This article will reveal the epistemological basis of Patricia Crone's view that Mecca is not a center for international trade and a place for the distribution of the Koran. This study is qualitative research that uses document data sources or what is also called library research. The results of the research by Patricia Crone indicate 3 different aspects in studying the originality of the chronology of the decline of the Al-Qur'an. First, in a skeptical manner, Crone suggests that the chronology of the revelation of the Koran is more appropriate to pin it down in Iraq rather than in Mecca. Second, his thoughts were obtained from non-Muslim sources which ultimately outlined contradictory thoughts which were inversely proportional to the Makkiyah and Madaniyah Qur'an surah groups. Third, the social situation when the Koran was revealed was not in a primitive society, as is generally described in the Traditionalist school of thought, but in a society that was more advanced, more philosophical and sophisticated. This research requires refinement and is expected to provide new insights in future research.

The orientalists' belief in the Qur'ān as a product of human intervention is one of the reasons why Western scholars of Islam study the Qur'ān. Then the crusades that took place between 1095 and 1291, also caused political and religious friction between Western Christians in Palestine and Islam, which had an impact on the spirit of Christian apologetics and their interest in translating the Qur'an in order to try to overthrow Islam with refutation and hatred of the Qur'an. The author focuses on analyzing the history of the emergence of orientalism to the process of translating the Qur'an which includes the periodisation of translation to the development of Qur'anic translation methods from time to time. This research is a type of qualitative research with a library research model using data sources in the form of books, encyclopaedias, dictionaries, and the like. The results of this research show that the study of Islam by orientalists in making translations of the Qur'an began with a Christianisation mission with the aim of insulting the Qur'an. But along with the times, the translation of the Qur'an changed its approach to become more scientific, critical and objective. So that some of the results of their research also contribute to Islam.

This research was conducted based on field observations on third grade elementary school students. This study aims to increase students' understanding of science learning in class III SD through the learning method of animated video media. The research method used is a qualitative method by making observations in the field by forming two different groups, displaying two different learning methods. The first method is carried out by presenting an animated video related to the material to be delivered and the second method is carried out in a way that is usually done by the teacher when teaching, and then observations are carried out with interview sessions and documentation. The research results obtained are that many children are interested in the video animation method, they are more focused on looking at the screen and actively respond when there are several questions presented in the animation. While the delivery of material carried out by their teachers is more likely to be boring, silent, and not responding to questions posed by the teacher. Thus it can be concluded that children are more interested in the animated video learning method compared to the method that is often taught by teachers at school.

The current reality is that many parties interpret hadith only textually without understanding the sociological meaning related to the conditions at that time. Likewise regarding the hadith regarding Aisyah's marriage which is often packaged to legalize child marriage at this time. So the presence of this research provides a more comprehensive insight into this issue. The research method used in this research is a literature review with primary data in the form of hadith books and history regarding sociological facts and the history of hadith regarding Aisyah's marriage. The results of this research indicate that interpreting the hadith of 'Aisyah's marriage needs to be studied sociologically both in terms of sanad and matan. So in the current context, child marriage cannot be carried out because it can have a negative impact on physical, mental, social and economic health conditions.

The hadith thought of Mawardi Muhammad in his book Hidayah al-Bahits fi Mushthalah al-Hadits is interesting to study. This is because the book written in arabic received a positive response from students of hadith studies and ulumul hadith in the Nusantara. Even though Mawardi Muhammad is a non-Arab scholar and has never studied in the Middle East which is actually the center of hadith and ulumul hadith studies. This study aims to find out the hadith thought of Mawardi Muhammad in his masterpiece, the book Hidayah al-Bahits fi Mushthalah al-Hadits. The research method used in this paper is a qualitative research method with the type of library research research. The results of this study show that among the thoughts of Mawardi Muhammad's hadith in the book Hidayah al-Bahits fi Mushthalah al-Hadits are his thoughts regarding the classification of hadith, the minimum limit on the number of narrators of hadith mutawatir, and the definition of hadith dha'if and the law of practicing it. Regarding the classification of hadith, Mawardi Muhammad put the types of hadith masyhur, 'aziz, shahih, hasan, and dha'if in one classification. Regarding the minimum limit on the number of hadith mutawatir narrators, Mawardi Muhammad argued that there was no clear limit in this regard while criticizing the opinion that mentioned certain numbers for the minimum limit on the number of mutawatir hadith narrators. Then in the case of hadith dha'if, Mawardi Muhammad is a scholar who has manhaj mutawasith, which is open to the practice of hadith dha'if with certain conditions.

The unemployment rate in Indonesia is increasing, especially during the covid-19 pandemic. This unemployment problem has existed before and is difficult to solve because very few Indonesians have the courage to become independent entrepreneurs. Educational background, experience, abilities, business capital and community culture make the courage to become an entrepreneur very low. Islam encourages its followers to become afterlife-oriented entrepreneurs, so that life in this world and the afterlife becomes balanced, therefore social entrepreneurship education based on the Quran is needed. This article examines qualitatively descriptively how social entrepreneurship education based on the Quran can become a concept and idea for entrepreneurship education programs carried out by the government for the community. Social entrepreneurship based on the Quran guides muslims to become accomplished and tough entrepreneurs while still practicing the values of the Quran such as justice, community empowerment and being oriented towards mutual prosperity, not just material gain.
