Ayam geprek is a popular dish, especially in big cities like Palembang. Currently, many ayam geprek businesses are found, one of which is Ayam Geprek Pakde which has a strategic location surrounded by student boarding houses and several higher education institutions. This study aims to analyze the effect of location on sales of Ayam Geprek Pakde in Palembang City. The culinary business, especially ayam geprek, has great potential in the Indonesian market, especially in areas with high populations such as Palembang. In this context, the choice of business location is an important factor that influences accessibility, visibility, and consumer purchasing decisions. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method to understand consumer perspectives on ease of access, price, and service quality. The results show that strategic locations near boarding houses and universities increase consumer interest, especially students. Accessibility factors, competitive prices, menu variations, and service interactions play a role in influencing purchasing decisions. This study provides an understanding for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) about the importance of location selection as a strategy to increase sales and competitiveness in the culinary industry.

This study aims to determine and analyze the development of the financial performance of PT Bank Negara Indonesia which went public on the Indonesian stock exchange in terms of liquidity, solvency and profitability ratios. The research methodology used in this study is descriptive quantitative, which explains the evolution of financial performance on liquidity, solvency and profitability ratios. Analysis of the financial data resulted in the following findings: Financial performance of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, viewed based on liquidity ratios, shows that the company remains in poor condition when viewed from the quick ratio and the company's cash ratio is not good because it is not below the industry standard average. The company's performance based on the solvency ratio shows poor results, this condition is caused by the results of the Debt to asset ratio (DAR) and Debt to equity ratio (DER) showing that the results for the 2020-2022 period are far above industry standards. Based on the company's profitability ratio, the company is in poor condition because the results of the ratio calculation show that during this period the company's ROI and ROE conditions are below the industry standard average, although the value increases every year, but this does not indicate the company is in good condition.

Islamic accounting is a system grounded in Islamic sharia principles, such as fairness, transparency, and social responsibility. This accounting framework is designed to help companies ensure that their operations and financial reports comply with sharia law. This article examines the role of Islamic accounting as a source of information for sharia-compliant companies. Islamic accounting offers a financial reporting framework that reflects adherence to Islamic values, including the prohibition of usury, gharar (excessive uncertainty), and haram (forbidden) transactions. By providing accurate and relevant information, Islamic accounting aids companies in making strategic decisions aligned with sharia principles. Additionally, it assures stakeholders, including investors and the public, that the company’s operations are conducted ethically and responsibly. Therefore, Islamic accounting functions not only as a financial reporting tool but also as a strategic framework for managing companies committed to sharia compliance.

This research aims to measure the competitiveness of sharia banks in Indonesia. The sharia banks in this research are Sharia People's Bank and My Syariah Bank. The method used in this research is comparative descriptive. The results of the research show that the level of competitiveness of Islamic banks is based on the bank's health level, through measuring financial ratios. Bank Rakyat Syariah has a better bank health level than My Bank Syariah.

This article discusses the role and strategies of multinational companies, with a focus on Nestlé Indonesia, in supporting economic development. Nestlé, as an example of a multinational company, operates in various countries and contributes to local economic growth through investment and innovation. This research identifies the scope of multinational companies and the strategies implemented by Nestlé in facing global challenges and complying with international regulations. In addition, this article highlights the importance of appropriate regulations to support the existence of multinational companies in the global market, as well as their positive impact on the national economy.

This research examines the concept of money from an Islamic economic perspective which is fundamentally different from conventional economic views. In Islam, money is not a commodity that can be traded for profit. Money is a medium of exchange that must be used to support real economic activities and contribute to social welfare. The basic principles of Islamic economics, such as the prohibition of usury, gharar, and maysir strictly regulate the use of money so that it cannot be used for speculative activities that have the potential to be detrimental. This research aims to analyze the role of money in Islamic economics, explore its application in the Islamic financial system, and assess its impact on wealth distribution and economic stability. The research results show that the concept of money in Islam emphasizes justice, ethics and balance in the economy, and can provide a more sustainable alternative compared to conventional financial systems which often pursue maximum profits without paying attention to social impacts. This research concludes that the application of money principles in Islamic economics can support the creation of a fairer and more inclusive financial system and contribute to the overall economic welfare of the people.

In a rapidly changing and competitive business era, an effective human resource (HR) management strategy is a vital foundation for the sustainable growth of an organization. Basuki expressed this by stating that in a dynamic and competitive business environment, an effective HR strategy is an important key to sustainable growth. This research method is a literature review research. Literature review is a description of theories, findings, and other research materials obtained from reference materials to be used as a basis for research activities to compile a clear framework of thinking from the formulation of the problem to be studied. The author summarizes, analyzes, and synthesizes critically and in depth from previous literature. The results of this study state that Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) is one of the largest fast food restaurant chains in the world that focuses on fried chicken. KFC's operational success depends not only on quality products, but also on skilled, motivated human resources (HR) who are in accordance with the organizational culture. In a highly competitive business context, strategic planning and HR recruitment at KFC are one of the main keys to maintaining competitive advantage and the best service to customers.

Human resources (HR) in the company need to be managed professionally in order to create a balance between employee needs and the demands and capabilities of the company's organization. This balance is the main key for the company to be able to develop productively and fairly. HR always plays an active and dominant role in every organizational activity, because humans become planners, actors and determinants of the realization of organizational goals. Human resource management has a major role in every institutional activity. Although supported by facilities and infrastructure and excessive funding sources, without the support of reliable human resources, institutional activities will not run well, this shows that human resources are the main key that must be considered with all its needs. The method used is a literature review, which is a scientific study that focuses on a particular topic. Literature review will provide an overview of the development of a particular topic. Literature review will allow a researcher to identify a theory or method, develop a theory or method, identify gaps that occur between a theory and relevance in the field / to a research result. The results of the study stated that Human Resource Management (HR) is one of the most vital aspects in the success of an organization or company. At PT Jarum, the implementation of HR management aims to create synergy between employees, management, and the company's strategic goals. This goal does not only include achieving short-term results such as productivity, but also includes long-term efforts to ensure the company's desires and the welfare of its employees.

Indonesia needs an industrial structure that can grow sustainably, has high local potential, is resistant to global economic turmoil, and has a strong and synergistic relationship with other economic sectors and industrial subsectors. As a base for job creation, a producer of added value to regulate the domestic market, a generator of tax revenue and foreign exchange, and a driver of sustainable growth, the industrial sector plays an important role in the Indonesian economy. To achieve this, support from the government is needed through the provision of legal facilities in the form of a policy foundation that can encourage the creation of quality industrial development. the legal basis can be a reference and benchmark for industry players to be able to carry out their industrial processes and activities in line with national goals. Because the industrial sector is one of the important sectors in supporting the national economy. For this reason, it is necessary to have synergy between the government as a facility provider in the form of rules or policy bases that regulate industrial activities, and industry players as executors of policies issued by the government so that harmony can be created that can support sustainable industrial development in Indonesia.

Economic growth that continues to grow rapidly from time to time has a significant impact on the pattern of competition between companies, especially in the manufacturing sector. This competition arises from globalization and the existence of a free market economy caused by the many new companies with similar products as competitors, this triggers competition for market share and the struggle for consumers. Therefore, a strategy is needed in analyzing competition patterns so that companies are able to survive and thrive in the face of competitive market competition. This journal article discusses the strategy and analysis of industrial competition with a case study of PT Unilever Indonesia. In the Uniliver company, there is no doubt that consumer goods are currently very competitive. Several large companies compete fiercely to reach the global market. So PT Unilever must consider a competitive strategy plan. In addition to the main players in the market, Unilever has many other smaller competitors who compete with it in a narrow and specific product space. The discussion in this article explains that there are various strategies for PT Unilever Indonesia in facing competition between companies in the manufacturing sector, including Promotion/Marketing Strategy, Sustainability-Based Strategy, Community Engagement Strategy, Information Technology Strategy, Functional Strategy, and Competitive Profile Matrix (CPM).
