Abstract

Every company organization strives to improve employee performance so that the company's goals can be achieved. Employee work performance is a result of work achieved by employees in the organization evaluating or assessing their employees. One of the factors that influence employee performance is work effectiveness, morale and competence. This study aims to analyze the effect of work effectiveness, morale, and competence on employee performance at PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti. The research method used is multiple regression analysis method. This study used 40 samples consisting of all employees of PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti. The test results on the SPSS program show that partially work effectiveness, morale, and competence have a positive and significant effect on work performance, while simultaneously work effectiveness, work morale, and competence have a significant effect on work performance. It is recommended that the company always improve the effectiveness of employees so that they can encourage employee performance and achievement to be even better, always increase employee morale and place employees according to their competencies so that they can be used as best as possible to improve individual performance.

Abstract

Employee productivity is very necessary in a company to achieve targets and to keep the company stable. Given the importance of employee productivity, the company needs a leader who can direct and develop the business in accordance with the power he has towards achieving company goals. Special attention also needs to be taken by the company in order to increase employee productivity. The provision of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) programs is very important, especially for employees who are directly related to the production sector so that employees can feel safe, comfortable, healthy and safe in doing their jobs. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) programs on the work productivity of PT. Access Telkom STO Jimbaran. The number of samples in this study were 72 employees of the Technician at PT. Telkom Akses STO Jimbaran. The sampling technique used in this study is the census/saturated method (saturated sample). The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the leadership and the Occupational Health and Safety (K3) program had a significant positive effect on the work productivity of PT. Telkom Akses STO Jimbaran. These results indicate that the leadership and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) programs are able to produce better employee productivity and this must always be maintained by PT. Telkom Akses STO Jimbaran.

Abstract

The use of the internet in Indonesia is dominated by the use of social media, this is what has made the growth of e-marketing where the practice of marketing through social media is used as a product marketing tool to promote a company's brand and brand. One of them is Givanda Store Denpasar, which chooses to market its products through social media, but the sales that have been realized have not reached the expected target, because there is a lot of competition in sales through social media. This study aims to test and obtain empirical evidence of the influence of social media marketing and e-word of mouth on purchasing decisions, social media marketing on e-word of mouth and the influence of social media marketing on purchasing decisions mediated by e-word of mouth at Givanda Store. Denpasar. The population in this study were all consumers of Givanda Store Denpasar whose number was unknown or infinite, the number of samples was determined using the Roscoe method so that 120 people were used as samples, and samples were taken using random sampling techniques. The analytical tool used is path analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that social media marketing has a positive effect on purchasing decisions at Givanda Store Denpasar, social media marketing has a positive effect on e-word of mouth at Givanda Store Denpasar, e-word of mouth has a positive effect on purchasing decisions at Givanda Store Denpasar, and e-word of mouth is able to mediate the relationship between social media marketing and purchasing decisions at Givanda Store Denpasar. It is suggested to Givanda Store Denpasar to look for new forms of promotion, for example giving discounts to consumers so that consumers always shop at Givanda Store Denpasar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy on organizational commitment, self-efficacy on employee performance, organizational commitment to employee performance, and self-efficacy on employee performance through organizational commitment as an intervening variable in CV. Era Dua Ribu Bangli. The population in this study were all employees of CV. Era Dua Ribu Bangli totaling 32 people with the determination of the sample using the census method. The research data collection was carried out by observing and distributing questionnaires. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique to answer the problem formulation with the help of the Smart PLS program. The results of testing the hypothesis show that the variables: 1). Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment 2). Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance 3). Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and 4). The variable organizational commitment can be an intervening variable between self-efficacy and employee performance.

Abstract

The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has been experienced by Indonesia affecting various aspects of people's lives. Many sectors are affected by this pandemic, but the agricultural sector is a sector that is able to survive in the midst of this condition. This research aims to find out the possibility of strengthening human resources in the agricultural sector by shifting workers affected by COVID-19 to the agricultural sector. The method used is to use a literature study of the results of previous research and books and articles that raise themes and topics about the development of Covid-19 affect the human resources of the tourism and agriculture sector in the Bali region. Based on the results of the study, there is an increase in daily spikes in Covid-19 cases in Indonesia in 2020 which is quite significant. The results of the study also showed that layoffs in the Bali region also experienced the same thing, especially in 2020 many tourism workers were laid off from their companies. Human resource improvement solutions can be done by providing opportunities and opportunities for human resources who experience layoffs to work in the agricultural sector that requires a lot of labor. It is necessary to provide stimulus in the form of training through competency certification in agriculture, it is also necessary to be taught to use agricultural machinery to manage agricultural land to change the mindset of farmers for the lower classes and to provide these workers with urban farming training in order to grow food crops at home to meet their needs. food.
