Abstract

This research aims to test how much influence financial knowledge and personality have on This research aims to examine the influence of work experience and work motivation on employee performance through job competence. The data collection method is through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 57 respondents. The analytical method used is structural equation modeling using smartpls. The research of this study conclude that : (1) work experience influences work competency at PT. Transco Energi Utama. (2) work motivation has a negative and significant influence on work competence at PT. Transco Energi Utama. (3) work experience does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Transco Energi Utama. (4) work motivation does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Transco Energi Utama. (5) work competency has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. Transco Energi Utama. (6) work experience has a negative and significant effect on employee performance through work competency at PT. Transco Utama Energi. (7) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work competency at PT. Transco Energi Utama.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the planning, implementation, and recommendation of marketing strategies to increase the number of customers at Bank Muamalat KCP Stabat during the pandemic. The research method employed is qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques include primary and secondary data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research results indicate that the marketing strategy planning during the pandemic involves adding marketing channels and focusing on promotion through digitalization. The most effective strategy implemented is personal selling. Additionally, Bank Muamalat also engages in promotion through direct selling, distributing brochures, and social media. While the strategies are performing well, there are some challenges faced. Proposed solutions include adding marketing channels, offering multi-purpose Hajj financing programs, or opening Hajj savings accounts. Marketing strategy recommendations include the Bank capitalizing on existing opportunities, enhancing promotion through social media and direct outreach, and maintaining good relationships with collaborating parties.

Abstract

Labuhan Batu Regency is famous for its abundant palm oil production, this influences the agricultural sector in supporting the economic growth of a region. The aim of this research is to analyze the contribution of the agricultural sector to the District's PDRB. Labuhan Batu and what factors influence the contribution value. The research method used is quantitative research using a descriptive approach and contribution analysis method to determine the contribution of the agricultural sector to the PDRB of Labuhan Batu Regency. The results obtained by the agricultural sector on the PDRB of the District. Labuhan Batu experienced an increase with an average of around 42% during the 2018-2022 period. Significantly, the contribution of the agricultural sector is influenced by several factors such as government spending, investment and labor which have a positive relationship with the contribution of the agricultural sector.

Abstract

Khiyar is the right to choose to continue or cancel a buying and selling transaction. However, buying and selling in today's society is different from buying and selling in ancient times. In the online buying and selling transaction process, there is a high possibility that undesirable risks will arise from both the seller and the buyer, in this way the right of khiyar or choice becomes very important. The purpose of this research is to find out how khiyar is implemented in the online pre-order system buying and selling on the PT application. Wook Global Technology Jambi Branch in increasing customer satisfaction. The type of research used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained by researchers was analyzed in three steps, namely data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The research results show that the implementation of khiyar in the online pre-order system buying and selling on the PT application. Wook Global Technology Jambi Branch has many non-conforming objects in practice which have implemented khiyar even though in terms of knowledge and literacy they understand or understand khiyar. In the wook application, the khiyar practice applied is khiyar 'aib. Khiyar conditions, khiyar ta'yin, khiyar ru'yah and khiyar that have not been implemented are khiyar majlis.

Abstract

Consumptive behavior can be said to be the behavior of buying goods without strong consideration and prioritizing desires over needs. Consumptive behavior is influenced by two main factors, including internal factors that cause consumptive behavior including self-esteem, drive, self-concept, and personality. As well as external factors that cause consumer behavior due to social class, culture, reference groups and family. This research aims to determine the influence of peer behavior, use of social media, and lifestyle on the consumptive behavior of students at SMKN 1 Tanjung Jabung Barat for the 2023/2024 academic year. The method in this research is quantitative research. The samples were taken using nonprobability techniques. The sample in this research were class The analysis used is multiple linear regression with the SPSS 27 program. The research results show that peer behavior (X1) partially influences consumptive behavior (Y), social media (X2) partially has no influence on consumptive behavior (Y), lifestyle (X3) partially influences consumptive behavior (Y). Meanwhile, simultaneously the behavior of peers, social media and lifestyle on consumer behavior is 32.9%. And the remaining 67.1% is influenced by other variables outside this research.

Abstract

Increasing employee performance will bring progress for the company or organization to be able to survive in an unstable competitive work environment. The aim and benefit of the research as a result of the internship carried out by the author is so that the North Sumatra Province Communication and Information Service Office can optimize the performance of office employees through strategies that can create comfort and optimal performance for employees. The achievement of the service performance of the Medan City Communication and Informatics Service, in terms of ratio, can be said to be close to 90%, which includes all programs and activities as performance indicators in accordance with the main tasks and functions (TUPOKSI) of the Medan City Communication and Informatics Service, as well as the Minimum Service Standard targets ( SPM) outlined in the RENSTRA target of the Medan City Communication and Information Service for 2016-2021

Abstract

This thesis is entitled Analysis of Productive Waqf in Azizi Mosque, Jelutung District, Jambi City and aims to find out the analysis of productive waqf, the utilization of productive waqf results and the view of Islamic economics on the analysis of productive waqf in Azizi Mosque, Jelutung District, Jambi City. In this study using a qualitative approach that is useful for providing information on facts and data on the mechanism of analysis of productive waqf Dimasjid Azizi Jelutung District Jambi City, with data collection methods by conducting observations, interviews and documentation. From the results of this study it was found that: (1) Analysis of productive waqf at Dimasjid Azizi from the management aspects of Planning, Organizing, Leading and Controlling, has not gone well. Because of the various problems that occur. (2) The utilization of waqf results carried out is mostly used for consumptive use, especially for religious activities such as recitation, and others. There has been no utilization to improve the economy, in the health sector or other social sectors. (3) the view of the Islamic economy on productive waqf which in its implementation is carried out with a rental system, where the rental of productive waqf assets at the Azizi Mosque is not found to have an element of usury for the delay in payment, even if there is a delay in payment the nazhir gives time and opportunity to pay it.
