Abstract

WhatsApp is a reliable, secure, simple calling and messaging service that is available for free. This service was originally developed as the short message service alternative, and now supports location, document, video, photo, and text exchange features. This service has over two billion active users in one hundred and eighty countries. With some of these advantages, this service can be used as an alternative to SMS to convey information in bulk. For example, broadcasting information or reminders of certain things or advertising. By using WhatsApp, the costs required for the broadcasting process will be very small compared to using SMS. However, it would be very inefficient and time-consuming if the process of broadcasting the information was still done manually by retyping or copy-pasting messages from target to target. This reseach aims to develop an application that can automate the process of sending mass messages automatically through the WhatsApp service. In addition, a Virtual Contact File creation feature was also developed to help users add contacts from targets. To improve the adaptability to HTML structure changes on the WhatsApp Web website, an XPath address update feature on key elements was also developed. To support the update feature, the XPath address finder and checker on certain elements in a web page function were also developed.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi yang semakin pesat dari waktu ke waktu menyebabkan tingginya penggunaan internet dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Tingginya aktivitas tersebut berbanding lurus dengan tingginya penggunaan jaringan yang digunakan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan suatu peningkatan kualitas jaringan yang berhubungan langsung dengan server sebagai peran dari suatu lalu lintas jaringan. Penggunaan secara serentak saat melakukan akses pada suatu situs menyebabkan lamanya waktu tanggap bahkan server akan down dikarenakan overload yang terjadi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menerapkan metode load balancing menggunakan Nginx dan dalam sistem virtual menggunakan tools VirtualBox untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Metode load balancing menggunakan minimal dua server dan metode ini akan mengalihkan beban trafik dari web server yang sudah penuh kepada web server lainnya sesuai dengan jumlah web server yang digunakan. Menurut hasil pengujian yang didapat setelah penggunaan Nginx sebagai load balancer dihasilkan bahwa ketika salah satu web server mendapatkan beban trafik yang tinggi hingga down, maka akan dialihkan ke web server lainnya untuk mendapatkan akses situs yang diinginkan tanpa adanya gangguan overload pada web server.

Abstract

 Sales data is generally still rarely used, as well as the Perfume Corner shop just piling up in the database, even though there are problems experienced by the store regarding sales data for the best-selling products and to increase the number of sales of subsequent perfume products, so that the store can survive and develop even better. The algorithm that can be used to manage sales data to overcome this problem is Apriori. The research method used in this research is the KDD (Knowledge Discovery in Database) process. This research produces a high frequency pattern for itemsets with a minimum support value of 20% resulting in products that become The Most Tree Items namely Jo Malone 82.49%, Zarra 28.25%, and Zwitsal 20.34%. While the association rules formed from the value of Min. Supp 20% and Min. Conf 80%, get a combination of 2 itemsets, namely Jo Malone and Zarra. Whereas for the combination of 3 itemsets, namely Jo Malone, Zarra and Baccarte with valid and strong status, it is proven by a lift value greater than 1, therefore the association rules are very appropriate to be used.

Abstract

Depresi merupakan salah satu permasalahan kesehatan yang sangat berdampak bagi para penderitanya. Terdapat begitu banyak faktor depresi, di antaranya pengalaman hidup, pekerjaan, ataupun kehidupan sosial. Pada tahun 2018, diperkirakan 6.1% dari 267.7 juta penduduk di Indonesia mengalami depresi. Hal ini tentunya sangat dipengaruhi oleh stigma masyarakat terkait dengan penyakit kejiwaan dan rendahnya tingkat kesadaran masyarakat untuk melakukan konsultasi kejiwaan. Melalui perkembangan teknologi, saat ini, mayarakat seringkali mengekspresikan dirinya melalui konten-konten di media sosial. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan proses pengumpulan data-data dengan kata kunci yang mengindikasikan gangguan depresi di platform Twitter. Kemudian, dengan melibatkan seorang psikiatri, dilakukan proses pelabelan terhadap dataset untuk menentukan apakah konten memiliki label “terindikasi depresi” ataupun “tidak terindikasi”. Berdasarkan dataset tersebut, dikembangkan model prediktif dengan menggunakan metode Multinomial Naïve Bayes (MNB) dan Complement Naïve Bayes (CNB) sebagai metode klasifikasi dan metode Term Frequency–Inverse Document Frequency (TF–IDF) sebagai metode ekstraksi fitur. Berdasarkan eksperimentasi yang telah dilakukan gabungan metode TF–IDF dan MNB berhasil mencapai tingkat F-score sebesar 91.30% sementara gabungan metode TF–IDF dengan CNB berhasil mencapai tingkat performa sebesar 91.98%.

Abstract

The information system in the form of Integrated Advice Planning by using CodeIgniter Framework and based on  Framework Bootstrap one of system which gives responsive form. The system is a service as one of solution for e-Government. Advice Planning service is the optimization of public services in the licensing sector and the optimization of agency management. The licensing service is in the form of design consultation and the location of the building in accordance with the Spatial and Regional Plan within a Local Government. Licensing process that must be fulfilled by prospective investors either individually or on behalf of the company and supporting infrastructure around the investment location. The services provided by the Information System have provided Advice Planning application submission online. The system is expected to provide convenience for the community in the region and create a friendly, the comfortable, the transparent and cheap of interaction between the government and the community.

Abstract

SCRUM is one of the agile development that put the speed in the process forward. In the development process SCRUM embraces three main rules: product owner (PO), SCRUM master (SM), and cross functional supported by five backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily meeting, reviews, and sprint retrospective activities. SCRUM ability is very suitable with the conditions that occur in Poltekpar Palembang which requires student enrollment selection information system to fulfill the quota of admission of new students in a short time. Therefore, this research, conducted to develop modified SCRUM SMM information system with the requirement gathering stage, product backlog, sprint backlog, sprint, IS development, and delivery-implementation. The final result of this research is SMM Information System of Poltekpar Palembang that can really fulfill user requirement which can be seen from SMM information system product backlog. SMM Information System of Poltekpar Palembang also has a feature that can serve as the main information system of Poltekpar Palembang in student admission as an effort to fulfill the student admission quota.

Abstract

Various variants of the SARS-COV virus emerged from 2003 to early 2022. This resulted in a heavy burden on the health sector in carrying out its duties and public services. It would be very helpful if a computer-assisted application was available that could distinguish between the variants of the SARS-CoV virus. From a scientific point of view, this is an opportunity for information technology to play its role to classify SARS-COV variants using supporting algorithms, including the use of artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence-based and computer-assisted processes are certainly more immune to negative effects due to repetitive works and fatigue. In this study, Classification of the SARS-COV Virus Image Using Deep Learning (CNN) was carried out based on microscopic data called Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) images. The aim of the research is to produce a neural network (CNN/Deep Learning) that has been trained to classify two types of variants of the SARS virus, namely SARS-COV and SARS-COV2. The research phase includes data collection, data pre-processing (consists of the image format conversion and enhancing process), and the classification stage. The classification is carried out using both of the original and enhanced image data. The highest classification accuracy was obtained when the original image data was used, namely 77.66%. It was also found that the classification accuracy increased with an increase in the input image size, but the image data enhancing process used was not able to increase the classification accuracy beyond the classification accuracy achieved when using the original image.

Abstract

Tracer studi merupakan salah satu upaya yang diharapkan dapat menyediakan informasi untuk mengevaluasi hasil pendidikan di Politeknik Harapan Bersama dari kuisioner yang diberikan kepada alumni. Kegiatan tracer studi ini sudah dilaksanakan secara online, namun masih terdapat kendala pada bagian sistem yang digunakan saat ini, hal tersebut menyebabkan Politeknik Harapan Bersama tidak dapat melaporkan / mengunggah hasil tracer studi kepada Ditjen Belmawa Ristekdikti, dimana form kuisioner dan data export tracer studi yang dihasilkan berbeda dengan kebutuhan seperti yang tercantum pada surat edaran No. 313/B/SE/2016 tentang pelaksanaan tracer studi di tingkat perguruan tinggi. Mengingat pentingnya tracer studi sebagai umpan balik bagi Politeknik Harapan Bersama, maka perlu solusi untuk mengatasi kekurangan sistem ini. Dengan merubah sistem yang ada dengan sistem tracer studi yang baru merupakan solusi yang tepat dalam permasalahan ini. Sistem tracer studi yang baru mampu menghasilkan data tracer studi alumni dan pengisian form kuisioner sesuai dengan standar Ditjen Belmawa Ristekdikti yang dapat diunggah sistem tracer studi ristekdikti.

Abstract

Smartphone technology makes cybercrime crimes increase from year to year, one of the smartphone applications used to commit crimes is WhatsApp. The WhatsApp application is one of the most widely used social media, especially in Indonesia. Criminal acts such as hate speech, fraud, and defamation often occur on WhatsApp social media. This research was conducted to find forensic evidence on the WhatsApp social media application using the Digital Forensics Research Workshop (DFRWS) method. The stages of digital forensics include identification, preservation, collection, examination, analysis and presentation in finding digital evidence of cybercrime using the MOBILedit Forensic Express and HashMyFiles software applications. The digital evidence sought on smartphones can be found using case scenarios with 13 parameters that have been created. The results of this study indicate that the digital forensic software MOBILedit Forensic Express can detect types of digital evidence with an accuracy rate of 84.6%, while Hashmyfiles can detect the authenticity of digital evidence by 100%.

Abstract

AbstractThe growth of motor vehicle repair services business is a business that can be said to have a very high growth in Indonesia. This is due to the large number of motor vehicles in the country. Customer satisfaction in a business is important because of the satisfaction of the customer who will move the business forward. In this study results of consumer satisfaction survey in the workshop was analyzed using classification method with C 4.5 algorithm and Iterative Dichotomiser algorithm 3 (ID3). The results of the C 4.5 algorithm and the Iterative Dichotomiser algorithm 3 (ID3) Customers are satisfied with the reliability, Assurance (assurance) and responsiveness (responsiveness) attributes, while the less attributes are tangible (physical evidence). The C 4.5 algorithm and the Iterative Dichotomiser algorithm 3 (ID3) can be used to find the level of customer satisfaction with good value, enough, and less. From the calculation result two methods namely algorithm method C 4.5 and ID3 algorithm Get the result of the same decision tree, although the formula of two methods is different. While the suggested improvement of the results of this research is an improvement on the tangible attribute (physical evidence).Keywords : Workshop, C 4.5, Dichotomiser Iterative 3 (ID3), Classification.
