Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the creation of the universe with the Dynic Paradigm according to the R12 Metamorphosis Reproduction (Metamorep) Theory in the 6 stages of the Covid economic era. The theory of R12 metamorphosis is based on the formula R12 and the Metamorphosis pattern. R12 is the Roikhan-12 formula that develops the Initial Edge Concept. The Metamorphosis Pattern is found in the changes in the Butterfly from the beginning. The Dynic Paradigm refers to the content of the scriptures according to truth and facts. This research was conducted in a desk study by collecting sources from scriptures, journals, books, and electronic media. The methodology used is Reflective Qualitative. The method used is metaphor and similarity. The result obtained is the Theory R12 Metamorphosis in the creation of the universe consists of 6 stages. This stage is a combination of the butterfly life cycle plus the creature's breeding cycle. It starts with 1 dot like an egg which contains high-density matter. Then there was a separation which was called the Early Edge Concept. Similar to this concept is the meaning of the Quran Surah Hid 11.114 which is interpreted as a separation from 1 solid dot into 2 parts, namely the edge of the universe's matter has 2 parts, and at the beginning of the universe's matter, there is 1 part in the caterpillar metaphor. Followed by the transformation into a Nebula with smoke covering the galaxy with the metaphor of a cocoon with the reflexivity of the universe praying. The last stage of Metamorphosis is the Butterfly which is represented in the form of the universe starting to develop at the beginning of its perfection. Two additional stages are before the reproductive period with the maturity level of the young universe. The last is the reproduction phase of the universe with a more mature maturity. The Dynic Paradigm is a solution for the development of the theory of the creation of the universe that combines existing theories with the contents of the holy book of the Covid economic era.

Abstract

In the era of the Internet of Things as it is today, especially in the world of education, where information can be accessed quickly, can be accessed from anywhere and anytime, it will be very helpful in the learning process and interaction between teachers and students. One method that we can apply is the existence of an application that can bridge the learning process between students and teachers, so that distance and time are no longer an obstacle, especially during this COVID-19 pandemic, such as when there is a communication PSBB between teachers and students at school. Some use Whatsapp Groups, the use of Whatsapp groups is considered less well organized, both from the material presented or the tasks given. This also supports the Industrial Revolution 4.0 where we try to prepare from an early age so that the learning process and interaction between students and teachers, apart from face-to-face, can also get used to doing distance learning. With the resources and limitations of schools, it is not an easy and cheap job to make such an application. For this reason, we dream of presenting an educational platform that can automatically initiate applications that can support today's digital learning processes or methods. Schools will be able and able to make their respective school applications easily and quickly. To answer this problem, the author tries to solve it by presenting an educational platform that can be used to create school applications independently. Edunesia platform produces applications needed for learning media or material delivery, while the applications produced by this platform include Web Admin (content manager), Teacher Android Mobile Application, and Student Android Mobile Apps. The resulting application is complete with features that support learning activities from home, such as learning videos, student and teacher consultations, Online Classrooms (Video Conference).

Abstract

The Work Unit for Procurement (UKPBJ) of the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture has developed a Procurement Information System in Schools (SIPLah) to create effectiveness, efficiency, transparency, and accountability of the procurement ecosystem in education units. 103,619 education units have used SIPLah, this achievement has not met the target of 220,283 schools in 2019 which has increased to 442,960 education units in 2020. The level of user acceptance has a significant influence on achieving the target number of users, but UKPBJ has never conducted research related to this factor. As a result, user acceptance has not become a reference in determining strategies in the socialization and development of SIPLah. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the adoption of SIPLah from the user's perspective in educational units using the Unified Model of E-Government Adoption (UMEGA). In this exploratory research, the perceived risk variable on UMEGA which in the hypothesis has a negative effect, be changed to perceived security so that it has a positive effect and is in line with other hypotheses. There were 150 valid respondents who were analyzed statistically using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the study can be concluded that factors of performance expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, perceived security, and attitude are factors that must be considered by UKPBJ in determining strategies to socialize and develop SIPLah, because these factors have a significant positive impact on user intentions in education unit to adopt SIPLah.

Abstract

Currently, agile is one method often used in software development. However, implementing agile is not easy. Many factors can affect the successful implementation of agile software development (ASD). One of the factors that often arise is individuals/people. Previous research has proven that the people factor is one of the factors that can increase the success of ASD implementation. However, only one study focuses on the people factor that researchers in Portugal have done. Therefore, this study attempts to identify the effect of people's factors on the success of ASD in Indonesia. Respondents in this study are individuals who have or are currently using ASD. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire and validated the data using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings of this study indicate that team capability influences the success of ASD implementation, while personal characteristics, societal culture, and customer involvement have no effect. In addition, other findings personal characteristics can affect team capabilities and customer involvement.

Abstract

Technology continues to develop tools and applications to help students learning, especially in early childhood education. This innovation has an impact on children's learning behavior and activities since children are familiar with and enjoy playing with digital games. Previous research has attempted to combine the fun aspects of games with the learning aspects of games to create child-friendly activities. Gamification helps to create an effective educational environment in order to increase children's motivation, engagement, and learning performance. However, there are few studies that discuss the impact of gamification on children's learning, as well as the types of game elements and technology that are acceptable for them. This study presents a systematic literature review on gamification in order to identify the types of goals, game elements, and trends in gamification technology for the younger generation. In this study, 20 research articles were selected to be reviewed from four database sources (IEEE Xplore, ScienceDirect, Scopus and ACM) from 2017 to 2021. The results showed that the primary goal of gamification for children were to increase motivation and engagement. Several elements, such as points, levels, and leaderboards, were frequently used in the game. Finally, mobile applications were commonly used for gamification in the learning process of children.

Abstract

The availability of electrical energy is one of the crucial parameters in the growth and development of a region. To accelerate Indonesia's economic transformation and change the orientation of development to become Indonesia-centric, the government will move the current capital city to the province of East Kalimantan. Various policies have been drawn up, including the plan to relocate civil servants. The increase in population and economic mobility will have an impact on the demand for electrical energy. This research uses LEAP software, where the approach method used to calculate the projected electrical energy demand is the end-use method. There are three scenarios for projecting electricity demand, that is business as usual (BAU), moderate scenario (MOD), and optimistic scenario (OPT). MOD and OPT are scenarios with the impact of moving the national capital. The projection results for the 2022-2035 period show that the consumption of electrical energy in each scenario increases every year. The BAU scenario grew by 8.11%, the MOD scenario by 9.09%, and the OPT scenario by 9.64%. Cumulative energy consumption for all customer sectors in 2035 in the BAU scenario will reach 13,760 GWh. The MOD scenario is 15,899 GWh, and the highest energy consumption in 2035 is in the OPT scenario which reaches 17,171 GWh.

Abstract

This paper gives an overview of the research that has been done on wind power forecasting models, which may be used to aid in the optimum integration of Renewable Energy (RE) into electric power networks. Aside from the economic advantages, the variable nature of wind energy production has a variety of negative consequences for the electric grid system, including stability, reliability, and the capacity to plan for future operations, among other things. As a result, precise forecasting of wind power output is critical for grid stability and security, as well as for the promotion of large-scale wind power. To ensure the accuracy of wind energy forecasts, a variety of conventional, artificial intelligence, and hybrid methodologies have been developed. The simplicity and robustness of time-series-based methods have made them popular for forecasting applications. Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs) and Fuzzy Logic have recently been supported by several researchers for forecasting because of their flexibility. This review covers the performance of many wind power forecasting models that are classified according to their categories. It is also offered a critical examination of contemporary studies, which includes statistical model and machine learning models that are based on historical data. Aspects of this study that are taken into consideration include the advantages and disadvantages of various forecasting models, including hybrid models, as well as performance matrices used in assessing the forecasting model. In addition, the possible advantages of model optimization are examined in detail as well.

Abstract

LoRa technology in Indonesia is currently in the development stage to accelerate the digitalization of cheap and reliable connectivity-based smart utilities. Palabuhanratu is a potential area for LoRa network infrastructure development due to the density of end devices in Palabuhanratu which causes the process of sending data on a network to be hampered. The parameters used in the LPWA software simulation include Signal Level, Noise to Interference Carrier Level and Link Budget. This research method analyzes the simulation results on Signal Level, Noise to Interference Carrier Level and Link Budget as parameters for the construction of LoRa network infrastructure at a frequency of 920-923 MHz in Palabuhanratu. The research is divided into two planning stages. The first planning stage is the calculation of capacity and calculation of coverage. The second planning stage is simulation using Atoll Low Power Wide Area software. The results of the simulation analysis obtained in this study are that there are 10 gateway capacities using the Atoll application software. The average values generated by the simulation parameters include the Signal Level, which is -64.06 dBm with the ”good” category based on the KPI standard, which is more than - 80 dBm and the Noise to Interference Carrier Level parameter of 27.71 dB which is included in the ”excellent” category, namely greater than 12 dBm in KPI standardization, and the resulting path loss is -107.74 dBm at a cell radius of 1.261 km.
