Abstract

The development of Information Technology plays a very important role in human life and has made great progress in various aspects such as business. With the development of IT in the business aspect, various applications and services have emerged electronically, one of which is e-commerce. To support the process of data transactions in e-commerce, it is necessary to apply web service technology with safer data transactions, high interoperability, and users can access anytime and anywhere. The architecture used in the design of this research is REST. With the implementation of the REST architecture in the implementation of this research, the percentage of success is 100%. These results are obtained from the Blackbox test on conditions that are in accordance with the functional requirements of each function.

Abstract

Bus transportation is a mode of transportation relied upon by the public due to its accessibility and affordable ticket prices. Sentiment analysis of RedBus app reviews on the Google Play Store can provide insight into user sentiment toward the app. The aims of this study are to analyze sentiment in reviews of the RedBus app using two approaches: the Random Forest model and a combination of Random Forest with AdaBoost. The analysis classifies user opinions as positive or negative. The study uses the TF-IDF method for feature extraction, and the evaluation methods include K-Fold Cross Validation and Confusion Matrix. The findings indicate that the combination of Random Forest with AdaBoost significantly enhances performance compared to the standard Random Forest model. Using a combination of Random Forest with AdaBoost results in an average accuracy of 89.0%, while the standard Random Forest model attains an average accuracy of 85.0%. Abstract

As a tropical country, Indonesia receives exposure to sunlight throughout the year which contains ultraviolet (UV) rays that are harmful to the skin. The use of sunscreen is important to protect the skin, but the lack of structured information regarding the characteristics of sunscreen makes it difficult to choose the appropriate product. This research aims to build an ontology model for a sunscreen product search system that is tailored to skin conditions using the Methontology method. In the implementation stage, the sunscreen ontology was developed with 1 class, 7 subclasses, 7 object property hierarchies, and 29 individuals using Protégé software. Evaluation is carried out by asking a SPARQL query that shows the ontology's ability to provide relevant answers according to the knowledge being modeled. This sunscreen product ontology model can be used as a basis for developing related knowledge management systems such as sunscreen product search systems. Abstract

As we know, Bali is one of the world destinations and can develop its tourism well. Apart from being famous for its natural beauty nature, culture and friendly people, Bali also offers a variety of culinary delights for tourists that can be ordered at restaurants, tourist objects or at hotels there. Many recommendations for places or restaurants/eating places with various mainstay menus are needed to make it easier for tourists to find the food menus they want and meet their budget. In this research expected to be solved by combining the Methodology technique with a semantic ontology model. Designing an ontology model for restaurant/dining recommendations in Bali using the protégé application, the ontology model was developed into a structure for students with classes, attributes, and other elements arranged hierarchically. Abstract

Heart, as one of the most important organs in the body, carries a risk of death if abnormalities occur. Heart problems are divided into two categories: heart failure and heart attacks. According to WHO data, approximately 7.3 million people worldwide die due to heart disease. This study uses a dataset of heart disease patients and applies the XGBoost algorithm. The objectives of this study are to process and analyze the data, implement the XGBoost algorithm for heart disease classification, and evaluate the performance of the XGBoost algorithm. The result of this study is the performance evaluation of the XGBoost algorithm, which achieved an accuracy of 93%. Keywords: Heart, Classification, Failure, XGBoost, Disease

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has transformed the way humans interact, work, and learn. Technology has become a crucial aspect of various aspects of life, including education, business, and public interaction. In this digital era, the speed and affordability of information have become the key to progress. One example of the use of technology is in the field of transportation, especially vehicle rental. The vehicle rental application is an efficient solution to facilitate users in renting vehicles without having to come directly to the rental place. The addition of the ride feature allows users to conveniently travel by matching routes between users and drivers, thereby optimizing their trips. In this context, the design of the user interface and user experience (UI/UX) of the vehicle rental application is of paramount importance. A well-designed UI/UX will facilitate the rental process and enhance the user experience, making it more enjoyable and efficient. Consequently, technology offers a significant opportunity to enhance efficiency and convenience in various aspects of daily life. Abstract

Music streaming has emerged as the primary mode for individuals to enjoy music while exercising at the gym. Spotify, among the largest music streaming platforms, surveyed 2,000 gym users in the US, revealing that 82% utilize Spotify during workouts. Studies indicate music significantly influences workout quality. This study aims to cluster popular Spotify songs of 2023 using K-Means based on audio attributes like tempo, energy, and danceability. Data sourced from Kaggle's 2023 Spotify dataset underwent preprocessing. Utilizing the Elbow method, optimal cluster count determination yielded two clusters: one apt for gym use and another unsuitable. Out of 954 songs, 72.3% were gym appropriate. Visualizations via pie charts and 3D scatter plots depicted clusters based on BPM, energy, and danceability. Purity evaluation scored 1.0, ensuring accurate cluster formation. This research aids gym proprietors in crafting strategies to select motivating music, enhancing members' workout experiences. Abstract

Steganography is a technique of hiding secret messages in digital media, one of the digital media that is often used is images. Two commonly used steganography methods are DCT (Discrete Cosine Transform) and LSB (Least Significant Bit). This research aims to analyze and compare the image quality of DCT and LSB steganography results based on RMSE (Root Mean Square Error) and PSNR (Peak Signal to Noise Ratio) parameters. DCT and LSB methods are implemented on several images with several variations of secret messages. RMSE and PSNR values are calculated for each stego image and analyzed to see which method produces better image quality. The results show that the LSB method produces lower RMSE values and higher PSNR values compared to the DCT method on all tested images. This shows that the LSB method is significantly better in maintaining the quality of the stego image compared to the DCT method. Keywords: Steganography, Image Quality, DCT, LSB, RMSE, PSNR

Abstract

The decline in children's interest in learning caused by easy access to games is the main reason I designed game-based learning. As time goes by, the way of presenting learning material must also be changed to make it more interesting, interactive and can attract children's interest in learning. Games- Based learning is one way to answer this problem, with learning materials that are packaged attractively, it is hoped that it can increase children's interest in learning. In this game plan, it will introduce the world of IT to children, especially the world of cyber security. One of the concepts raised is cryptography. The algorithm used in this cryptography is the Caesar cipher because it is easy to understand and suitable for children. With a game design that is like a mystery and interactive, it is hoped that it can increase children's interest in learning and introduce cyber security. Abstract

Mental health apps have attracted significant attention as a digital solution to address psychological well-being issues. This study aims to design an intuitive and user-friendly interface for a mental health app using a design thinking approach. The methodology used involved five stages: empathy, problem definition, idea development, prototyping, and user testing. Through empathy mapping and interviews with stakeholders, user needs and challenges were identified. Based on these insights, core problems were defined, and idea development techniques were used to generate design concepts. An interactive prototype was developed and evaluated using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method involving 10 participants. The average SUS score of 76.5 indicated good usability and user acceptance. However, user feedback was integrated for further optimization. This study concludes that the design thinking approach effectively facilitated the creation of an intuitive and user-centered interface for a mental health app. Future research can explore the integration of advanced features and evaluate the app's impact on mental well-being outcomes.
