Abstract

Background : Occupational health and safety procedures have been developed by Environmental Health and Safety Department in PT. Bina Buna Kimia Ungaran Safety procedures were developed in order to control the potential hazards and minimize occupational accidents which caused by human factors. Unfortunately, many workers have neglected tooperate the procedures correctly. This study identifies the relationships between worker’s characteristics such as age, sex, educational level, working period, knowledge, attitudes, and the practice of workers.Method : Thirty eight temporary workers from production section have participated in this study. They were selected using a simple random sampling. A scheduled-structured questionnaire with a face to face interview has been used to collect the data. Meanwhile, anobservation using check lists has also been used to observe worker’s behaviour in operating safety health procedures.Results : The study found that there are no associations between sex, working period and the practice of safety procedure of the respondents. However, age and education level of workers have significant relationships. Likewise, knowledge and attitudes of respondents have alsoassociations with the practice of safety procedures of the respondents. This study suggests that the information of safety procedures including the positive and negative effects of these should be conducted regularly to motivate the workers.Keywords: Worker, occupational health, Safety procedures, Behaviour

Abstract

The development of the corona virus or Covid-19 outbreak in Indonesia is increasing day by day, both positive and dead and those who have recovered are also increasing every day, so the impact of Covid-19 must be a concern, especially for the Sangkuriang village manager and the surrounding community. because the impact of Covid-19 is not only on the economic sector but also on family finances because of the large number of workers who have been laid off or whose working hours have been reduced. The objectives to be achieved from this activity are to help residents to provide understanding and knowledge of Covid-19, to assist the community in adding insight and knowledge regarding the impact of Covid-19 in Kampoeng Sangkuriang, Cipondoh Indah Village, Cipondoh District, Tangerang City. The benefits of community service activities are: Can introduce programs and activities carried out by Budi Luhur University as well as about the existence of this institution to the wider community; It is hoped that it can help the Sangkuriang village manager in Cipondoh Village, Cipondoh District, Tangerang City provide information related to the impact of Covid-19 and can immediately take anticipatory and preventive actions for the community, especially residents of Sangkuriang village; It is hoped that it can provide understanding and insight in understanding the impact of Covid-19 so that the community can apply what is the appeal of the Sangkuriang Village manager.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on student loyalty; To determine the effect of trust on student loyalty; To determine the perceived value of student loyalty; To determine the effect of student satisfaction on student loyalty; To determine the effect of service quality, trust, perceived value of student satisfaction on student loyalty. This research is included in the type of explanatory research. The sample in this study amounted to 100 students. Questionnaires were used as a tool to collect respondent data, which were then tested using validity and reliability tests. The analytical tool used is linear regression analysis with SPSS Version 21 software. The results show that service quality has no effect on student loyalty, trust has no effect on student loyalty, perceived value has no effect. on student loyalty, student satisfaction affects student loyalty, and to know simultaneously service quality, trust, perceived value and student satisfaction affect student loyalty.

Abstract

Usaha skala mikro seringkali terkendala berbagai permasalahan terutama dibidang pemasaran. Kegiatan promosi yang dilakukan oleh UMKM masih terkendala biaya sehingga hanya beberapa unsur komunikasi dalam pemasaran terpadu yang dapat diterapka UMKM yaitu: iklan, publisitas, promosi penjualan dan pemasaran langsung. Oleh karenanya perlu ada role model perumusan strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang diperlukan bagi usaha skala mikro. Adapun tujuan yang ingin di capai dalam kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan dan pengetahuan usaha kecil dan menengah melalui strategi komunikasi pemasaran untuk memasarkan produk yang lebih luas sehingga penjualan bisa meningkat; meningkatkan kemampuan pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah dalam mengembangkan usahanya melalui strategi komunikasi pemasaran. Manfaat langsung yang diperoleh dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah diharapkan dapat membantu pihak usaha kecil dan menengah mendapatkan tambahan wawasan dan pengetahuan terkait pemanfaatan strategi komunikasi pemasaran untuk mempromosikan produk usahanya sehingga bisa meningkatkan penjualan; diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman dan wawasan dalam pemahaman terkait strategi pemasaran yaitu strategi komunikasi pemasaran pada pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah di Kelurahan Cipondoh Makmur Kota Tangerang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh social marketing terhadap Universitas Budiluhur melalui loyalitas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari tahun 2014, dan tempat penelitian dilakukan di Universitas Budiluhur Jakarta. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin, Sampel penelitian terdiri dari fakultas : Teknologi Informasi, Ilmu Komunikasi, Ekonomi, Ilmu Sosial dan Politik, Teknik. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 325 mahasiswa. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi.          Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh signifikan antara social marketing terhadap Universitas Budiluhur, Social marketing terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa, dan loyalitas mahasiswa terhadap Universitas budiluhur. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya social marketing dalam sarana marketing yang dapat memanjakan dan memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada konsumen sehingga peningkatan kualitas, pembangunan citra, dan perhatian terhadap reputasi merupakan hal yang dapat mempengaruhi loyalitas mahasiswa.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen hubungan pelanggan terhadap kepercayaan merek, pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kepercayaan merek, peran kepercayaan merek dalam memediasi pengaruh manajemen hubungan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas siswa, peran kepercayaan merek dalam memediasi pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas siswa, pengaruh manajemen hubungan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas siswa, pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas siswa, dan pengaruh kepercayaan merek terhadap loyalitas siswa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian penjelasan. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah semua mahasiswa Universitas Budi Luhur kelas 2017/2018 yang berjumlah 1.703 siswa, dihitung dari bulan April sampai Juni 2019. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang reliabilitas dan validitasnya telah diuji. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan 110 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen hubungan pelanggan mempengaruhi kepercayaan merek, kualitas layanan mempengaruhi kepercayaan merek, manajemen hubungan pelanggan mempengaruhi loyalitas, kualitas layanan tidak mempengaruhi loyalitas, kepercayaan merek mempengaruhi loyalitas, kepercayaan merek memediasi pengaruh manajemen hubungan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas, dan merek kepercayaan memediasi pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas.

Abstract

The use of digital technology-based marketing concepts is a hope for small and medium-sized businesses to develop to be very important. Small and Medium Enterprises can use social media as a means of digital marketing. In addition to low costs, social media is considered capable of directly reaching consumers. Digital marketing is a means to introduce products through digital media. The development of the digital world is currently a trend and a necessity in all circles. The number of SMEs that are still experiencing difficulties in the product marketing process is an obstacle in business development. The purpose of this activity is to increase the capabilities of small and medium-sized enterprises through digital marketing to market a wider range of products so that sales can increase; the ability of small and medium-sized businesses to develop through digital marketing; Get to know more about Budi Luhur University with the residents of Budi Luhur University.

Abstract

 The purpose of the research is to find out service quality and tuition fees on student satisfaction (partially or simultaneously). The type of this research is explanatory research. The population used in research is all 5,594 students of Budi Luhur University. The sampling technique used is proportional sampling. The number of samples used in this research is 110. SPSS is used as an analysis tool. The result of this research shows that service quality influences student satisfaction, tuition fee influences student satisfaction, and service quality and tuition fee simultaneously influence student satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh word of mouth  terhadap keputusan pembelian, harga terhadap keputusan pembelian, kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh word of mouth , harga, kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiasi deskriptif, sampel dari penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden yang ditentukan dengan rumus MLE, Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling, data diperoleh dengan penyebaran kuesioner dan kemudian di analisis menggunakan SPSS Versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa word of mouth  berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dan secara simultan word of mouth , harga, kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Orisinalitas dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, tetapi secara simultan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan salah satu pilar Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi atau membantu masyarakat terhadap permasalahan yang sering muncul tanpa mengharapkan imbalan dalam bentuk apapun. Kegiatan ini dimaksudkan untuk membuka wawasan dan juga menambah pengetahuan bagi para pelaku UMKM yang sebagian besar dalam kegiatan usahanya masih melakukan pencatatan secara manual. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh para pengusaha UMKM Kecamatan Srengseng, pada tanggal 17 Mei 2023 secara daring dengan pelaksanaan berupa sosialisasi dan pendampingan kepada UMKM. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pelatihan singkat pembukuan sederhana menggunakan aplikasi “Akuntansi UKM” bagi pengusaha UMKM berjalan dengan baik dan lancar, yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilan pengusaha UMKM dalam mencatat keuangannya. Kata Kunci: Digitalisasi, UMKM, Akuntansi UKM, Pencatatan Keuangan  ABSTRACT Community service is one of the pillars of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, which aims to provide solutions or help the community with problems that often arise without expecting any form of reward. This activity is intended to open up insights and also increase knowledge for MSME entrepreneurs, most of whom in their business activities are still recording manually. This activity was attended by Srengseng sub-district MSME entrepreneurs, on May 17, 2023 online with the implementation in the form of socialization and assistance to MSMEs. The results obtained from a short training on simple bookkeeping using the "Akuntansi UKM" application for MSME entrepreneurs went well and smoothly, which is expected to increase the ability and skills of MSME entrepreneurs in recording their finances. Keywords: Digitalization, MSME, Akuntansi UKM, Financial Records
