Abstract

Adolescence is an age that is vulnerable to various nutritional problems because, at the age of adolescence, the body experiences an accelerated growth and development process so it requires more energy. In addition, teenagers also like to follow changes in lifestyle and eating habits that are not necessarily healthy, giving rise to various nutritional problems in adolescents. This health education is carried out to encourage students to make positive behavior changes by balanced nutrition in their teens.ActivityCommunity service is carried out inKandai Satu Dompu Village, by conducting health counseling on balanced nutrition for adolescents at SMK Negeri 02 DOMPU. Counseling participants totaled 60 students. Counseling is carried out using the lecture method and audio-visual media to make it interesting and easier for students to understand the material and distribute posters on tips for maintaining a balanced nutritional pattern to increase students' knowledge and understanding of balanced nutrition in adolescents. Counseling received a good response and ran smoothly, the message conveyed was well received by students. This is evidenced by an increase in student's knowledge about balanced nutrition in adolescents, students understand the health problems caused by unbalanced nutrition. The hope is that the interventions that have been given can be applied by students in everyday life so that they can improve the nutritional status of adolescents.

Abstract

Covid-19, which has become a global pandemic, has made many people take preventive measures. One way to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 is to maintain cleanliness such as diligently washing hands with soap using Hand Sanitizer. The purpose of this training is to provide knowledge to cadre mothers about how to make Hand Sanitizers during the Covid-19 pandemic. The partner in this service activity is RW.12 in Cibadak sub-district, Bogor City. Due to the limitations of Hand Sanitizer and to take advantage of time at home we can make our own Hand Sanitizer. This training activity was carried out for 1 time with three stages: 1) preparation, implementation, evaluation activities. This activity was carried out by Ibn Khaldun University Bogor Students who were accompanied by Field Supervisors, the results of this activity showed that the partners of this activity were able to make their own Hand Sanitizer.

Abstract

Jamkeswatch is a national social health insurance supervisory institution established by the Confederation of Indonesian Trade Unions as a control function for the implementation of National Health Insurance and the Social Health Security Organizing Agency. This is done to ensure that the implementation of health insurance in this country can run as we expect. In addition to criticizing policies, Jamkeswatch also advocates for people who have difficulty having access to health insurance. In this research, we will discuss the role of Jamkeswatch in helping people who experience difficulties, especially in the Cicadas Village area, Bogor Regency.

Abstract

The world is currently going through difficult times due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Indonesia is also one of the countries affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result of this pandemic, all human activities have been disrupted, even paralyzing the community's economic sector. The agricultural sector is a superior sector because the livelihood of the Indonesian population is mostly farming. Parakan Jaya village where most of the population as vegetable farmers. One of the vegetable producers in Bogor Regency. Vegetables are food crops as the basic needs of the community. This farming is carried out by ladies and gentlemen in the neighborhood of Rt 05 Rw 08 Parakan Jaya Village, Kemang Bogor. This service activity is called the independent written idea real work lecture (KKN-GTM) because the implementation technique is carried out independently and the location of the activity is carried out in the residential environment. The purpose of this service is to find out the activities of agricultural activities that are carried out every day, especially in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic that is currently happening in Indonesia.

Abstract

Food security will continue to be a food problem in most countries in the world. This is because along with the increasing population, purchasing power and global climate dynamics also increase. Various kinds of efforts have been made to build food security both within the family and the wider community, one of which is by utilizing yards. The purpose of this community service program is for the community to be able to use their yards with productive plants for family food availability, increase family income, and medicine, and also effort to increase food security. Various social, cultural, and economic problems are still encountered in every program of utilizing community yards, including the not yet optimal use of yards, still part-time and not yet market-oriented, as well as a lack of assistance from officials who have not been adequate and evenly distributed. Therefore, careful planning and cross-sectoral support are needed in optimizing the use of yards so that they can contribute to supporting food security. Kandai Satu Sub-District is an area that has an average of yards belonging to the moderate to large yards group so that the utilization of yards can be done by combining various types of productive plants, including a combination of medicinal plants, fruits, vegetable plants, food plants, and other local plants. adapted to the size of the yard.
