Abstract

ARI in toddlers is very dangerous if not treated immediately, it is necessary to increase knowledge by providing education on how to prevent ARI in toddlers. Pocket Book Media is a tool in the form of a book, equipped with writing and pictures that can cover many people, practical in its use because it can be used anywhere. Media leaflet is a sheet of paper that contains writing in short, dense, easy-to-understand sentences and simple pictures. The aim of the study was to determine whether there was a difference in parental knowledge about preventing ARI in toddlers against the group given pocket books and the group given leaflets. This research method uses a quasi-experimental approach with a two group pretest – posttest design approach. The population in this study were children under five who suffered from ARI in January-February 2021 in the Hebeybhulu Yoka Health Center area totaling 56 people, while the sample using random sampling technique was 30 people. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire. The results showed that there was no difference in parental knowledge about ARI prevention in the group given the Pocket Book and the group given Leaflets.

Abstract

Kewaspadaan petugas sangat berpengaruh dalam penyimpanan berkas rekam medis, namun dalam pelaksanaannya penyimpanan berkas rekam medis masih ditemukan terjadinya missfile sehingga menghambat proses pelayanan, Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat kewaspadaan petugas rekam medis dengan angka kejadian missfile di Puskesmas Kepulungan Kabupaten Pasuruan metode penelitian ini adalah analitik kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 4 responden petugas rekam medis dan sampel 52 berkas rekam medis yangmissfile dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling dan quota sampling dengan analisa statistik regresi linier berganda. Hasil kesimpulan di dapatkan ada hubungan tingkat kewaspadaan petugas rekam medis dengan angka kejadian missfile di Puskesmas Kepulungan kabupaten Pasuruan, upaya yang dilakukan dengan membatasi akses rekam medis, melaksanakan pelatihan petugas, penambahan tracer dan buku ekspedisi untuk meminimalisir kejadian missfile.

Abstract

Kartu Identitas Berobat (KIB) adalah kartu identitas pasien yang diserahkan kepada petugas untuk digunakan kembali bila datang berobat kembali, hal tersebut akan mempermudah petugas pendaftaran untuk mencari dokumen rekam medis pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan kepatuhan pasien membawa Kartu identitas Berobat (KIB) antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan informasi oleh petugas pendaftaran rawat jalan. Metode penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian adalah pasien yang berobat ke Puskesmas Gempol sebanyak 66 pasien dengan menggunakan teknik insidental dengan analisa uji paired sample t test. Hasil analisis data menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan kepatuhan pasien membawa Kartu Identitas Berobat (KIB) antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan informasi oleh petugas pendaftaran rawat jalan.

Abstract

Coronavirus disease 19 (Covid 19) merupakan penyakit baru yang dapat mengancam jutaan nyawa orang diseluruh dunia. Covid 19 tidak hanya mempunyai dampak negatif bagi kesehatan fisik akan tetapi berdampak pada kesehatan mental. Ibu hamil merupakan salah satu yang rentan terhadap Covid 19, sehingga membuat kecemasan meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil di era pandemic covid 19. Metode penelitian menggunakan pra eksperimen dengan rancangan One Group Pre-post Test Design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua ibu hamil yaitu sebanyak 37. Teknik Sampling menggunakan total sampling dengan jumlah 37 responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner kecemasan dengan skala HARS. Hasil penelitian diperoleh P value 0,000 yang artinya ada pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil di era pandemi covid 19.   Coronavirus disease 19 (Covid 19) is a new disease that can threaten the lives of millions of people around the world. Covid 19 not only has a negative impact on physical health but also has an impact on mental health. Pregnant women are one of the most vulnerable to Covid 19, thereby increasing anxiety. This study aims to analyze the effect of health education on the level of anxiety of pregnant women in the era of the covid 19 pandemic. The research method used a pre-experimental design with a One Group Pre-post Test Design. The population of this study were all 37 pregnant women. The sampling technique used a total sampling of 37 respondents. The research instrument used an anxiety questionnaire with the HARS scale. The results of the study obtained a P value of 0.000 which means that there is an influence of health education on the anxiety level of pregnant women in the era of the pandemic covid 19.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas komunikasi dalam keperawatan yang disebut komunikasi terapeutik. Fase komunikasi terapeutik ini akan terbentuk dengan sebuah perilaku, yaitu perilaku caring. Penerapan perilaku caring perlu didasari dengan pengetahuan komunikasi terapeutik tersebut. Namun kenyataannya mahasiswa keperawatan masih didapatkan memiliki pengetahuan komunikasi terapeutik dan perilaku caring yang kurang baik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan cross sectional dan purposive sampling. Populasinya adalah mahasiswa profesi ners di STIKes Medistra Indonesia tahun 2022 berjumlah 131 mahasiswa. Dengan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa p sebesar 0,0000, sehingga kesimpulannya terdapat hubungan tingkat pengetahuan tentang komunikasi terapeutik dengan perilaku caring pada mahasiswa profesi ners di STIKes Medistra Indonesia Tahun 2022.

Abstract

Interpersonal communication is communication between two or more people and becomes the basis of therapeutic communication. Therapeutic communication is a process of delivering messages by nurses to patients that influence each other and aim to provide a patient healing process. The application of therapeutic communication based on knowledge will be permanent and even become a habit so that the application of therapeutic communication is not difficult to do. With the application of good therapeutic communication, the nursing process can run optimally. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge of interpersonal communication and the application of therapeutic communication to nursing students at STIKes Medistra Indonesia in 2022. The analytical quantitative research method with a Cross-Sectional approach, and sampling technique using stratified random sampling totaled 163 students. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge of interpersonal communication and the application of therapeutic communication to nursing students at STIKes Medistra Indonesia in 2022.
