Abstract

Terminal illnesses are quite painful and thus require proper attention both from the healthcare personnel and the family. The modern developments in therapeutic and care options in trying to reduce the effects of terminal illness have contributed a lot in the rise of the quality of health care among diagnosed patients. Through the procedure, a person may feel frightened and also anxious. This worry has been documented in patients with life-threatening diseases such as cancer, bubonic plague, or dynamic coronary infarction. Stress in between scientific research and belief are much more frequently revealed in western culture. Terminal illnesses are quite painful and thus require proper attention both from the healthcare personnel and the family. This work tries to figure out how people cope with terminal illnesses, emphasizing the importance of the psychosocial and spiritual model in helping patients who have been diagnosed with these kinds of diseases. It was found that only a small number of patients with terminal illness were receiving support from healthcare personnel. This of course suggests that there is limited availability of psychosocial personnel to handle the emotional and spiritual suffering of patients with terminal illness. In the absence of professional health services, patients may sought the support of family and friends. This work tries to figure out how people cope with terminal illnesses, emphasizing the importance of the psychosocial and spiritual model in helping patients who have been diagnosed with these kinds of diseases.

Abstract

Cosmetic pharmaceuticals, or cosmetic goods with drug-like qualities, are the most recent innovation in the pharmaceutical industry. Klingman coined the term "cosmeceuticals. "There are many, and they are very different, marine resources. As a result, marine components have a variety of possible applications in the cosmetics industry, including as active ingredients, excipients, and additives. Some of the active marine sources used to create cosmeceuticals include sea weeds, marine fish, phytoplanktons, sponges, corals, sea mammals, fungi, bacteria, and mollusks. Cosmetics made from marine resources provide a variety of advantages, such as antioxidant activity, skin whitening, moisturising, de-pigmentation, and anti-aging. The market is flooded with cosmeceuticals that contain marine ingredients. This review focuses on the potential of marine components, a subject that has drawn academics' interest in recent years.

Abstract

In the period from 2021 to 2022, we examined 70 children who applied to the Bukhara Regional Children's Multidisciplinary Medical Center ENT department. The age distribution was as follows: children of the first year (7 months to 11 months) – 2 (3%), early age (from 1 to 2 years) – 16 (22.8%), preschool (3 l – 6 years) - 33 (47.2%) and school age (7 l – 11 years old) – 19 (27.3%) children. Patients of preschool age (from 3 to 6 years, 47.2%) prevailed among the patients. The use of photodynamic therapy in the complex therapy of chronic adenoiditis eliminates tubar dysfunction and snoring 5 times faster and normalizes nasal breathing 3 times faster than with traditional treatment, improving the indicators of anterior active rhinomanometry in total volume flow 4 times, and in total resistance 20 times, which indicates adequate inclusion of hypertrophied pharyngeal tonsil to the zone of therapeutic effect of the new method.
