Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of brand experience, brand image, and affective commitment on brand loyalty in Bank SulutGo Manado customers, both simultaneously and partially. Data collection in this research used a questionnaire with a total of 400 respondents who were customers of Bank SulutGo Manado. The results of this research show that there is a significant influence of brand experience, brand image, and affective commitment on brand loyalty. Based on the results of this research, Bank SulutGo must continue to maintain a good reputation, promote the company more, and have other superior products so that in the future it can further influence brand loyalty among customers, continue to provide good and safe service and continue to pay attention to the environment around the Bank. SulutGo must continue to increase brand loyalty directly, as well as continue to maintain the quality of their service which can have a positive influence on customer affective commitment so that they can continue to increase brand loyalty among customers

Abstract

The study analyzed the challenges to vendor selection: assessing the strategic steps of mitigating the challenges. Vendor Selection is one of the crucial decisions frequently executed by many industries. In recent times, the number of suppliers has increased enormously depending on a wide range of criteria. For many organizations, effective vendor selection is of vital importance. As the pace of market globalization quickens, the number of potential vendors and factors to consider when selecting vendors’ increases. While selecting vendors, organizations encounter a multitude of challenges that can impact the efficiency, effectiveness, and overall success of their operations. These challenges stem from various factors, including vendor reliability, compatibility, cost considerations, and risk management. Overcoming vendor selection challenges requires a systematic approach that involves careful planning, evaluation, and decision-making. Start by clearly defining your organization's needs, objectives, and priorities. Research the market to identify potential vendors that offer products or services aligned with your requirements. On this basis, the study concluded that in many projects there are bound to be critical success factors and they have much impact on vendor selection. The critical success factors include the work sequence with a timeline that an individual can demonstrate in his/her plan to meet the project timeline. As it is the work sequence with timeline includes strict adherence to the project scope, provision of the project timeline, evaluation of the procurement document, milestone, selection of the right procurement strategy, preparation of work sequence document, and many more. One of the recommendations made was that the project manager must be proactive and do due diligence early on with the project to lead as required including developing a progress review to track if indeed the project is meeting its intended delivery plan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how an individual's knowledge of accounting, IT usage, and internship experience affect their preparedness for the workforce in the 4.0 and 5.0 industrial revolutions. This study employs a quantitative methodology. Thirty samples were gathered using the purposive sampling method based on the non-probability sampling technique. Multiple linear regression analyses were used in the data processing procedure. The findings of the study indicate that having an internship, using information technology, and having a basic Accounting Understanding all have a positive and significant impact on one's fitness for the workforce as an accountant in the context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0. Thus, an individual's degree of work preparedness can be influenced by their knowledge of accounting, their proficiency with information technology, and their internship experience.

Abstract

This article explores the transformative impact of digital financial technology (FinTech) on Islamic insurance (Takaful) and other financial institutions. It examines the unique opportunities and challenges associated with FinTech innovation in the context of Islamic finance, characterized by adherence to Shariah principles. The study examines the integration of digital technologies such as blockchain, artificial intelligence (AI) and big data analytics to improve operational efficiency, customer experience and regulatory compliance. In addition, it addresses specific issues facing Islamic financial institutions, including Shariah compliance, cybersecurity risks, and the digital divide. The results highlight the need for a strategic approach to leveraging FinTech for sustainable growth in the Islamic finance sector.

Abstract

A government organization has predetermined goals. Success in achieving these goals does not only depend on government operational funds, facilities, infrastructure, and technology, but also on human resources. Therefore, this research aims to examine the influence of work motivation and employee abilities on the effectiveness of local government organizations, with the hypothesis that "there is a positive influence of work motivation and employee abilities on organizational effectiveness." The study employs a causal survey method, incorporating multiple regression analysis techniques. This research employs a quantitative approach, obtaining, processing, and analyzing data statistically (parametrically). This research concludes, based on the carried out data analysis, that: (i) the combination of work motivation and ability significantly influences organizational effectiveness; (ii) work motivation partially influences organizational effectiveness; and (iii) ability partially influences organizational effectiveness.
