Abstract

This research aims to find out and to analyze how the process of cadre recruitment at Darussalam Gontor Islamic Boarding School . The research also examines implementation of Employee Engagement for cadres and teachers at Darussalam Gontor Islamic Boarding School based on the factors of employee engagement initiated by Anitha J (2014). The research was using primary data that obtained from the interview process to carry out the teachers cadres and some stakeholders at the Darussalam Gontor Islamic Boarding School. While secondary data obtained from observation and documentation. This research uses triangular methods to analyze the data. The results of this study shows that the process of cadre recruitment at Darussalam Gontor Islamic Boarding School conducted over the five-term of Darussalam Gontor Islamic Boarding School. The Trimurti (three founders of Darussalam Gontor Islamic Boarding School) has been giving speeches to his successors to always perform the process of cadre recruitment for the sake of achieving goals and objectives of Darussalam Gontor Islamic Boarding School. The process of cadre recruitment at Darussalam Gontor Islamic Boarding School was well done and planned, it has a clear and structured process. Then, the existence of such cadre recruitment process Darussalam gontor Islamic Boarding School was always managed to produce qualified cadres in accordance with the resources needed by Darussalam Gontor Islamic Boarding School. Whereas, the implementation of the theory of Employee Engagement in the process of cadre recruitment at Darussalam Gontor Islamic Boarding School indeed leads to Employee Engagement factors initiated by Anitha J (GRG School of Management Studies, Coimbatore, India). However, those factors turned out to be not fully have an impact on individual cadres. There are other factors more influential. These factors are factors of spiritual as sincerity, guidance or instructions from Allah Subhanahu wa ta’ala, taufik or grace of Allah Subhanahu wata’ala, strengthening and accompaniment by Allah Subhanahu wa ta’ala, and God also Barokah (Blessed).

Abstract

Abstract: Indonesian Islamic financial institutions, especially Islamic banking are experiencing increasingly rapid growth. Islamic financial institutions set the Islamic social reporting index as an effort to balance economic and spiritual activities in Islamic banking activities. Therefore, it is important for Indonesian Islamic banking to improve performance, not only from the economic aspect but also from the spiritual aspect. Islamic Social Reporting is a measure of social performance that can align between economic and spiritual aspects in Islamic banking activities. Several ratios can be used to make measurements on the Islamic social reporting index, namely the Islamic performance index, intellectual capital, and profitability The study aim to analyse the effect of the Islamicity Performance Index, Intellectual Capital, and Profitability variables on the disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. The sample used was 14 Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia in the 2016-2018 period. This research used quantitative approach with panel data regression as an analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially the Islamicity Performance Index variable does not have a significant positive effect on Islamic Social Reporting. But the Intellectual Capital and Profitability variables have a significant positive effect on the disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting.Keywords: Islamicity Performance Index, Intellectual Capital, Profitability, Islamic Social Reporting

Abstract

البحث : ويظهر العدد المتزايد من الحجاج والمعتمرين اهتمام المجتمع الكبير بتنفيذ هذه العبادات. وهذا يجعل المنافسة بين وكلاء الحج والعمرة تزداد بشكل كبير. وبهذا المعنى ، هناك حاجة ماسة إلى سن استراتيجيات تسويقية للحصول على أكبر عدد ممكن من العملاء. من بين الاستراتيجيات اللازمة لسنها الترويج الهائل وصورة العلامة التجارية الجيدة. وبالتالي ، تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر الترويج وصورة العلامة التجارية على قرار المستهلك في استخدام خدمات وكلاء الحج والعمرة. تم الحصول على البيانات من 117 المجيبين باستخدام مقياس ليكرت. أظهرت نتائج تحليل الانحدار الخطي المتعدد أن العرض الترويجي يؤثر على قرار العميل باستخدام خدمات "رهال" فونوروكو. بينما أظهر متغير صورة العلامة التجارية العكس. ومع ذلك ، تجدر الإشارة إلى أن تأثير الترويج ليس كبيرًا لأن قيمة R2 هي 0،39 فقط ، وهي منخفضة. هناك حاجة إلى مزيد من البحث من خلال النظر في المتغيرات الأخرى. الكلمات الرئيسية : الترويج، صورة العلامة التجارية، قرار الاستخدام الخدمات، وكالة السفر للحج والعمرة.

Abstract

ملخص البحث :القيادة لها دور مهم في كل مؤسسة ، سواء كانت مؤسسة ربحية. ولكن من ناحية أخرى ، كان هناك العديد من أزمات القيادة التي ضربت العديد من المنظمات في جميع أنحاء العالم. مع أزمة القيادة ، ظهر نموذج للقيادة الروحية كحل لحل مشكلة القيادة. لذلك تهدف هو بحث يهدف إلى معرفة ووصف استراتيجية القيادة الروحية وتطبيقها في وحدة الأعمال على معهد نور الحرمين نهضة الوطن للتربية الإسلامية بنارمادا. المنهج المستخدم في هذه البحث هو منهج النوعي بطريقة التحليل الوصفي، وطريقة جمع البيانات والمقابلات. كانت مواضيع هذه الدراسة هي مدير وحدة الأعمال، مدير حرمين مارت، مدير بنك الحرمين الصغير، مدير مخبز الحرمين ، و منظمة لطلاب في قسم ريادة الأعمال للبنين والبنات. ثم يتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام تحفيض البيانات وعرض البيانات واستخلاص النتائج.نتائج البحوث التي أجرت لمدة خمسة أيام في المكان. هي تم العثور عليها من ستة مؤشرات للقيادة الروحية  وهي الرؤية، الأمل أو الإيمان، الحب البديل، الدعوة، العضوية، والحياة الداخلية التي تم تنفيذها بشكل جيد. فإن استراتيجية القيادة الروحية في وحدة الأعمال على معهد نور الحرمين نهضة الوطن للتربية الإسلامية بنارمادا هي يهتم مدير وحدة الأعمال ويعزز الروحانية لأعضائها من خلال توفير الدافع والتوجيه أثناء المجتمعات.الكلمات الرئيسية: القيادة، الروحية، وحدة الأعمال

Abstract

 This study aims to analyze the application of sharia fintech based on fatwa DSN MUI 117/DSN-MUI/II/2018, a case study at PT. Alami Fintek Sharia. Financial technology (FinTech) is the result of a combination of financial services and technology, which is ultimately changing the role of business models from conventional to moderate. There is also the presence of fintech sharia in Indonesia to answer market opportunities and solve business problems in the field of financial technology. This study aims to determine the implementation of fintech sharia at PT. Alami Fintek Sharia and to analyze the implementation of fintech sharia at PT. Alami Fintek Sharia based on fatwa DSN MUI. This research methodology uses primary data and secondary data. The method used in this research is qualitative with the type of content analysis. Where content is obtained from interview scripts, as well as data publication from DSN MUI and OJK Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that PT. Alami Fintek Sharia has implemented fintech sharia based on fatwa DSN MUI 117/DSN-MUI/II/2018.Keywords: Fintech Sharia, OJK, DSN MUI, PT.ALAMI, Fintech

Abstract

This research aims to identify the effect of performance measurement on Islamic Stock Price. Specifically, the research obtained the goals to measure performance of the company by their stock which are listed in Sharia Securities Issues (DES). This research uses secondary data derived from the annual report published in website of Financial Authority of Indonesia on www.idx.co.id. This research will take 86 annual report which are come from 43 companies in 2 years.  EVA and ROE used as independent variable while stock price as dependent variable. This research uses classical assumption as the research method. The result from this research shows that EVA and ROE simultaneously have significant effect on the stock price. Specifically each independent variable has also significant effect on the stock price. The result indicated that if EVA and ROE increased, stock price will increase because net income good performance of the company. One of the benefits of this research for investor EVA and ROE can be a consideration decision to invest in the stock.Key words : Economic Value Added (EVA), Return on Equity (ROE), Stock Price, List of Sharia Securities Issues, Financial Authority
