Abstract

Stunting is a nutritional issue that poses a global challenge, especially in developing countries like Indonesia. According to UNICEF, Indonesia ranks among the top five countries with the highest stunting prevalence. To address this issue, clustering provinces in Indonesia each year can help ensure equitable food distribution and other resources. This can be done using the K-Means clustering algorithm, with the optimal number of clusters determined by the elbow method and evaluated using the silhouette coefficient and Davies-Bouldin index. The optimal number of clusters was found to be 3, with a silhouette coefficient of 0.50 and a Davies-Bouldin index of 0.70. In 2020, there were 15 provinces in cluster 1, 6 provinces in cluster 2, and 17 provinces in cluster 3. In 2021, 15 provinces were in cluster 1, 17 in cluster 2, and 6 in cluster 3. In 2022, there were 17 provinces in cluster 1, 14 in cluster 2, and 7 in cluster 3. In 2023, 5 provinces were in cluster 1, 14 in cluster 2, and 19 in cluster 3. Abstract

The rapid development of technology is very influential in all aspects of life. Data is one of the most sensitive and important things in today's technological developments. In this regard, data security is very important for system developers and system users. Cryptography and steganography are options for securing data where cryptography supports security aspects such as data integrity, data confidentiality which makes messages have no real meaning and also eliminates suspicion of messages sent. The results showed that the combination of the AES cryptographic method and the LSB steganography method was very well used to secure messages and the results also showed that there was no difference between the original image and the encoded image.

Abstract

Writing is one of the most important activities to express ideas in visual form. However, many students have difficulty in writing research. The difficulty experienced by students lies in choosing a topic that will be developed in the background. The topics needed in research writing are topics that are currently being discussed by the community so that initial observations are needed to get the appropriate topic. However, not infrequently the observation stage will take a long time, so a solution is offered by building an LDA model to assist students in choosing a thesis topic. This study uses an unsupervised learning algorithm, namely LDA or (Latent Dirichlet Allocation) for topic modeling. The best model produced is the LDA model with a combination of 40 topics, alpha 0.4, beta symmetric, and corpus tf-idf with a coherence score of 0.43 and a perplexity of 199.09.

Abstract

In the current era of technological development, many activities are carried out online, be it meetings, transportation orders, ordering food and drinks, and even education. Many young people today do not know the fabric of Balinese kamben. Therefore, the existence of a Balinese kamben website designed to expand knowledge from the website through internet connectivity that is connected continuously can facilitate the search for Balinese kamben fabrics. This study aims to determine whether the system design that will be designed can help users in searching for Balinese kamben cloth. This system will run on the web and use javascript as a programming language. The User-Centered Design method is used in designing the Bali kamben application website to conduct user-centered testing in a questionnaire involving respondents or users along with a Black Box to ensure the system runs according to its function.

Abstract

Indonesia memiliki banyak permasalahan salah satunya pencemaran udara. Pencemaran udara di Indonesia termasuk dalam urutan 20 besar dalam AQI (Air Quality Index) dunia. Hal tersebut dikarenakan banyak aktivitas masyarakat yang menghasilkan polutan seperti SO2, NO2, CO, PM10, PM2.5, dan O3. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan metode yang dapat mengklasifikasikan kualitas udara menjadi kelas tertentu sehingga masyarakat maupun pemerintah dapat mengetahui seberapa baik dan tercemarnya udara tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan perbandingan metode klasifikasi antara SVM (support vector machine) dengan metode Decision Tree. Hasil dari penelitian ini metode SVM menghasilkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 96%, dengan presisi sebesar 87%, recall sebesar 61%, dan f1-score sebesar 72%. Pada Decision Tree dihasilkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 97%, dengan presisi sebesar 91%, recall sebesar 87%, dan f1-score sebesar 89%.

Abstract

In an increasingly advanced digital era, the demand for recommendation systems that can provide products that match user preferences is increasingly high. The method used in this research is User-Based Collaborative Filtering, an approach that utilizes the purchasing patterns of other users to provide recommendations to active users. The research process began with collecting transaction datasets and product user preferences from leading e-commerce platforms. This data is then processed through the loading, preprocessing and analysis stages to prepare good data. Model performance is carried out using Mean Absolute Error (MAE) through a 5-fold cross validation process. The evaluation results show that the model has a satisfactory level of accuracy, with an average MAE value of 0.31. This research contributes to the development of a product recommendation system that can help improve users' online shopping experience by providing relevant and personalized recommendations. Abstract

IMISSU (Integreted Management Information System the Strategic of Udayana) adalah satu sistem terintegrasi Universitas Udayana yang di bangun oleh Unit Sumber Daya Informasi (USDI) berfokus pada bidang teknologi. IMISSU banyak digunakan oleh civitas academia (termasuk dosen, mahasiswa, dan tenaga kependidikan) dalam melakukan dan menjalankan manajemen kampus. Untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif dan efisien sistem tersebut maka perlu dilakukan evaluasi. Evaluasi yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini menggunakan usability testing yang menggunakan lima kategori yaitu learnability, Memorability, efficiency, errors, dan satisfaction. Dari kelima indikator tersebut direpresentasikan dalam bentuk kuisioner atau pertanyaan yang disebarkan secara daring kepada pengguna IMISSU guna mengetahui indikator nilai yang harus diberikan.

Abstract

The advancement of technology has been the primary driving force behind the transformative shifts across various domains of human life, spanning from the era of industrial revolution to the present digital age. Within the digital epoch, the pivotal role of information and communication technology in shaping the global societal framework is unequivocal. Nonetheless, the rapid progression of technology introduces novel challenges such as safeguarding personal data integrity and combating unauthorized access to individual information. Addressing these challenges entails the adoption of sophisticated techniques, including compression methodologies like Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT), renowned for its efficacy in multimedia data compression with high rates. Furthermore, cryptographic algorithms such as Rijndael offer viable solutions to enhance data security through a series of encryption operations, encompassing substitution, permutation, and iterative rounds applied to each block. The amalgamation of DWT and Rijndael culminates in data representation via QR codes. Additionally, this research encompasses the development of a user interface design to facilitate the seamless implementation and utilization of the system, ultimately aiming to fortify data security effectively. Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has a variety of attractive tourist locations such as beautiful inland or rural areas, diverse historical and cultural heritage, beautiful beaches, and much more. Then because Indonesia is currently transitioning into a new normal era, many people want to take a vacation by traveling to various tourist attractions in Indonesia, but a lot of people are confused about choosing their tourist attractions. Therefore, the author makes a mobile-based application that serves to help people choose a travel destination based on their respective preferences. Heal&Go is an app that can recommend perfect destinations for these people based on their preferences and can interact with users for immediate feedback and dynamic adaptation. Then with the development of the Heal&Go application with the Prototyping method and also the Kotlin programming language in its development, it is hoped that it can help the community in choosing their next travel destination.

Abstract

Emotions are expressions that humans have in responding or responding to things that happen to themselves or in the environment around them, with these emotions humans are more able to express what they feel about a situation or event, these emotions can also be a means of communication other than language, because with emotions Of course, humans can know what happens to other humans around them. One of the human expressions to be able to communicate is by voice, sound can also be used to find out the type of emotion that is being experienced by the speaker. Mel-Frequency Cepstrum Coefficient (MFCC) is one of the feature extractions that is often used in the field of speech technology where in this feature extraction the human voice recording will be converted into a convolution matrix, namely a spectrogram or voice signal. K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) is a method that works by grouping new data based on the distance (neighborhood) from one data to the other. In the study of classical human emotions with speech using the K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) method, it is not appropriate to use this method because it only gets 50% accuracy.
