Abstract

Islamic tourism is based on the consideration that tourism has a very large potential market value and will provide great benefits to the people. Even the halal tourism segment is not only for Muslim tourists but also for non-Muslim tourists. This study examines the attitudes of tourism stakeholders toward the potential for Islamic tourism in Ngebel Lake tourism site, Ponorogo. To achieve the objectives, a qualitative approach is applied in this study. This study uses primary data collected through semi-structured interviews involving around 10 respondents consisting of tourists, business actors in the fields of restaurants, hotels and also policy makers (government). Thematic analysis is used as an analysis technique. The results of the study revealed that in general, respondents showed positive support for the potential for implementing Islamic tourism. The study also found that the readiness of implementing Islamic tourism in Ngebel tourism can be seen from the availability of Muslim-friendly facilities such as halal food, places of worship (musholla / mosque), Qibla direction signs and also Muslim friendly accommodation. In addition, the socialization strategy for Islamic tourism needs to be implemented. The study suggests the need to socialize the importance of the halal certification label, especially on food products in order to provide comfort for tourists who come to Ngebel as result it will have implications for increasing tourists.

Abstract

Tax is a main source that has big contribution to national income. Around 70% national income is dominated by tax revenue. DJP, under Ministry of Financial, is a financial institution that controls the tax reformation to stabilize economy as the function of fiscal policy in Indonesia. The research objective is to analyze the influence of Government Regulation No. 46 year 2013 to tax revenue, tax effort, and tax buoyancy in Kanwil DJP Jatim III. Descriptive quantitative method by using panel data regression was used to analyze the influence of independent variables to dependent variable. Result of the research showed that Government Regulation No. 46 year 2013 was not an effective tax policy. Variables NPIT and OPIT did not influence the tax revenue, while variable CIT significantly positive influenced to tax revenue. Besides, after the implementation of Government Regulation No. 46 year 2013, the tax effort and tax buoyancy were influenced by the change on GDP and the change on tax capacity.  Keywords: Government Regulation No. 46, taxpayers, tax effort, tax buoyancy

Abstract

Human Resources are a necessity in running of the organization. The crucial and strategic role in its implementation should be considered on quality of human resources, one of which is the education institution of the University Darussalam Gontor (UNIDA Gontor) Ponorogo which upholds Islamic values. This study aims to determine how the implementation of the employee placement application, and whether the application of employee placement at the University of Darussalam Gontor is complied on Islamic Perspective or not on non-academic staff UNIDA Gontor. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection based on observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the application for employee placement on non-academic staff at UNIDA Gontor is in application with the procedures of resource management, such as job analysis, recruitment, selection and placement. Thus, the placement process at UNIDA Gontor is in complied with an Islamic perspective by upholding openness, justice, neatness, systematic and based on the results of deliberation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine customer decisions in investing in BMT. The theory used to predict customer decisions in investing is the theory of reasoned action. The research method used is quantitative research with data analysis techniques Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that the sharia system, product knowledge, religiosity, attitudes, risk perception, image, and investment intentions affected investment decisions.

Abstract

Berkembangnya bisnis dengan berbagai keunggulan membuat persaingan semakin ketat sehingga menuntut para pelaku bisnis untuk dapat membuat strategi khusus dalam menghadapi kompetisi bisnis. Suatu bisnis harus mampu bergerak maju dengan potensi yang dimilikinya dan meminimalisir kelemahannya hingga dapat terus berjalan dan mampu bertahan dalam persaingan yang terus berkembang. Permasalahan yang dialami oleh para pelaku usaha skala mikro di Kabupaten Ponorogo adalah lemahnya penyusunan strategi bisnis dan pengoptimalan kemampuan yang dimiliki, para pelaku UMKM merasa bingung untuk mendeskripsikan kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman bisnis mereka yang perlu memerlukan strategi untuk menghadapinya. Dalam hal ini, sebanyak 75 pelaku usaha yang tergabung dalam asosiasi UMKM Ponorogo Jawa Timur. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah membantu para UMKM untuk dapat menyusun dan mengoptimalkan strategi pengembangan usahanya, sehingga perlu dianalisis dengan pendekatan SWOT. Harapan dari program pengabdian ini adalah para UMKM mampu mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis aspek internal dan eksternal agar mampu bertahan dalam persaingan bisnis. Adapun kegiatan yang akan dilakukan melalui 1) pelatihan analisis SWOT dan 2) pelatihan business model canvas (BMC).

Abstract

Abstract

Some companies in Indonesia apply Islamic values to the organization, one of them is PT. Seemount Garden Sejahtera which has Islamic values and products. There are problems at PT. Seemount Garden Sejahtera in understanding among employees challenges the form of Islamic values that are applied in the organizational culture of this company because the form of these values has not been fully documented visually so that the employee does not yet know the form of Islamic values applied by the company so far. In applying Islamic values in organizational culture researchers also want to know what strategies are applied to organizational culture at PT. Seemount Garden Sejahtera. From this research, it can be concluded that employees at PT. Seemount Garden Sejahtera has the answer that they apply and develop Islamic values in organizational culture that has the form of Al-Itqan, At-Tanafus, Ta'awun, Jama'ah and halal. From the results of interviews conducted to employees at PT. Seemount Garden Sejahtera the author has a conclusion on the strategies used by this company. Of the four strategies of engagement, namely aggressiveness, peace, corrosiveness, and indoctrinative the employees of this company answered that the peaceful strategy was the strategy used in this company. We can see this peaceful strategy in the answers of the employees who revealed that the peaceful strategy is a strategy that is effective and superior in dealing with employees because employees at this company still have close family relationships so that the company director does not set rules flexibly and can be accepted by employee. From the employee reaction to organizational culture, three out of five respondents answered that Selective Reinterpretation is a form of employee reaction to the organizational culture of this company, because the employees of the company obey suitable regulations and do not comply with inappropriate regulations, if there are new regulations used Employee companies prefer the old rules to be more suited to them than running new regulations that are not suitable.

Abstract

تطوير العصر مع تحدياته في المحالات المختلفة إما في المجال السياسي، الاقتصادي، الاجتماعي، الثقافي وغيرها. هذه التحديات لها تأثير كبير في الأشياء المختلفة، إما إيجابية أو سلبية. هذه التحديات يمكن ملاحظة في الحياة الاجتماعية التي تحدث في المجتمع. تلك الأشياء  واقعة احيانا لنقصان غرس القيم الدينية التى قام بها الآباء, الأسرة, والمجتمع لأولادهم. تلك التأثيرات السلبيات تجعل الوالدين قى حاجّته ماسّة الى اختيار المدرسة الجيدة المئوقة و معروفة بتأديب الاولاد و غرس فى نفوسهم القيم الدينية و هي المعهد. تحديد المسألة في هذا البحث هو هل يوجد تأثير البيئة الاجتماعية والثقة والصورة على اتخاذ قرار ولي الأمر لاختيار معهد المقدسة و أي المتغير أكثر التأثير على قرار ولي الأمر لاختيار معهد المقدسة. تهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة تأثير البيئة الاجتماعية والثقة والصورة على اتخاذ القرار وليّ الأمر في اختيار معهد تحفيظ المقدسة فونوروكو و أي المتغير أكثر التأثير على قرار ولي الأمر لاختيار معهد المقدسة. هذا النوع من البحث الكمي باستخدام تقنيات الاستبيان. البيانات التي تم الحصول عليها بطريقة المسح الى 120 عينة، هم ا وليّ الأمر معهد تحفيظ المقدسة فونوروكو، وأداة القياس المستخدمة هي المقياس ليكرت. أخذ العينات باستخدام عينة الاحتمالية (probability sampling) بالتقنية العينات العشوائية (random sampling). الأداة تحليل البيانات المستخدمة هي برنامج التحليل الإحصائي (SPSS)، من خلال اختبار الصلاحية ، اختبار الموثوقية ، اختبار الافتراض الكلاسيكي ، اختبار الانحدار الخطي المتعدد واختبار الفرضيات. فالنتيجة أن متغيرات البيئة الاجتماعية كان لها تأثير سلبي و غير هامية على اتخاذ القرار وليّ الأمر في اختيار معهد تحفيظ المقدسة فونوروكو في حين أن المتغيرات الثقة والصورة لها تأثير إيجابي وهامية على اتخاذ القرار وليّ الأمر في اختيار معهد المقدسة لتحفيظ القرآن فونوروكو.الكلمات الرئيسية: البيئة الاجتماعية، الثقة، الصورة و اتخاذ القرار

Abstract

ملخص البحث :القيادة لها دور مهم في كل مؤسسة ، سواء كانت مؤسسة ربحية. ولكن من ناحية أخرى ، كان هناك العديد من أزمات القيادة التي ضربت العديد من المنظمات في جميع أنحاء العالم. مع أزمة القيادة ، ظهر نموذج للقيادة الروحية كحل لحل مشكلة القيادة. لذلك تهدف هو بحث يهدف إلى معرفة ووصف استراتيجية القيادة الروحية وتطبيقها في وحدة الأعمال على معهد نور الحرمين نهضة الوطن للتربية الإسلامية بنارمادا. المنهج المستخدم في هذه البحث هو منهج النوعي بطريقة التحليل الوصفي، وطريقة جمع البيانات والمقابلات. كانت مواضيع هذه الدراسة هي مدير وحدة الأعمال، مدير حرمين مارت، مدير بنك الحرمين الصغير، مدير مخبز الحرمين ، و منظمة لطلاب في قسم ريادة الأعمال للبنين والبنات. ثم يتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام تحفيض البيانات وعرض البيانات واستخلاص النتائج.نتائج البحوث التي أجرت لمدة خمسة أيام في المكان. هي تم العثور عليها من ستة مؤشرات للقيادة الروحية  وهي الرؤية، الأمل أو الإيمان، الحب البديل، الدعوة، العضوية، والحياة الداخلية التي تم تنفيذها بشكل جيد. فإن استراتيجية القيادة الروحية في وحدة الأعمال على معهد نور الحرمين نهضة الوطن للتربية الإسلامية بنارمادا هي يهتم مدير وحدة الأعمال ويعزز الروحانية لأعضائها من خلال توفير الدافع والتوجيه أثناء المجتمعات.الكلمات الرئيسية: القيادة، الروحية، وحدة الأعمال

Abstract

As a printing center at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor (PMDG), Darussalam Press is required to be able to fulfill all the needs for textbooks for PMDG. In order to complete these demands, Darussalam Press is required to improve the performance on its employees. This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of Islamic motivation, job placement and work environment on employee performance at Darussalam Press. The research uses a quantitative descriptive method, with a total sample of 50 respondents through a questionnaire. The analytical method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) with a coefficient test in the form of an outer model and an inner model. The results showed that Islamic motivation had no effect on performance as t-test 1.855 <2.012 t-table and P values 0.064 > 0.05. Job placement has an influence on performance as t-test 3,291 > 2,012 t-tables and P values 0.001<0.05. The work environment has an influence on performance as t-test 4,307 > 2,012 t-tables and P values 0,000 <0.05. For Darussalam Press, it is better to increase the Islamic motivation on employees at Darussalam Press, such as providing understanding to employees so that work is intended as worship, work honestly, work for good in this world and the hereafter and so on so that employee performance can increase.
