Abstract

In this paper, computational acceleration of color image segmentation using fuzzy c-means (FCM) algorithm has been presented. The color image is first converted from the Red Green Blue (RGB) color space to the YUV color space. Then, the luma (Y) information values are grouped according to the desired number of clusters using the FCM algorithm. The FCM algorithm is implemented on a Graphical Processing Unit (GPU) using the Compute Unified Device Library (CUDA) library which is developed by NVidia to speed up the computing time. Images used in this research are red blood cell images, geometry images and leaf images. The results of segmented images processed using GPU were seen identic to the results of segmented images processed using the Central Processing Unit (CPU). The computational time of the FCM algorithm can be accelerated by speed-up to 5,628 times faster and the average speed-up of all simulations done is 5,517 times faster.

Abstract

To increase plant productivity, greenhouse buildings are needed that can protect plants from external factors and integrated with smart systems that can be monitored anytime and anywhere, and can provide optimal plant needs automatically. In this research, a system was built that can monitor greenhouse conditions in real time anywhere through Blynk application with IoT concept, as well as a system that can control output automatically with fuzzy logic method. The focus of control on this research is the duration of watering with Mini Water Pump and light intensity setting with LED Strip. This system is also equipped with FAN that can be active when the temperature is 31°C or more. Parameters used in this system are DHT22 sensor (air temperature and humidity), Soil Moisture sensor, Water Level sensor ,LDR sensor (light intensity) and RTC DS3231 (Real Time Clock), which is controlled with Arduino Mega 2560 microcontroller. In the test results obtained accuracy on fuzzy logic water pump by 93.1% and accuracy on fuzzy logic LED Strip by 99.6%. In the test results of the existing parameters, the results get a fairly optimal reading.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan asset yang penting bagi perusahaan untuk itu penerimaan calon karyawan yang berkompeten mampu memberikan kontribusi yang optimal untuk mencapai visi dan misi perusahaan. Proses seleksi dengan perhitungan manual satu persatu kurang efektif karena membutuhkan konsentrasi agar tidak terjadi kesalahan dalam menentukan kelayakan calon karyawan. Untuk mengurangi tingkat kesalahan dalam mendapatkan calon karyawan yang sesuai dengan standar kriteria yang sudah ditentukan oleh perusahaan dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang mampu membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode fuzzy mamdani berbasis web untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Variabel input yang digunakan dalam perhitungan fuzzy adalah hasil nilai tes psikologi, nilai tes wawancara, nilai tes teori dan nilai tes praktik. Hasil uji coba akurasi sistem yang telah dibuat dengan membandingkan antara perhitungan yang saat ini dilakukan oleh perusahaan dengan perhitungan sistem dengan metode fuzzy mamdani terhadap sampel data sebanyak 40 data calon karyawan menghasilkan output 82,5% sesuai dan 17,5% tidak sesuai.Kata Kunci : logika fuzzy, metode mamdani, penerimaan karyawan, sistem pendukung keputusan

Abstract

The Ayu Collection store sells various types of clothing and accessories. One way to maintain the customers’ satisfaction is by keeping the stock of goods so that no items are empty. The seller must analyze which item data are selling well and which item data is not selling well, based on the sales report data. This problem can be solved by using one of the techniques in data mining, namely the K-Means Clustering algorithm. This research was intended to help the Ayu Collection, a shop in Blora City that sells clothing and accessories, classify its sales data to maximize its stock management. The variables used were the name of the goods, the data of incoming goods, the data of outgoing goods, and the stock of goods. The shop owner can see the results of grouping clothes and accessories that are best-selling and not selling well. Therefore, if there are products that are not selling well, the shop owner can look for other alternatives so that clothes and accessories that are not selling well can be sold. The methods used in the data collection were observation and interviews with the shop owner of the Ayu Collection store. Abstract

Diare merupakan penyakit yang dianggap lazim diderita oleh anak-anak di usia bawah lima tahun. Kurangnya pengetahuan menggenai penyakit diare menyebabkan salah dalam melakukan penanganan dalam melakukan tindakan penyembuhan diare. Penyakit diare merupakan penyakit yang memerlukan penanganan yang berbeda pada tiap jenis diare yang diderita baik berdasarkan konsentrasi darah dalam tinja, lama waktu diare dan berdasarkan derajat dehidrasi diare. Pada penelitian ini akan dirancang sebuah sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit diare pada balita dengan metode Naive bayes classifier Dimana sistem ini akan memberikan informasi mengenai penyakit diare berdasarkan gejala-gejala dari setiap penyakit yang ada, sehingga dapat membantu masyarakat dalam penagganan diare. Data terdiri dari 50 data kasus yang dibagi menjadi 40 data pembelajaran dan 10 data uji. Data diperoleh dari balita yang terindikasi diare diuji dengan sistem dan divalidasi dengan pakar (dokter). Hasil pengujian akurasi sistem sebesar 100%.

Abstract

Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) is the main cause of morbidity and morality of infectious diseases in children. ARI mainly occurs in countries with low and middle income per capita including Indonesia. At present there are still many parents who do not know about diseases, especially ARI, that afflict their baby. In this study, the Bayes Theorem method was used. Bayes theorem is the theorem used in statistics to calculate the probability of a hypothesis. For the variables used in the calculation, 17 symptoms and 4 diseases as well as symptom weights for each disease.Based on 30 data that have been tested against experts and systems, the system can detect 4 diseases, namely influenza like common, bronchitis, pharyngitis and tonsillitis. for patients suffering from ARI and according to the doctor's validation there were 25 patients and those who did not match were 5 patients. Based on the results of expert validation (doctors) and the system, an accuracy of 83.33% of the corresponding case data was obtained.

Abstract

Proses pencarian kata kamus berupa buku dapat memakan waktu yang cukup lama karena proses pencariannya secara manual. Sehingga perlu dibuat suatu aplikasi, salah satunya yaitu aplikasi kamus digital yang dapat mempermudah dalam pencarian kata dan tidak perlu mengeluarkan biaya tambahan untuk membeli kamus.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat aplikasi kamus tiga bahasa yaitu bahasa Jawa Ngoko, Jawa Krama dan Indonesia berbasis Android dengan menggunakan metode Sequential Search, dimana metode pencarian ini dengan cara pengurutan dari index awal hingga data yang ditemukan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan perangkat lunak Eclipse sebagai perangkat lunak pembuatan aplikasi dan SQLite sebagai media penyimpanan data kamus.Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu berupa aplikasi kamus Bahasa Jawa Ngoko, Jawa Krama, dan Indonesia dengan menggunakan metode Sequential Search. Dalam metode ini mampu melakukan pencarian kurang-lebih 2730 kata dan tingkat keakuratan setiap pencarian 100%. Dalam proses pencarian data yang dapat membantu pengguna dalam memahami dan mempelajari bahasa Jawa - Indonesia ini memerlukan rata-rata 0.5 detik setiap pencariannya.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find information about the tendency of Indonesian people regarding the Covid-19 vaccination. The method that the author uses is by collecting data from Twitter social media using the API key provided by Twitter. The process of collecting data using a Python application with several libraries such as tweepy, pandas, numpy and nltk. After the data is crawled, then the data is cleaned with several data cleaning processes such as remove username, remove url, lower case, remove stopwords and lemmatize. Then the results are labeled with the textblob and sklearn libraries. then the data is analyzed using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm with the best comparison being 20 testing data and 80 training data or as many as 942 testing data and 3766 training data, the prediction results for testing data are f1 score 0.93, accuracy score 0.88, precision score 0.88 and a recall score of 0.99. The results showed that from 4,078 tweet data, there were 2,525 positive sentiments (43.0%), 771 negative sentiments (16.4%), and 1,912 neutral sentiments (40.6%). The results of 80% (3766) of training data and 20% (942) of test data obtained an accuracy score of 73.6%. From this study, it can be concluded that the tendency of Indonesian people when sampling data is taken is more accepting (positive responses) to government policies regarding the Covid-19 vaccination program. In the future, it is hoped that there will be a library that supports text data processing such as regional languages, because researchers found that during the data cleaning process there was a lot of word elimination, because many regional languages ​​were used by the Indonesian people in writing on social media.

Abstract

The main activity in business is to determine the amount of stock that must be maintained to analyze the profit of each item sold. Therefore, groups such as high and low sales categories are needed to consider the stock of goods in the sales process. Ayu Collection store is a store that sells various types of clothing and accessories that have not implemented the grouping of goods in its sales information system to provide the maximum and the minimum number of stock items to be sold at the store. The process of grouping goods is still done manually, which is based on observations from shop owners. Therefore, to maintain the stock of goods so that no items are empty, this study aims to support the process of determining the stock of goods by building a model that can group items into high and low categories in sales using k-means clustering. The group with the highest centroid will be the group with the highest selling rate, while the lowest centroid will be the group with the least demand in sales. The data used in this study was taken from sales data in 2017 and 2018. The clustering scenario uses the variable name of goods, data of incoming goods, data of goods out, and stock of goods. The results of this study are showing the value of system performance in grouping goods by 83.33%.

Abstract

Telkom Akses merupakan anak perusahaan dari PT. Telkom Indonesia yang melayani dan mengoptimalkan layanan broadband di seluruh Indonesia. Dalam era yang serba digital, perkembangan teknologi semangin meningkat dan persaingan bisnis juga semakin ketat. Oleh karena itu, PT. Telkom Akses dituntut mampu menyediakan Sumber Daya Manusia yang tangguh dan handal guna mencapai visi nya sebagai penyedia Broadband terbaik.Studi ini dilakukan di PT. Telkom Akses Yogyakarta dengan menggunakan 5 kriteria yaitu Produktivitas, Kerjasama, Improvisasi, Kehadiran, dan Kedisiplinan. Agar dapat membuat keputusan yang tepat dalam penelitian ini maka menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dengan mencari penjumlahan terbobot dari rating kinerja teknisi pada semua atribut. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang sudah diujikan, penerapan metode SAW baik perhitungan manual maupun dengan perhitungan sistem aplikasi yang telah dibuat mampu menghasilkan perangkingan kinerja teknisi unit WAN dengan hasil pengurutan nilai tertinggi. dengan nilai berdasarkan hasil pengujian RSD mendapatkan prosentase nilai sebesar 14,3%.
