informasi. Problem statement penelitian ini, kurangnya pengetahuan, pemahaman, pemanfaatan dan penggunaan teknologi informasi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaku usaha UMKM di Desa Giriawas dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk memasarkan produk usaha. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif, dengan observasi dan survei serta wawancara ke pelaku usaha dan masyarakat Desa Giriawas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat membutuhkan edukasi tentang pemasaran melalui digitalisasi, salah satu problem solver yang dilakukan, dengan mengadakan Seminar Kewirausahaan tentang pemasaran secara digital, untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian dan berdampak kepada bertambahnya wawasan pemilik UMKM mengenai digital marketing, terbukanya mindset untuk memasarkan produk melalui penggunaan sosial media advertising dan dapat meningkatkan semangat untuk berwirausaha di Desa Giriawas Kecamatan Cikajang Kabupaten Garut.
