Abstract

A restaurant is a place of business that provides various types of food and beverages to be consumed on the spot or taken home. Restaurants are also often the venue of choice for various events, such as family gatherings, birthday celebrations, or business meetings. Restaurant recommendations based on user reviews are becoming an increasingly popular approach in helping individuals find the best places to eat according to their preferences. The purpose of the research is to develop an effective and objective decision support system in providing the best restaurant recommendations based on user reviews. This research makes a significant contribution to improving the quality of the user review-based recommendation system, by combining the advantages of objective data analysis (LOPCOW) and multi-criteria optimization (MOORA). The results of the combined ranking of the LOPCOW and MOORA methods show that Kedai Kita is ranked the highest with a score of 0.2897, followed by De'leuit Restaurant with a score of 0.284. Lemongrass Restaurant is in third place with a score of 0.2485, while Kluwih Sunda Authentic and Gurih 7 Bogor obtained a score of 0.2223 and 0.1981, respectively. The last position was occupied by RM Bumi Aki Puncak with the lowest score, which was 0.0396. These results show differences in performance or quality levels based on criteria analyzed using a combination of the two methods.

Abstract

Delivery services are services that provide logistics solutions to deliver goods or documents from one location to another efficiently and on time. The main problem in choosing the best delivery service lies in the complexity of assessing various criteria that affect the quality of service. In addition, the information available from service providers is often subjective and does not reflect actual performance, hindering objective decision-making. The choice of delivery service can also be affected by the lack of accurate information about the service's performance, especially if customers only rely on reviews or recommendations that do not necessarily reflect the true quality. In addition, the selection based on the cheapest price without considering the quality aspect can risk the safety and timeliness of delivery of goods. As a result of calculating the utility value using the SMART method, the best delivery service alternative for online businesses is Jasa C, which obtained the highest utility value of 0.9100, making it the first choice in the ranking. In second place, there is Jasa E with a utility value of 0.5548, which shows a fairly good performance although not as high as Jasa C. Jasa A follows in third place with a utility value of 0.4778, which indicates that this alternative has a lower performance than the top two delivery services. The results of this ranking provide a clear picture of the performance of each delivery service, which can be used as a basis for decision-making to choose the optimal delivery service according to the needs of online business.

Abstract

Ordering goods is an important process in business activities that involves requesting or purchasing a product from a supplier of goods, both for personal and operational purposes of the company. The main problem in the goods order information system is the lack of efficiency and accuracy in data management and order processing. Often, these systems face errors in data input, such as stock information that is not updated in real-time, which can lead to mismatches between the availability of goods and customer orders. In addition, non-optimal system integration can slow down the ordering process, especially if it involves multiple departments or manual verification stages. An order information system is a technology solution designed to manage and automate the process of ordering goods effectively and efficiently. This research aims to design and develop a web-based goods ordering information system that is able to meet the needs of modern businesses, with a focus on ease of use, data security, and scalability to support the company's future growth. The development of a web-based goods ordering information system is an effort to create a digital platform that facilitates the process of managing goods orders efficiently, flexibly, and integrated. This system is designed to support various needs, such as order submission, stock availability checking, shipment status tracking, and real-time transaction data management. The test results of the web-based ordering information system have been tested on 10 main features, and all features have successfully met the expected results. Thus, the success rate of the testing of the web-based goods ordering information system shows a test success rate of 100%, which indicates that the system has functioned according to the needs and specifications that have been determined.

Abstract

The Village Information System (SID) is an information technology-based platform designed to support data management, public services, and decision-making at the village level. SID enables the collection, storage, and processing of data related to population, infrastructure, economic potential, and village development programs in an integrated manner. Prior to the implementation of SID, data management and administrative services at the village level often faced various problems. One of the main problems is the lack of regularity and accuracy in data recording, which is often still done manually, making it prone to errors and duplication. This hinders the decision-making process that requires valid and real-time data. The purpose of this study is to design an effective and efficient village information system by using the Extreme Programming (XP) method as an adaptive and collaborative software development approach, so that a platform that is able to support data-based decision-making, community participation, and innovation towards the implementation of a sustainable digital village. With the XP approach, the design of village information systems becomes more dynamic, allowing for closer collaboration between developers and users, and ensuring that the system can adapt quickly to changes in needs or new challenges that arise. The test results using the ISO 25010 standard, the village information system designed with the Extreme Programming method successfully met all the characteristics of software quality with a success rate of 100%, indicating that the system is feasible to be implemented in a real environment.

Abstract

Supplier selection is an important process in supply chain management that aims to select the best business partners who are able to provide goods or services according to the company's needs with optimal quality, price, and delivery time. Problems in selecting suppliers often arise due to the complexity of the evaluation process involving various conflicting criteria. The main purpose of this study is to produce a more accurate and objective supplier ranking based on various criteria, such as product quality, price, delivery time, order flexibility, and payment terms. With this approach, this research can improve decision-making efficiency by minimizing subjectivity and bias in the supplier evaluation process. This research contributes to the development of a decision support system based on a multi-criteria method, especially in the context of supply chain management and business partner selection. The results of the calculation using the TOPSIS method, the alternative ranking for supplier selection is determined by the proximity value calculated from the distance of each alternative to the positive and negative ideal solution. Supplier 7 ranked first with the highest proximity value, 0.7653, indicating that this supplier is closest to the ideal solution. It was followed by Supplier 3 in second place with a proximity value of 0.7112, which also had a good performance although slightly lower than Supplier 7. The results of this ranking provide a clear picture of which suppliers best meet the desired criteria, making it easier to make decisions.

Abstract

Superior products are goods or services that have a higher value compared to other similar products because of their quality, innovation, or uniqueness. These products are usually produced through a standardized production process, utilizing selected raw materials, and supported by modern technology and special skills. The determination of superior products is carried out through a comprehensive analysis process to identify goods or services that have great potential to provide added value, both economically and socially. The main problem in determining superior products often arises due to the lack of accurate and comprehensive data on market potential, product quality, and consumer needs. Inaccuracies in setting evaluation criteria or weights given to each criterion can also result in bias in the selection process. This research aims to implement a combination of SMART and CRITIC methods in a decision support system to determine superior products objectively and efficiently. This combination is designed to take advantage of the advantages of the SMART method in evaluating alternatives based on multi-criteria utility, as well as the CRITIC method in determining the weight of the criteria objectively based on data variation and correlation between criteria. The results of the ranking of seven products are based on the total value that has been calculated using a certain evaluation method. Product G (D700) ranks first with the highest score of 0.78961, showing the best performance compared to other alternatives. These results provide clear information about which products are superior and can be the basis for decision-making in choosing the best product.

Abstract

Purchasing Division Staff is an individual who is responsible for managing the procurement process of goods or services needed by the organization. They have a crucial role in ensuring the availability of materials or services of the highest quality, competitive prices, and delivery times that suit operational needs. Their main duties include analyzing needs, finding and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and monitoring supplier compliance with agreed agreements. The combination of the SAW and ROC methods creates an effective approach in multi-criteria decision support systems, by integrating the strengths of both methods. The advantage of this combination is the integration of ROC which ensures the weighting of criteria is based on the order of importance systematically, while SAW simplifies the process of calculating the final score. The ranking results obtained by TF Staff ranked the highest with a score of 0.8736, showing the most superior performance among all purchasing staff. The second position was occupied by AE Staff with a score of 0.8568, who also had a very good performance although slightly lower than TF Staff. DP staff is in third place with a score of 0.8086, still in the strong and competitive performance category. These results provide an objective picture of the order of purchasing staff performance based on the criteria that have been evaluated.

Abstract

A video editor is a professional who is responsible for processing raw footage into videos that are interesting, structured, and in accordance with the project's objectives. Choosing the best video editor requires careful consideration to evaluate their mastery of popular editing software, as well as additional capabilities such as color correction, audio processing, and visual effects. The main problem in choosing the best video editor often has to do with the difficulty of objectively assessing quality and ability before working together. Problems in the best video editor rating often arise due to the subjective nature of the work and depend on aesthetic preferences as well as the specific needs of the project. This study aims to apply the G-MAUT method in the process of selecting the best video editor. The main goal is to produce an objective, systematic, and multi-criteria-based assessment system to help make more accurate decisions. By using the G-MAUT method, this research can provide solutions that can improve efficiency and fairness in the election process, as well as contribute to the development of decision support systems in the creative field. The results of the calculation using the G-MAUT method in the ranking of the best video editor selection were obtained by Candidate C managed to rank first with the highest final score, which was 0.7794, showing superior performance compared to other candidates. In second place, there is Candidate A with a score of 0.4241, which still shows a significant contribution even though it is quite far from the first place. Candidate D followed in third place with a score of 0.3573. These results illustrate the stark differences among the candidates, providing important insights for further evaluation.

Abstract

Selecting the best customers is an important process in marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) strategies that aim to identify the customers who contribute the most to the success of the business. The main problem in selecting the best customer lies in the difficulty in objectively assessing and comparing customer performance, given the diversity of characteristics of each customer. The combination of rank sum and GRA methods is an approach that combines two powerful techniques in multi-attribute decision-making to evaluate and select the best alternatives. This approach aims to overcome the limitations of each method when used separately, and take advantage of the advantages of both methods in producing more objective and accurate decisions. The results of the alternative ranking show that Customer C is ranked first with a value of 0.2, followed by Customer A (0.1865) and Customer G (0.1864). Meanwhile, customers with the lowest GHG values, such as Customer H (0.0167), are in last position because their performance is furthest from ideal conditions. These results help visualize the ranking order based on the performance of each alternative, making it easier to make decisions in choosing the best customers. This research contributes to generating objective and transparent decisions, as well as helping companies identify potential customers based on criteria such as loyalty, revenue contribution, or long-term potential.

Abstract

Employee performance refers to the extent to which an employee can achieve the goals and expectations that have been set by the organization, both in terms of quantity and quality of work. Employee performance appraisals cover various aspects, such as productivity, skills, discipline, creativity, and the ability to adapt to change. The main problem in employee performance evaluation is often related to the accuracy of assessments of various aspects of performance. Employee performance appraisal is a systematic process to evaluate the extent to which an employee meets the standards set by the organization in carrying out his or her duties and responsibilities. The purpose of this study is to apply the SD-MOORA method in evaluating employee performance objectively and comprehensively in the evaluation process, improve the accuracy of assessment, and provide a clearer picture of employee performance based on relevant criteria. The results of employee performance evaluation using the SD-MOORA method show that Siti Aisyah and Dina Putri occupy the top position with the same preference value, which is 0.47715, which indicates that their performance is superior in meeting the evaluation criteria. Both of these employees demonstrated consistent performance across the various aspects measured. In second place, there is Ahmad Firdaus with a preference score of 0.42932, which also reflects a fairly good contribution, although slightly lower than the two employees in the first rank. These results provide guidance for management to identify the best performing employees as well as design appropriate development strategies for other employees to increase their contributions in the future.
