Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational support and self efficacy on employee performance with organizational commitment at PT Yasiga Sarana Utama Padang. The method used is quantitative. The study used primary data (questionnaires) from 333 respondents of PT Yasiga Sarana Utama Padang employees. The method used is Structural Equation Modeling Analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. The results of this study indicate that (1) organizational support has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. (2) organizational support has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. (4) self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (5) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (6) organizational commitment significantly mediates organizational support on employee performance (7) organizational commitment cannot mediate self efficacy on employee performance. Some of the results of this study contradict theory and previous research, because of the different phenomena and objects studied.

Abstract

This research aims to examine how much influence compensation and employee development have on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in Padang City Archives and Library Services. The data collection method is through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 70 respondents. The analytical method used is structural equation modeling using smartpls. The research results showed that there was a significant influence of compensation on job satisfaction. There is a significant influence of employee development on job satisfaction. There is a significant influence of compensation on employee performance. There is a significant influence of employee development on employee performance. There is a significant influence of job satisfaction on employee performance. Job satisfaction mediates the effect of compensation on employee performance. Job satisfaction mediates the effect of employee development on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to test how much influence financial knowledge and personality have on This research aims to examine the influence of work experience and work motivation on employee performance through job competence. The data collection method is through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 57 respondents. The analytical method used is structural equation modeling using smartpls. The research of this study conclude that : (1) work experience influences work competency at PT. Transco Energi Utama. (2) work motivation has a negative and significant influence on work competence at PT. Transco Energi Utama. (3) work experience does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Transco Energi Utama. (4) work motivation does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Transco Energi Utama. (5) work competency has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. Transco Energi Utama. (6) work experience has a negative and significant effect on employee performance through work competency at PT. Transco Utama Energi. (7) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work competency at PT. Transco Energi Utama.

Abstract

This research aims to test how much influence Organizational Culture and Transformational Leadership Style have on the Performance of Employees of the Highways and Construction and Spatial Planning Department of West Sumatra Province with Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable. The sample in this study amounted to 53 respondents. The population in this study were 53 employees who worked in the West Sumatra Provincial Development and Development Agency for Works and Spatial Planning in 2021/2023. The results of this research are (1) There is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on work motivation at the Department of Highways, Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning of West Sumatra Province (2) There is a positive and insignificant influence between Transformational Leadership Style on Work Motivation at the Department of Highways Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning of West Sumatra Province (3) There is a positive and insignificant influence between Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at the Department of Highways Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning of West Sumatra Province. (4) There is a positive and insignificant influence between Transformational Leadership Style on Employee Performance at the Cipta Karya Highways Service and West Sumatra Province Spatial Planning. (5) There is a positive and significant influence between Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Cipta Karya Highways Service and West Sumatra Province Spatial Planning Service. (6) There is a positive and significant influence between Employee Performance on Employee Performance through Work Motivation at the Department of Highways, Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning of West Sumatra Province. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Organizational Culture and Training on Employee Performance with Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable at the Lubuk Sikarah District Office in Solok City, under the supervision of Dr. Dori Mittra Candana, SE, M.M., and Mrs. Selvi Zola Fenia, S.Psi, M.M. This is a quantitative study. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, with a sample of 60 respondents at the Lubuk Sikarah District Office in Solok City. The analysis methods used are path analysis, partial least squares (PLS), outer model, inner model, and hypothesis testing. Data processing in this study was done using the SmartPLS 3.0 software.The research results can be concluded as follows: Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation; Training has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation; Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance; Training has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance; Work Motivation has a positive but insignificant effect on Employee Performance; and Organizational Culture can mediate the relationship between Training and Employee Performance with Work Motivation as the intervening variable at the Lubuk Sikarah District Office in Solok City.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Influence of Organizational Culture and Work Environment on Employee Performance with Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable using primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 75 employees as respondents, namely at PT. Semen Padang. In this study, the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis tool was used using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study showed that (1) There is a significant positive influence of Organizational Culture on Work Motivation at PT. Semen Padang. (2) There is a significant positive influence of Work Environment on Work Motivation at PT. Semen Padang. (3) There is a significant positive influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at PT. Semen Padang. (4) There is a significant positive influence of Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Semen Padang. (5) There is a significant positive influence of Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Semen Padang. (6) There is a significant positive influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance through Work Motivation at PT. Semen Padang. (7) There is an insignificant positive influence of the Work Environment on Employee Performance through Work Motivation at PT. Semen Padang.
