Abstract

Hypertension is a condition often referred to as a silent killer because many people are unaware that they have it, which can ultimately lead to very serious consequences. The high number of people with hypertension contributes to an increase in mortality and the risk of complications from year to year. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a combination treatment of warm foot baths and deep breathing relaxation techniques in lowering blood pressure among hypertensive patients in Sudiang Raya Village, Makassar City. This study was conducted using a quasi-experimental method and a post-test group design. The study was conducted in Sudiang Raya Village. There were 19 respondents involved in this study, with sampling conducted using purposive sampling. The results of non-parametric analysis using the Wilcoxon test showed a p-value of 0.001

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the role of digital leadership and administrative innovation in improving school management effectiveness within the framework of Education 5.0. Employing a literature review method, this research synthesizes relevant empirical studies, theoretical frameworks, and recent scholarly discussions from international journals published between 2018 and 2025. The review explores how digital leadership competencies such as data-driven decision-making, digital ethics, and adaptive communication contribute to the development of innovative administrative practices in schools. Findings indicate that digital leadership fosters a culture of continuous improvement, enhances collaboration through digital platforms, and promotes organizational agility in response to technological disruptions. Furthermore, administrative innovation serves as a mediating factor that transforms leadership vision into operational effectiveness by streamlining processes, optimizing resource management, and increasing stakeholder engagement. In the context of Education 5.0, where human-centric and technology-integrated approaches dominate, both digital leadership and administrative innovation are pivotal in ensuring sustainable educational governance. The study concludes that strengthening the digital capacity of school administrators and integrating innovation-driven administrative systems are key strategies for achieving effective and future-ready school management.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of blockchain technology in enhancing information system security. With increasing reliance on digital platforms, maintaining data integrity, confidentiality, and availability has become a major challenge. Blockchain, as a decentralized and immutable ledger system, offers a solution by providing transparency, audit trails, and resistance to manipulation. This study systematically analyzes recent research articles, case studies, and theoretical frameworks to evaluate how blockchain mechanisms such as cryptographic hashes, consensus protocols, and smart contracts contribute to strengthening information system security. The results demonstrate blockchain's potential in addressing vulnerabilities related to data leakage, fraud, and unauthorized access in various sectors, including finance, healthcare, and supply chain management. However, challenges such as scalability, regulatory compliance, and integration complexity are also critically discussed. This study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of blockchain's capabilities and limitations in securing information systems and provide insights for future research and practical implementation.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a mathematical framework for quantifying market equilibrium and evaluating efficiency across contemporary economic models. Using a combination of differential equations, optimization theory, and welfare analysis, the research constructs a formalized approach to measure the conditions under which markets reach equilibrium and determine the extent to which these equilibria achieve allocative and productive efficiency. The study employs a comparative model analysis that integrates classical supply demand interactions, general equilibrium structures, and modern game-theoretic market representations. The findings indicate that market equilibrium can be precisely characterized through a set of mathematically derived equilibrium conditions, including stability metrics, Pareto efficiency criteria, and welfare maximization indicators. Quantitative simulations demonstrate that deviations from equilibrium caused by price distortions, market power, or externalities can be measured through efficiency loss functions, allowing the economic impacts of disequilibrium to be assessed with greater accuracy. Furthermore, the proposed mathematical quantification model provides new insights into how structural changes within markets affect overall efficiency and social welfare outcomes. In conclusion, this research contributes a rigorous mathematical toolset that enhances the analytical capability of economists in studying equilibrium and efficiency. The model strengthens theoretical predictions, improves empirical measurement, and offers a foundation for future work in optimizing policy interventions aimed at enhancing market performance. The results highlight the importance of integrating mathematical precision into economic modeling to better inform decision-making in both microeconomic and macroeconomic contexts
