Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study analyzes the effect of government spending, inflation, and labor on the economic growth of the City of Palangka Raya. The analysis was performed statistically using multiple linear regression equation models and secondary data in line with the time period between 2002-2016. The results of the analysis conclude that partially government expenditure variables have a positive and significant effect on the economic growth of Palangka Raya City, the inflation variable has a positive but not significant effect on the economic growth of Palangka Raya City, and labor variables have a positive and significant effect on the economic growth of Palangka Raya City.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the influence of village fund programs on employment opportunities, economic growth, poverty levels and income distribution. This study uses a qualitative method with a panel data regression approach. The subjects in this study were all districts that received village funds in Central Kalimantan in 2015-2017, while the object of the study was the influence of village fund programs on employment opportunities, economic growth, poverty levels and even income distribution of the people of Central Kalimantan Province. The method of determining the sample used is purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used in this study are documentation techniques, namely obtaining village fund ceiling data, data on labor force participation rates, poverty rate data, economic growth / GRDP data, and gini ratio data in 13 districts in Central Kalimantan Province for the period of the year 2015-2017. Data was processed with the help of SPSS version 24 software. The results showed that village fund programs had a positive and significant effect on employment opportunities, economic growth and poverty levels in Central Kalimantan Province. While for village programs it does not affect the distribution of income in Central Kalimantan Province.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aims of study is to find out how the influence of income and interest rates on investment patterns of people in Central Kalimantan. The method of data collection is done by library studying of secondary data related to the parameters of studied. The analytical tool used is multiple regression analysis method. The results showed that: a) Investment by PMDN Central Kalimantan is partially influenced by Income Perkapita Society and Interest Rate Savings. This is indicated by statistical test results (partial test) that is significant at the level of confidence of 95% or (?) = 0.05 where t-arithmetic XI (Revenue per capita) of 2.016> t-table = 1.860 and t-count X2 (Interest Rate of Savings) = 2,172> t-table = 1,860. b) Statistical test results F (Test in General). Per Capita Revenue and Interest Rate Savings have significant effect on investment, especially PMDN of Central Kalimantan province.

Abstract

ABSTRACTGunung Mas regency is a division of Kapuas district. Gunung Mas Regency has a relatively limited development budget, so to spur economic growth, it is necessary to know the sector or business field that became the economic base of Gunung Mas Regency. This research aims to find out: a) Economic Sector of the Field of Business which become the economic base sector of Regency Gunung Mas. b) To know the amount of multiplier (Multipplier Effect) growth of base sector on economic growth of Gunung Mas Regency. The analysis in this study was conducted in two stages. The first phase identifies the sector of the regional economic base sector and the second stage calculates the multiplier effect of the growth of the base sector on the economic growth of the Gunung Mas regency. To determine the economic base sector is used the Location Quotion (LQ) approach and to calculate the multiplier effect ) is used multiplier formula by using PDRB data of Gunung Mas Regency and PDRB and GRDP of Central Kalimantan Province. Data collection was conducted in April 2017 using the Library Study method (Library Research). These data are obtained from Gunung Mas Regency in number, Gunung Mas Gross Domestic Product issued by BPS and BAPPEDA cooperation of Gunung Mas Regency and Central Kalimantan Province GDRP. Based on the analysis, it is found that the economic structure of Gunung Mas Regency is still dominated by 2 (two) sectors, namely agriculture sector (including plantation), forestry and fishery, and mining and quarrying sector. The contribution of these two sectors to GRDP of Gunung Mas Regency reaches 45.45%.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect the number of poor people of Central Kalimantan Province. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Central Kalimantan Province. The research method used is Ordinary Least Square Method (OLS), multiple linear regression method and to manage the data using SPSS version 17 software. The results of this study indicate that: a) Economic growth has a positive and insignificant effect on the number of poor people of Central Kalimantan Province. b) Per capita income has a negative and significant effect on the number of poor people of Central Kalimantan Province c) Inflation has a positive and significant impact on the number of Poor People of Central Kalimantan Province. d) Open Unemployment has a positive and insignificant effect on the Number of Poor People of Central Kalimantan Province. as well as the variables of these studies together significantly affect the Poor Population of Central Kalimantan Province.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the hospitality sector and other accommodation on the amount of labor absorbed in the sector. This research uses quantitative method with cross sectional approach. The results showed that: a) Where the number of rooms, room rental prices and number of visits have a positive and significant impact on employment. b) The value of coefficient number of rooms amounted to 0.443 means that if there is an increase of 1% of the number of rooms then the absorption of labor by 0.443%. c) The coefficient value for the room rental price of 0,507 means that if the room rental price increases by 1% causes the increase in the amount of labor by 0.507%. d) Value of visitor number coefficient of 0.279 means if the number of visitors increased by 1% then the employment of 0.279%. The results showed X1, X2, X3 simultaneously have a significant effect on employment in the hospitality sector and other accommodation in Palangkaraya City and T-test results indicate that star hotels and non-star hotels have an influence on visitors to choose hotels.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aims ofstudy is to analyze how much influence Life Expectancy Rate, School Average Average to GDRP per capita and Economic Growth. The data used in this research is secondary data from Central Bureau of Statistics of Central Kalimantan Province. While the analytical method used is to use path analysis (Path Analysis) assisted SPSS software version 22.0. The results showed that life expectancy had positive but not significant effect to GDRP per capita. The average length of school has a positive and significant impact on GDRP per capita. Life expectancy has negative but insignificant effect on economic growth. The average length of school has a positive and significant impact on economic growth. GDRP per capita has a positive and significant impact on economic growth. Life expectancy has no significant effect on economic growth through GDRP per capita. The average length of school has no significant effect on economic growth through GDRP per capita

Abstract

The porpose of this study is to determine the readiness of village government in realizing accountability and transparency in the management of APBDesa By quantitative method there hypotheses proposed in this study. The subjects of this research are 4 principal areas of village, village government of Tumbang Bunut, The sampling technique in this research is done using the techningque of vorposive sampling the instrument of data collection in this research is questionnaire of questionnaire. The resuls of this study indclate that accountability is positively releated to the management of APBDesa, Transparency is also positively realited to the management of APBDesa, and accountability, and transparency together have a positive relationship to APBDesa Mangement

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the potential revenue of the tourism sector on Regional Original Income in three regions, namely West Kotawaringin Regency, East Kotawaringin Regency, and Palangka Raya City. The data used is qualitative data and is also supported by quantitative data, the method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data analysis uses the contribution of tourism income to Regional Original Income, namely using an analysis of the contribution of PAD based on the classification of contribution criteria. The results of this study indicate that the different tourist characteristics between the three regencies/cities have their own tourist attractions. But the number of tourists visiting only come directly to the tourist attraction, so that previously the tourism industry was a source of income for the private sector and the region through restaurant taxes or hotel taxes, now the source of income from the tourism industry is less contributing to Regional Original Income

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Village Income and SiLPA on Village Expenditure partially or simultaneously. Hypothesis testing in this study uses panel data regression analysis method with coefficient of determination test, f test, and t test. The results of this study indicate that the partial test results, Village Income has a significant positive effect. Simultaneous test results Village Income and Silpa together have a significant effect on Village Expenditure. In conclusion, from this coefficient is that the relative contribution given by the combination of Village Income and SiLPA variables to Village Expenditures is 100% while the remaining 0% is influenced by other variables not examined. While the partial test results show that Village Income has a significant positive effect on village expenditure and SiLPA has a significant negative effect on Village Expenditure.
