Abstract

Frequently asked questions are an important part of providing good service to customers. information provided in the form of questions and answers related to products, applications, companies that are available in detail, concise and easily accessible .The determination of the format of the frequently asked question list should be based on the questions asked by the customer so that they are relevant to the customer's needs. clustering the list of questions using K-means and TF-IDF as the feature extraction method provides an optimal solution of 50000 list questions divided into 18 clusters with a silhoutte coefficients = 00. each cluster is taken 1 document which will be a question in that category provided that the document has at most the term frequncy of the features on the cluster.

Abstract

The selection of the path of interest is an important stage for Udayana University Informatics students. This decision determines the study and the topic of their final assignment. Challenges, such as varied choices, limited quotas, and student uncertainty often accompany the election process. It causes doubts and confusion in decision-making. The study builds a decision support system based on AHP to help students choose their path of interest. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) allows comprehensive analysis and recommendation of paths that match preferences and relevant criteria, where these criteria are determined through observations and interviews conducted with students in related environments. Using the student's grades and preference levels for the 15 basic courses they passed during the first three semesters of the course, this AHP-based decision support system is implemented to facilitate students' decision-making related to the path of interest they will choose. Abstract

Speed performance in Big Data Processing is one of the key aspect of presenting a real-time data for a real-time analysis in various use cases. One of such data is an Event-Data or an Activity Data that is often used for making analysis and business decisions in real-time. This research focuses on analyzing the speed performance of Big Data Processing in the Load stage of Extract, Transform, Load using Micro-Batching. The speed performance is evaluated using Load-Testing with K6 and the configuration of 10 VUs and 10000 data. The Load-Testing results of the speed performance shows that implementing Micro-Batching results in 63.63% faster in performing all the request, 59.03% faster in HTTP Request Duration, and 62% faster in HTTP Request Waiting duration.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a prediction model for population increase in East Java using the Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) method. Historical population data from the previous period will be used as input to train the LSTM model. This approach is expected to produce accurate predictions about population growth in the East Java region. The LSTM method was chosen due to its ability to handle sequential data and long-term memory, which is in line with the characteristics of demographic data. This research will involve data pre-processing, LSTM model building, and model performance evaluation using relevant metrics. The results of this research are expected to contribute to a better understanding of population growth trends in East Java and provide a basis for more informed decision-making in future regional development planning and social policy. Abstract

The digital service adoption in Indonesia has emerged as a primary trend to meet the needs of the millennial generation, seeking greater convenience and speed. Amidst this trend, self-service apps like MyIM3 by Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison have become a trusted solution for users to manage their services more efficiently. Sentiment analysis is crucial for understanding user responses to such apps. This study employs the Multinomial Naïve Bayes algorithm with hyperparameter alpha 0.8 and TF-IDF to analyze sen timent towards user reviews on Google Play Store for MyIM3. The dataset, sourced from Kaggle, consists of 8475 reviews, pre-processed and labeled to 8212 reviews. Model evaluation with an 80:20 split reveals an overall accuracy of 89%, with a precision of 86% for negative (0) and 93% for positive (1) labels. The recall for negative is 95% and positive is 81%. Thus, this research contributes to understanding user perspectives on MyIM3 and provides a basis for enhancing the quality of app-based services. Abstract

In an application, the user interface is one of the most important factors in system development, whether it is based on Android, iOS, desktop, or websites. To develop a good application, a maximum planning and design stage is needed, especially in the design of the user interface. A bad user interface will affect productivity and users in visiting developed applications. On the other hand, a good user interface design can display information clearly so that users can comfortably use the application. Good or not a user interface can be determined through the subjective judgment of the user. Therefore, in this study, an evaluation of the user interface of a website-based application is being developed, namely the Internal Management Information System. The evaluation method used in this study is the System Usability Scale or SUS where an assessment will be made by the user of the user interface that has been developed then the results of the assessment will be processed to determine the feasibility of the user interface.

Abstract

This research was conducted to detect and count cars that are passing on the highway quickly. In this study, 3 methods will be applied, namely the Background Subtraction, Haar Cascade, and Single Shot Detector (SSD) methods. This study will compare the best methods for calculating cars on the highway. Based on the results of research using the Haar Cascade method, the results are quite good compared to other methods. But using these three methods the author has not gotten satisfactory results. Due to many factors that cause this comparison is not satisfactory. Starting with simple coding, poor video quality is also one of the factors that this research is unsatisfactory.

Abstract

With the current technological advancements, there has been significant progress in monitoring systems, one of which is the rice storage monitoring system. Monitoring systems that were previously manual can now be automated and more efficient using IoT technology. This system is designed to monitor the temperature, air humidity, and air quality in rice storage facilities. IoT devices that can be used to design this system include NodeMCU ESP 8266, DHT 11 sensor and MQ-2 sensor. Additionally, a server and website are required for monitoring purposes. By utilizing NodeMCU ESP8266, which can connect to a Wi-Fi network, data from the sensors can be monitored online through a website. The design of this system employs the Research and Development method commonly used for product development. The aim of this system design is to simplify the monitoring of rice storage facilities for increased efficiency. Keywords: Monitoring System, IoT, NodeMCU ESP 8266, DHT11 sensor, MQ-2 sensor.

Abstract

To measure usability of an app we can use many methods. One of them is SUS (System Usability Scale). This method provides a “quick and dirty”, reliable tool for measuring the usability. So in this paper the writer uses this method to measure usability of a prototype of an app named “Workin”. Workin is a mobile app that helps the user to manage their work. There are features such as work data statistics, timer, write down task, and reminder. The writer creates the prototype using Figma and uses Google Form to share the questioner that contains questions used on SUS (System Usability Scale) method to get the usability measure of the Workin App. The result from the questioner then calculated using a calculation that is available at SUS (System Usability Scale) method.

Abstract

In Indonesia, people often call a restaurant as a warung. Similar to restaurants, warung also provide food and drinks that can be ordered by customers. Most warung in Indonesia still use employees to do work such as taking orders and doing calculations. When the queue exceeds the limit, employees will be overwhelmed and most of them will make mistakes both in recording orders and calculating prices. To minimize those errors, the authors designed a mobile-based user interface at Warung Jimbaloka that can record orders and calculate the total price for customers. The interface design that has been made will be analyzed using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method in order to measure user’s satisfaction. The result of this study indicate that the interface design of this system is X with a value of X.
