Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze simultaneous and partial influence of competency and compensation on discipline of officials in The Rectorate Office of Tadulako University. Population consists of 188 officials who were all selected as respondents. Method of study is causal descriptive with multiple linear regressions analysis. The result shows that competency and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on discipline of official in The Rectorate Office of Tadulako University with Adjusted R-Square value of 0.450 or 45%, which defines the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable while the remaining is influenced by other variables that are not studied, on F-value of 75.728 with α=0,05 or α<0,05 sig. F=0,000. Partially, competency has a positive and significant influence on discipline of officials in The Rectorate Office of Tadulako University with regression coefficient of 0.183 on sig. T of 0.000 with value α<0,05 with a confidence level of 95%; compensation has a positive and significant influence on discipline of officials in The Rectorate Office of Tadulako University with regression coefficient of 0.312 on sig. T of 0.000 with value α<0,05 with a confidence level of 95%.

Abstract

The study intends to determine and analyze simultaneous and partial influence of organizational culture, compensation, and motivation on performance of officials at Pratama Tax Office Palu. Primary data is gathered from questionnaires distributed to 114 respondents at the Pratama Tax Office of Palu. Method of analysis is multiple linear regressions. The result concludes that 1) organizational culture, compensation, and motivation simultaneously have positive and significant influence on performance of officials at Pratama Tax Office Palu; 2) organizational culture partially has positive and significant influence on performance of officials at Pratama Tax Office Palu; 3) compensation partially has positive and significant influence on performance of officials at Pratama Tax Office Palu; 4) motivation partially has positive and significant influence on performance of officials at Pratama Tax Office Palu. The result of the regression test indicates an Adjusted R- Square of 0.490, which means that 49% of work performance at Pratama Tax Office Palu is influenced by organizational culture, compensation, and motivation; the remining is influenced by variables that are not studied.

Abstract

 The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the optimal number of purchases each time making an order, knowing the safety stock of raw materials that must be provided and knowing when to re-order raw materials. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research, using the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method. The results of this study indicate that when using the EOQ method the economical raw material purchase in 2017 is 426.56 zak with the order frequency of 28 times and the optimum cycle time of each order is 10 days. The number of safety supplies that must be provided is 357.81 zak. The right time to re-order is when the raw material supply is 441.31 zak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis jumlah pembelian yang optimal setiap kali melakukan pemesanan, mengetahui persediaan pengaman bahan baku yang harus disediakan dan mengetahui kapan akan dilakukan pemesanan ulang bahan baku. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, yaitu dengan menggunakan metode EOQ (Economic Order Quantity). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa apabila menggunakan metode EOQ pembelian bahan baku yang ekonomis tahun 2017 adalah sebesar 426,56 sak dengan frekuensi pemesanan sebanyak 28 kali dan waktu siklus optimum setiap pemesanan adalah 10 hari. Jumlah persediaan pengaman yang harus disediakan adalah 357,81 sak. Waktu yang tepat untuk mengadakan pemesanan ulang adalah pada saat persediaan bahan baku sebesar 441,31 sak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Untuk menemukan model dan menganalisis supply chain gas elpiji 3 kilogram pertamina pada PT. Muhsans Putra Arba Mandiri.. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Loli Oge Kecamatan Banawa. Kabupaten Donggala. tentang Supply Chain Tabung Gas Elpiji 3 Kilogram Pertamina Pada Stasiun Pengisian dan Pengangkutan Bulk Elpiji (SPPBE) PT. Muhsans Putra Arba Mandiri Kabupaten Donggala – Sulawesi Tengah dengan jumlah 26 responden. kemudian sampel tersebut diambil berdasarkan metode Sampling Purposive. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan terjun langsung ke lapangan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu software Nvivo 11. Hasil penelitian menemukan jalur supply chain tabung gas elpiji 3 kilogram pada Pertamina SPPBE PT. Muhsans Putra Arba Mandiri yang dimulai jalur Inbound hingga jalur Outbound yang legal dan ilegal. Yang di mana jalur Inbound dimulai dari Material - Supply LPG  - LPG Gas – Agan - SPPBE. Dan jalur yang legal dari Outbound yaitu mulai dari SPPBE – Agen – Pangkalan - Konsumen. dan jalur Outboun ada 2 yaitu: SPPBE – Agen – Pangkalan – Pengecer – Konsumen. SPPBE – Agen – Pangkalan – Pengecer 1 – Pengecer 2 – Konsumen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem antrian loket pendaftaran pada Badan Penyelenggaraan Jaminan Sosial Kesehatan (BPJS) di Kota Palu. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara sampling purposive. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 30 sampel yang diambil dari hasil penelitian dalam antrian BPJS. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu sistem antrian loket pendaftaran pada Badan Penyelenggaraan Jaminan Sosial Kesehatan (BPJS) Di Kota Palu dengan menggunakan jenis antrian Single Channel Single Phase untuk model antrian menggunakan Model M/M/1 dengan disiplin pelayanan mengikuti model FCFS (First Come First Served). Rata-rata waktu pelayanan yaitu sbesar 13,72033333 menit/peserta.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the feasibility of decor plant entrepreneuer in Palu City.Data was collected through interview and observation.  Financial feasibility was determined usingnet present value(NPV), internalrate of return (IRR), payback back period (PBP), Net B/C, and sensitivity analysis.  The results showed that NPV analysis indicates that the utilization of money value in the future is positive (IDR 1,054,015.10).  IRR analysis performed ahigher value compared to assumed interest rate of 14% per year.  The decor plant entrepreneuer  in Palu City is capable to pay back the cost of investment which is shown by the value ofPBP of 1 year 10 months.  The value of B/C is higher than one (IDR 1.94) suggesting that the décor plants business in Palu City is feasible based on thefinancial aspects. Key words ; Business Feasibility of Decor Plants

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis aktivitas inbound, conversation operations dan outbound kantong plastik pada PT. Prima Abadi Persada di Kota Makassar. Paradigma penelitian ini merupakan paradigma konstruktivis dan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kawasan Industri Makassar tentang aktivitas inbound, conversation operations dan outbound kantong plastik pada PT. Prima Abadi Persada di Kota Makassar dengan jumlah 4 informan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan terjun langsung ke lapangan dengan melakukan wawancara kepada informan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik trianggulasi dan alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu software NVivo 12 Plus. Hasil penelitian menemukan jalur inbound logistik, conversation operations dan outbound logistik kantong plastik pada PT. Prima Abadi Persada Makassar yang dimulai jalur inbound logistik hingga jalur outbound logistik. Yang dimana jalur inbound dimulai dari PT. Intera Lestari Polimer – Supply bahan baku – Pengecekan bahan baku – PT. Prima Abadi Persada. Jalur conversation operations dimulai dari Injection Molding – Ekstrusi – Thermoforming – Blow Molding – Pengemasan Produk. Dan jalur outbound dimulai dari PT. Prima Abadi Persada – Toko Plastik – Konsumen.

Abstract

Abstrak                                                               Data menunjukan bahwa lahan produktif komoditas kemiri  di kecamatan ini sekitar 30 Hektar Area. Pada bagian hulu, produksi kemiri dilakukan oleh petani kecil yang pada umumnya menjual hasil produksinya melalui pengepul eceran yang membawanya kepada pengepul grosir kemudian ke pengepul besar. Namun beberapa desa yang ada yang petani langsung menjual ke pengepul grosir , kemudian pengumpul grosir langsung mendistribusikan kemiri ke pengepul besar. Pemilihan jenis saluran dikarenakan medan transportasi yang sulit bagi para petani untuk membawa hasil perkebunannya juga karena biaya yang harus dikeluarkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan gambaran rantai pasok kemiri serta memperoleh jumlah alokasi optimal dalam rantai pasok kemiri di kecamatan ini. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis model transportasi untuk menghitung optimalisasi biaya dan jumlah pasokan yang tepat dan efisien. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat 3 tipe jalur atau saluran rantai pasok distribusi kemiri yang terjadi di Kecamatan Pagimana. Kemudian jumlah alokasi optimal dalam kg yaitu Ampera memasok sebesar 2.500 ke Asaan dan 500 ke Hohudongan, Bulu memasok 2.880 ke Asaan, Dongkalan memasok 920 ke Asaan  dan 1.000 ke Luwuk , Nain memasok 1.000 ke Hohudongan, dan petani Asaan memasok ke Asaan 2.700. dengan total pengurangan biaya sebesar 7,5 % yakni dari Rp. 3.950.000 menjadi Rp. 3.650.000.Kata kunci : Optimalisasi, Rantai Pasok, Model Transportasi, Distribusi KemiriAbstractData shows that productive land of candlenut commodities in this sub-district is arround 30 hectares. In the upstream, candlenut production is carried out by small farmers who generally sell their products through retailer at their village, then the retailer takes them to wholesaler then to expoerters. But some villages have farmers who sell directly to wholesaler, then wholesaler direcly distribute candlenuts to large collectors. The choice of type of channel is due to the difficult transportation field for farmers to bring their plantation products also because of the cost that must be incurred. This study aims to find out and describe the description of the candlenut supply in this kecamatan. The research method uses an analysis of transportation models to calculate the optimization of costs an the amount of the right and efficient supply. The results showed that there were 3 types of paths or supply chain channels of candlenut distribution that occured in Pagimana District. Then the optimal allocation amount in kg, Ampera supplies 2,500 to Asaan and 500 to Hohudongan, Bulu supplies 2,880 to Asaan, Dongkalan supplies 920 to Asaan and 1,000 to Luwuk , Nain Supplies 1,000 to Hohudongan, and Asaan famers supplies to Asaan 2,700. With a total cost reduction of  7,5 %, from Rp. 3.950.000 to Rp. 3.650.000.Keyword : Optimization, Supply Chain, Transportation Model, Candlenut Distribution

Abstract

Raw material inventory is unprocessed basic material provided by the company for later use in the company's production process. Raw materials are important in production companies. Limited or excess supplies of raw materials can be a problem for the company. A shortage of raw materials can result in problems with company activities, especially in the production process, while excess supplies of raw materials can lead to excessive costs in maintaining raw materials and the value of raw materials will decrease over time (Anista & Widiyastuti, 2016). The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive. According to Winartha (2006: 155), the quantitative descriptive method is analyzing, describing and summarizing various conditions and situations from various data in the form of numbers collected from the results of analysis and interviews or observations regarding the problems being studied that occur in the field. Based on the calculation results, the optimal quantity of raw material orders for the Djamoe Van Java business is 10 Kg. Based on the results of the research and discussion described previously, it can be concluded that to obtain optimal raw material inventory management for the Djamoe Van Java business, the quantity The economic purchase (EOQ) that the company must provide is 10 kg. The results of calculations that have been carried out in Total Inventory Cost (TIC) show that after implementing an appropriate and optimal inventory control system, the company can save costs of IDR 150,000. Companies should determine Reorder Points in carrying out raw material inventory control to anticipate possible delays in ordering raw materials.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the quality control of banana chips in an effort to control the level of banana chip defects and whether the level of defects is within the control limits at Raja Kripik's IKM in Sigi Regency. Data collection methods using interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) method using statistical tools in the form of check sheets and p-charts. The results of this study indicate that the product quality control carried out by Raja Kripik's is within the control limits because the value of the proportion of defects is smaller than the Upper Control Limit (UCL) value.
