Abstract

Ketidakmampuan individu ataupun keluarga dalam mengelola keuangan masa kini dan masa depan dapat menyebabkan konflik keluarga. Selain daripada itu, perkembangan teknologi saat ini juga memudahkan pengguna mengakses berbagai pengetahuan baru, salah satunya adalah pengetahuan lembaga-lembaga P2P lending dan pasar modal. Namun, pada kenyataannya tidak semua masyarakat memiliki pemahaman literasi keuangan yang baik. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan literasi keuangan terkait bijak investasi dan perencanaan keuangan sederhana sehingga dapat memberikan pengetahuan baru dan dapat diimplementasikan dalam mengatur pendapatan dan pengeluaran kebutuhan rumah tangga. Metode yang digunakan dalam model pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu melalui metode ceramah, tutorial, dan praktik perencanaan keuangan sederhana. Adapun pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan bersama dengan mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) di Dusun Sempayuk, Kecamatan Lumar, Kabupaten Bengkayang dengan melibatkan 12 peserta di Dusun Sempayuk. Materi yang diberikan berupa literasi keuangan dan pelatihan pembuatan perencanaan keuangan untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang pengelolaan pendapatan dan pengeluaran kebutuhan masa kini dan masa mendatang. Melalui pelatihan tersebut, mitra diharapkan dapat membuat perencanaan secara baik dan benar.

Abstract

Community service through MBKM activities at the Holy Family Credit Union Savings and Loans Cooperative has a positive impact on internship students, where students learn a lot and gain experience in the world of work, students provide assistance to administrative and general staff, where students assist admin staff in working and completing reports relating to customers or members of Holy Family Credit Union. While carrying out this internship, students also apply the 3S culture (Smile, Greet and Greeting). Students apply it at the cashier when they are given the task of looking after the cashier, in the internalization room in the morning and in the kitchen during break times and eating together. This internship location is very suitable for ShantiBhuana Institute students because the Holy Family Credit Union Savings and Loans Cooperative has values ​​that are applied, one of which is Trust or trust, which values ​​are also applied at the ShantiBhuana Institute. At the internship site, students meet many new people who are members of the Holy Family Credit Union who carry out savings activities or make loans. The 3S culture really needs to be implemented in the internship location, namely at the Holy Family Credit Union because with the 3S culture, members will feel comfortable with the services at the Holy Family Credit Union and the relationship between members and staff will feel increasingly warm, like family. This internship activity also really helps students to hone their skills in the world of work and students also gain new relationships which will be very useful when students have completed their studies at the ShantiBhuana Institute and will then start entering the world of work.

Abstract

Nur Bakso merupakan salah satu UMKM yang berada dikota Bengkayang. Berdasarkan Modul ILO SCORE penelitian ini betujuan untuk menerapkan modul-modul yang berkaitan dengan pengembangan UMKM., terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang ada pada Nur Bakso diantaranya adalah area kerja yang kurang bersih, tata letak barang, dan kurangnya kedisiplinan waktu. Dan hal ini menjadi permasalahan bagi pemilik UMKM serta pelanggan yang datang di Nur Bakso. Maka dari itu perlu dilakukan pendampingan untuk mengatasi dan menyeesaikan permasalahan yang ada. Modul ILO SCORE memiliki tujuan yang positif bagi usaha Nur Bakso ini dinataranya adalah : 1) peningkatan kualitas suatu produk, 2)5S tataletak, 3)meningkatkan kedisplinan waktu pada karyawan dan, 4)K3Hygiene. Dengan adanya Modul ILO SCORE diharapkan dapat membantu mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi di UMKM Nur Bakso Bengkayang. Serta mampu membantu pemilik UMKM untuk meningkatkan kesejateraan bagi seluruh karyawan.

Abstract

The community service held by the Shanti Bhuana Institute aims to motivate MSMEs so they can compete in the increasingly growing era of globalization. The service carried out by the Shanti Bhuana Institute academics was carried out in three stages, namely the observation and preparation method, implementation or implementation of the ILO SCORE module, and evaluation. The method of implementing this service is training, practice. This service was carried out at one of the MSMEs in Bengkayang Regency, namely the Anen Bengkayang Chips Shop. The service directly involves the owner of the Anen Bengkayang Chips Shop. Based on the results of the service, it appears that the Anen Chips Shop has become more neat and clean, making consumers comfortable and increasing the number of consumers who come to the shop. The aim of the service is to provide understanding and insight to the Anen Bengkayang Chips Shop Owner regarding ILO SCORE Module Based management, planning and implementing the modules in ILO SCORE for the Bengkayang Anen Chips Shop. The methods used in the ILO SCORE module are 5S, and Hygine. The results of the activity have been successful in implementing the 5S Layout Module, for product layout and Hygine.

Abstract

In the area that is a partner for community service activities, which is located in the RT in the area RT.05, RW.01, Cipayung Jaya Village, Cipayung District, Depok City, the management is not good in serving administrative activities for the local community, namely in processing correspondence and other than The Partner does not understand about Cash Financial Reports where partners still carry out Cash Financial Reports manually, namely in the form of writing in ledgers, difficulties in searching for data, loss of data, reporting financial cash still using handwriting and file damage. The solution that can be provided to overcome partner problems is that counseling and training activities need to be held for the administrators of RT.05, RW.01, Cipayung Jaya Village, Cipayung District, Depok City in terms of making correspondence through and Cash Financial Reports using MS Word and MS Excel applications. to make it easier and more structured. This community service activity provides a good solution for partners, namely the administrators of RT.05, RW.01, Cipayung Jaya Village, Cipayung District, Depok City, by using information technology to provide socialization and training on the use of Correspondence Applications and Cash Financial Reports, so as to improve quality. local RT/RW management services, especially in managing correspondence and Cash Financial Reports via MS Word and MS Excel applications effectively. The result of this service activity is that there is an increase in knowledge and skills by 67.5%. The implementation of the service went smoothly and the participants were very enthusiastic about participating both in terms of attendance and in conveying questions and experiences in making it related to making correspondence and cash financial reports using MS Word and MS Excel applications.

Abstract

Sragen district has 18 Activity Management Units (UPK) of PDB in 18 districts with the highest fund value in Kalijambe. In 2023 there was a delay/failure to pay because the turnover of funds had not been used for business development and only for consumer activities, as well as loan funds were not used to add capital. Fund management is still done manually and the managers has no knowledge of financial management/ accounting records. The activity held in September 2023 with 31 participants head and treasurer of SPP Beneficiaries in the village of Wonorejo, Kalijambe. Data collection through interviews, observations and documentation. Activity methods with workshop and training. The activity aims to improve the capacity of managers of Benefits by providing workshop/training of loan management techniques, how to conduct business activities and policies, ways to organize and organize business organization, as well as how to use simple accounting for activities so as to minimize the possibility of failure to pay/default.

Abstract

Micro and Medium Enterprises or MSMEs in Indonesia have experienced continuous growth. To encourage business people to run their businesses so as not to experience losses, knowledge of break even point calculations is needed as a sales and profit planning tool. For this reason, training was carried out for MSME business actors in the South Kembangan area by introducing Break Even Point accounting calculations. Through this education, it is hoped that it can support the success of MSMEs which will improve the standard of living and economy of MSMEs.

Abstract

BHS must prioritize assistance to groups, not individuals. There should be more legal aid in rural areas on the outskirts, because the oppressed layers are actually more numerous on the outskirts. If this rural-oriented legal aid can be used, then the central position will be easier to shake. Based on the events that have been described, problems were found that caused a lack of legal understanding and legal knowledge in the community, especially regarding the provisions of the Advokad code of ethics. As well as the ineffectiveness of legal regulations in accommodating every need of the general public. Through analysis of this proposal, the author determined a solution which includes, Providing information and outreach regarding regulations to the public to increase public understanding and knowledge. The solution recommended by the author is, Providing information and outreach regarding statutory regulations to the public, and holding PARALEGAL training for the general public, as well as providing easy access to free legal aid services to the public, in resolving any legal problems currently being faced.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out against the backdrop of the importance of good accounting management in supporting entrepreneurship, especially for small and medium enterprises such as Tripel 8 Car Wash in Malang. The purpose of this activity is to improve the understanding and skills of accounting management for the owners and employees of Tripel 8 Car Wash, so they can manage business finances more efficiently and accurately. The methods of implementing the activities include training and direct assistance conducted through joint discussions and consultation sessions. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in the ability of Tripel 8's owners to record financial transactions, prepare financial statements, and understand basic accounting and entrepreneurship concepts. Additionally, this assistance also demonstrated an increased awareness of the importance of good financial management in supporting business success. The conclusion from this activity is that accounting training and assistance can have a positive and tangible impact on financial management and entrepreneurial development in small and medium enterprises such as Tripel 8 Car Wash. This activity also reinforces the importance of good accounting management as a key factor in business success.

Abstract

The business recording assistance for Kit Panderman was written and conducted to fulfill the course requirements for Accounting for Entrepreneurship and to help the business unit calculate its total expenses and revenues. The purpose of this activity is to provide assistance in accounting recording, so they can manage their finances better and make accurate business decisions. The implementation method includes direct teaching and counseling at the business location and through online media. The results show that the implementation of financial recording templates helps business owners in recording daily expenses, revenues, and systematically calculating profit or loss. Initial challenges faced, such as understanding cost recording, can be overcome through continuous assistance. Overall, the business owners felt helped by the template, which allowed them to have a clearer view of their financial condition and improve their operational efficiency. In conclusion, this assistance activity successfully improved Kit Panderman's financial management capabilities and reduced errors in their financial recording.
