Abstract

Starting in June 2023, the government imposed a ban on exports of bauxite seeds. It aims to develop the value of bauxite which could subsequently boost the economy as well as the country's income. The aim of this study is to provide a better understanding of the impact of the bauxite export ban policy on the performance of mining companies in Indonesia, by comparing the company's performance before the policy and after the policy. This study uses secondary data, which is the financial data of three major companies in Indonesia as of 10 June for the period from 2018 to 2023 that exports bauxite. The research results from the paired sample t test analysis show that the ban on bauxite exports has no significant effect, which means that the policy has no negative effect on the average performance of mining companies in Indonesia.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the quality control analysis of processed Rapoviaka Simple chocolate products with total quality control (tqc). The research was carried out through direct observation of all stages of rapoviaka chocolate production, starting from selecting raw materials to the final packaging process. Quality data is obtained through measuring various parameters such as texture, taste, aroma and visual appearance of the product. Quality control analysis is carried out using statistical tools in the form of check sheets, histograms, Pareto diagrams, control maps c. The research results show that the implementation of TQC is effective in improving product quality. After carrying out analysis using the Simple Rapoviaka Chocolate C Control Map, it can be said to be under statistical control. This is because the defect proportion (CL) value is within the expected range, between the specified UCL (Upper Control Limit) and LCL (Lower Control Limit). In other words, the Rapoviaka Simple chocolate production process is within the established statistical control limits. By paying attention to each stage of production and implementing strict quality controls, variability in products can be reduced significantly. This research provides an important contribution in the context of developing a quality control system in the food industry, especially for processed chocolate products.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of chocolate raw material inventory management at Rapoviaka Simple, a chocolate company operating at Jalan Perumahan Dosen, Blok B4 No 2, Central Sulawesi.  The research method used is the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method to assess and improve the inventory management process. By using interviews, observations, and analysis of internal company documents, an in-depth understanding of the existing practices and challenges faced by Rapoviaka Simple was obtained.  The results of this study are expected to provide useful insights for similar companies and contribute to the inventory management literature in the context of the food and beverage industry.

Abstract

This research compares the implementation of Sharia financing models in Malaysia, Indonesia, Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar to analyze their roles in driving economic growth. A qualitative approach is employed to evaluate regulations, infrastructure, and literacy levels related to Sharia financing in these five countries. The results indicate differences in product coverage, market structures, and regulations governing the Sharia financing sector in each country. The more rapid development of Sharia financing in Malaysia and Bahrain correlates with higher economic growth in both nations. This study concludes that a conducive regulatory framework and infrastructure are crucial to promoting the development of Sharia financing, enabling it to play an optimal role in driving economic growth. Integrated policies are needed to strengthen the Islamic financial industry across various Muslim-majority countries.

Abstract

Understanding the terminology of economics and business in the Arabic language is important for careers in the field of economics and business. This is because Arabic is an important language in the Islamic world, including in the field of economics and business. This study aims to analyze the influence of understanding the terminology of economics and business in the Arabic language on careers in the field of economics and business. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature review approach. Research data was collected by searching for articles relevant to the research topic. The results of the study show that understanding the terminology of economics and business in the Arabic language has a positive influence on careers in the field of economics and business. This can be seen from its influence on understanding economic and business literature, communication with colleagues, and job opportunities. This study concludes that understanding the terminology of economics and business in the Arabic language is important for careers in the field of economics and business. Therefore, it is important for someone who wants to pursue a career in this field to learn the terminology.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of financial technology in Islamic banking through a qualitative approach. The primary focus is on the paradigm shift in operational processes and challenges faced by Islamic financial institutions in adopting technological innovations. Through the analysis of regulations, financial technology implementation, and stakeholder perceptions, this study identifies significant changes in financing and investment models. Findings indicate positive impacts such as increased operational efficiency, product diversification, and responsiveness to consumer demands. However, challenges in data security and unequal access emerge as primary concerns. This research provides in-depth insights into how financial technology triggers transformation in Islamic banking, with significant implications for regulatory design and future business strategies.

Abstract

The hotel's goal in running its business is of course to provide the best service to guests who stay overnight at the hotel or guests who only use the facilities or services available at the hotel. If a hotel can provide good service then the hotel has achieved success in accordance with its objectives. Success in achieving a goal is something that can be measured as the success of a company or agency. a leader is needed who is able to bring the hotel to its goals. Democratic leadership is a leadership style in which the leader involves team or group members in the decision-making process. This leadership style creates an environment where team members feel they have a voice and their contributions are valued. Democratic leaders support participation, cooperation, and shared leadership to achieve common goals. This research uses a qualitative approach. Secondary data is obtained externally through references from articles, journals and books. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling method. The purpose of this research is to find out how the leadership of the food and beverage department of XY Jakarta Hotel involves employees in decision making to obtain wise decision results.

Abstract

The problem that occurs is optimizing products at Sofie Localfood in Palu City to increase production and income. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods, with primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used is linear programming using the simplex method. The results of this research show that product optimization analysis at Sofie Localfood in Palu City can provide significant results for developing the local economy and strengthening regional cultural identity. This research highlights the importance of analyzing the optimization of Sofie localfood products in Palu City in the context of local economic development and regional cultural preservation. By using the simplex method, Sofie localfood producers can identify more efficient production strategies in optimizing the company's products.

Abstract

In creating a product innovation is needed, in order to differentiate the product from its competitors and what makes the product far superior to other similar products. A company is required to be more innovative in producing a product so that it can attract consumers' interest in buying the product. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. This method focuses on problems based on facts carried out by observation, interviews, and studying documents. document. Bogdan and Taylor in Moleong (2010:04) state that qualitative research is "a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior". This research shows that creativity in developing innovation is very important to continue in the face of competition. The creativity of business actors plays a key role in creating products that are attractive in design. Innovations based on modulation, size, packaging, design and complementary materials implemented by Dezato Brownies have had a positive impact on their sales. This is caused by an increase in the number of market segments. Through product innovation, the use of various innovation sources, and effective marketing strategies, Dezato Brownies has succeeded in adapting to market dynamics and increasing consumer buying interest. Innovations such as modulation, sizing, packaging, design and complementary materials have had a positive impact on their sales by increasing product appeal and meeting evolving consumer needs.

Abstract

The more businesses that are established, especially those operating in the same field, this can create competition which can be a challenge for the company. In this case, the business is not just about buying and selling, but must prioritize the opportunity to reach consumers in a good way. One of the main keys is effective communication. The method that will be used in this research is qualitative descriptive. Research with a qualitative descriptive design aims to understand the phenomena experienced by research subjects which include behavior, motivation. According to the company, Sofie implements marketing communications such as advertising, sales promotions, personal sales and public relations. The advertising carried out aims to introduce products to the public, according to information from CV Sofie Localfood, which predominantly uses below the line media such as pamphlets, pamphlets which are created and distributed online via social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, whatsappSofie localfood in retaining its customers has implemented Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) or Integrated Marketing Communication in the form of advertising, sales promotions, direct marketing, personal selling and public relations. In Integrated Marketing Communication, the most important thing is to unite various marketing communication elements that are usually carried out separately
